Fantastic classic Cuban sandwich in cute downtown Plant City. Highly recommend for a road trip (or escaping 1-4 between Tampa and Orlando.)

Oh my goodness!!! Walking around Downtown Plant City can strike up quite the hunger and Norma’s DOES NOT disappoint. The food and atmosphere delivered on taste and charm. We had the Cuban style bowls and they were equally comforting and refreshing with the bright fresh taste of the green cilantro sauce added on top of the rice, beans and pork. I recommend asking for a side of the green sauce to dip the yucca fries in 🙌🏼🔥👌🏼🤤

It's the service for me😍🥰🤗talk about a friendly down to earth staff, they are just the best. I love how professional they are but friendly at the same time. It's clean and not crowded at all. You get your money's worth when it come to the food and it's cheap. It's the perfect place to go on a date or just treat yourself to. Best the best peat is the food talk about good it's a most see😯tell them Patty sent you😘

Went to plant city for a night away and stopped here for lunch. I had the chicken tacos which were fabulous. Super small place but super cute. #sunshinereviews

Fast service and great food. I love Cuban sandwiches and there's is great, but I dare you to try the cuban bowl you will not regret it. I added extra sauce on mine.

The sandwich was great. The service was terrible. And I think $12.00 for a Cuban sandwich is a bit much. That was for just a sandwich, nothing else. Put in the order, she asked if it was for here or to go. I said since there are no tables available, just make it to go but hopefully a table will become available before it's ready. 25 min later... I finally said , how long does it take to make a sandwich? She looked at me like I had 2 heads! I told her I have been waiting 25 minutes for my Cuban. She looked around and shrugged her shoulders. Then a man came out of the back and told her to check the bag sitting right behind her on the counter. She actually said, oh this is a to go order and you were sitting down. I will go back simply because the sandwich was sooo good but I'll make sure to keep an eye on my order.

Food used to be really good a few months back. Now there is a $3 upcharge for the same amount of chicken. The rice is greasy and the yuca is salty. It is sad when a business gets too big for themselves. You have repeat customers responsible for your success, and this is how you repay them? With a $17 greasy Cuban bowl. I WILL NOT be back. My money is not easy to make and I can't spend it where I am not appreciated.

Got the mikes special bowl again for lunch. Every time I go I’m amazed by how good it is. The pork is unbelievable. So juicy and tender. I had to leave a review because it’s too good not to share. A favorite lunch spot.

Cubans are as good as ever. The Norma's & Regular are both tasty, just depends on the type of pork you like on your sandwich. Next time trying the other Cuban/Spanish inspired dishes.

I've spent some time in Plant City, and walked past this place, not even noticing it was there every time. Found them on Google Maps and decided to give them a shot. This hole in the wall was worth the short walk from the train watching platform! One of the best Cuban Sandwiches I've ever had! The price was also fair. The wait for the food was short as well. So, to sum it up, you have great food for a fair price served quickly.

So exciting to have Norma’s back in town. The food is delicious and the staff is warm and inviting. Of course, the Cubans are always a great choice, but the mojo pork with rice and beans is delicious as well!

I love coming to Norma’s to get Garbanzo Bean Soup. I always see other people getting sandwiches, so I’m sure they’re good as well.

$12 for a Cuban sandwich...,still the best deviled crabs I've ever had. The old normas had Cuban sugar cookies, and a friendlier vibe.

I've been eating here since 2009, when they were on HWY92. This is by far, THE BEST Cuban restaurant in Plant City. Fresh Cubano bread, made to order. Garbanzo bean soup, soooo good. Great service and great Food! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! ❣️❣️❣️

I've been here just one time. I wasn't sure of the menu, but I wanted to try a small business for lunch. After telling the employee it was my first time here, he seemed annoyed and said "welcome". 🙄 I proceeded to order the Buffalo chicken quesadilla because of the "taco Tuesday special" with no lettuce. I was told "no modifications, sorry". So because I don't like lettuce, I'm just SOL ? Also, I thought it was gonna be cheaper because of taco Tuesday.. I ended up just getting pork tacos, which the menu price was cheaper than the discounted ques. Only gave 3 stars because the food I got was fresh and pretty tasty. However, I would focus on customer service, and communication if I were in charge.

We dine in or get take out a few times a week. The only issues I keep having is if I ask for extra lettuce and tomatoes on my burrito please give it to me. I am willing to pay extra. They are very rigid to no substitutes on a meal. You order at a counter the staff is rigid no smiles minimal eye contact no names. But if you want great creative food and to enjoy your family and a meal this is your place.

We asked for sandwiches without cheese. Waited over 40 min and what did we get?? Sandwiches stuffed with cheese. The Crab cake was soaked in grease. Would not recommend this place

Ordered online for lunch for the first time yesterday. Love that they have a pick up area so you don't have to speak to anyone lol. Food was delicious and I was so full. I tried the Cuban bowl and stuffed potato. I've had many Spanish food places as I worked in West Tampa (IYKYK) Will definitely be back!

OMG, stopped in to get Cuban Coffee ☕. Plant City Coffee shops and many other shoppers are closed on Sunday and Monday. Norma's was open when many other locations were not. Although they did not have Coffee, I wanted to try their cubans. Great cubans are hard to come by. I found the place where great Cuban sandwiches 😋 and this is it!!!!!!!! There are the traditional meats and on the top layer they put shredded roasted pork with a beautiful light Cuban flavor on top layer before heating my sandwich 🥪 in the Cuban sandwich press. So glad I stopped in and you all should as well. Just perfect and I will be back. Thanks sooooo much for being open on Monday and having the best Cuban with the fabulous addition on shredded roasted pork added to it. Most delicious Cuban ever. I will be back 💙💙💙👑👑👑💯💯💯
