I am new to the area. I've been to this particular Applebee's two times. The first time my roommate and I ordered our food ,and it was tasty. The service was lousy. The young lady that's behind the bar ignored us. She hardly made eye contact with us, and the restaurant/ bar wasn't busy. The second time we went We ended up leaving. We walked in during Latin night. The music was good and so was the crowd. We found a spot at the bar sat down.I got up to go to the bathroom when I came back the bar was cleared out. My roommate ordered a soda I ordered a lemonade and a drink for happy hour. We then ordered our food. My roommate ordered queso with beef and I ordered a simple Wonton Tacos we also got a chicken quesadilla. My roommate specified that whenever the food comes up you can bring it out it doesn't have to be brought out at the same time. About a half hour into after placing our order. Another barmaid came out with an order of Nacho Supreme and told us that the kitchen made a mistake instead of queso they made Nacho Supreme. Wow big mistake from queso with beef. She Tried pushing it on us we said no we sat there for another 30 minutes with no food. The bartender that originally took the order did not come back by us and see if we needed something to drink did not even make eye contact with us again. A couple came in and sat down next to us they had their food before we did, and they ordered similar to ours.We sat there for over an hour waiting for three appetizers. So we left and we won't be returning. There was a total of 6 people sitting at the bar. My suggestion is hire bartenders that stay attentive to their patrons.Two times, same lousy bartender same lousy service. On a lighter note the food is Good we actually really enjoyed the chicken Wonton tacos.The service just stinks.

Anna was our waitress she was AMAZING!! She was so sweet and so pleasent with our kids. You can definitely tell she has kids of her own. Don't loose her! She makes your restaurant a great place to revisit.

I have eaten in many Applebee's over the last 20 years. Some of my meals were exceptionally great and some were just Par. Todays meal was OK but the service was not so great. That is why I'm giving four stars. Waitress was friendly but never came back to our table after she delivered our meal. No Salt or Pepper on the table and we had to ask for condiments . It may be that they are still in Covid restriction mode.

I brought my daughter here as Applebee's is one of her favorite places to eat. We got the 2 for $22. The mozzarella cheese sticks were good as was the Classic Burger and fries. Service was ok as the waitress came around periodically. She did forget the pickles that was requested...but that wasn't a big deal. I would have thought would have had more than 2 small pickles, a thin slice of tomato on a Burger this size. But, overall it was a good experience here at Applebee's in Plant City.

Anna was outstanding! Anytime we needed something she was right there and quick with it too! service was awesome, she was hilarious cracking jokes. Made my whole family laugh & feel welcomed. She deserves a raise! never experienced this here. Food was great as well, shout out to the cooks in the back!😁

Ordered med-rare sirloin, came out well done. They fixed it but didn't compensate us since everyone was done eating when I got my plate and ate alone! When Mgr came over and told him my disappointment Hector replied that they corrected the mistake so 'we're good'! I said No we're not! So he gave me a free dessert! Not a good attitude 😕

Stopped in for the free meal for Veteran's Day - THANK YOU Applebee's! Excellent experience every step of the way. The friendly, enthusiastic greeting by the manager (young male) at the front door to Karen, the service person to the meals for my wife and I. My petite 6 oz Sirloin was perfectly cooked (Med. Rare) and tender enough that you barely had to apply pressure to cut. Quite unlike last week's fiasco at OutBack shoe leather steak my wife had. My wife loved her Penne Alfredo Pasta with Chicken also. Nicely decorated for Veteran's Day with Service Flags and a welcoming ROTC member in uniform at the front door. THANK YOU!

Our server Anna served our party of 12 in a very friendly and uplifting spirit for our wedding party. She did a wonderful job! 😁🐟Fish and chips were great for the 9.99 deal.

This is a decent place to eat the franchise itself always have decent prices.this restaurant in particular. I was served by an amazing person by the name of Jada. She was friendly and conversational and make me feel welcomed. The food came out hot though it was a little slow But it was busy so I understand...well visit again.

Kat was wonderful she took very good care of my mom and my self. My chicken bites came out horrible but Kat took care of it and brought me back some more and they were delicious. I'm so happy that she was our waitress. Thank you Kat for everything you did for us. We truly appreciate it and you. I'm giving the food only 4stars cause of the chicken bites but everything else is a 5star rating b

the server leslye is the absolute BOMB!! me and my wife frequently regular and request her when we go here :)! she is very polite and when you get to know her, she can be very silly and makes the experience dining here like eating at a friend's place. she always remembers the little details about us and our dining preferences since we started coming here, very attentive! i would definitely recommend for others to dine here with her service

Had a wonder experience today. Our server Kat was so sweet and very quick. It wonder to have a server that has a beautiful smile and is so welcoming. We will be back

The service is typically good, but we had a server named Kathleen J who was OUTSTANDING. There was something about her that just made you feel welcome, relaxed, and that she was on top of things. Our drinks never got too low, she knew the menu, and our food came out quickly. Any extra attention we required she was happy to accommodate. One of the best servers I have ever experienced, including Ruth's Chris, Morton's, and other fine dining establishments.

Bartender Rebecca was very friendly, down to earth and overall pleasant. The cinnamon bun desert was a great recommendation on her part.

Kat was amazing today! We arrived right as doors opened and from the moment we walked in to the moment we left she made our experience well worth it. She even went a step further and helped me save money by getting one of your deals. I appreciate Kat so much and will definitely drive the extra distance to return!

Everyone in our party (16, not prebooked) had a great time. Food was amazing and very good value and portion sizes. Our server, Brianna V, was so kind and gave amazing service. Very fast and attentive all round!! <3

My husband and I come here often, Shannon has been the best server! We've had her a few times, and she's always been hands down the best! We will keep coming here and request to sit in her section!

After calling in, I got there on time. I let them know I was there via app. I still waited for 15 minutes in my car. No one else was there. I called them. They finally brought it out. It was cold. I was very patient but they were very rude to me when I asked about my order. Said they had a shift change. No Excuse,!!!

I was passing through and decided to explore the town a bit because we had heard about the strawberry festival. Too bad we were 2 months late but we ended up driving by a few stops and Applebee's is always a good choice for the menu selections and the mix drinks that put you in a happy place rather fast. As we pulled up the parking area seemed decently populated. We walked in and were greeted and seated. The service was great and swift. My party had no complaints or needs. I hope you have a good time when you go.

The staff at this restaurant really makes you feel wanted like your commercial , where everyone knows your name. You have the best bartenders in south florida and nobody beats Chad. The atmosphere is inviting, food is good and you can truly have fun or peace and quiet. Its all up to you

Leslie was very attentive, nice and thorough. She made sure our order was correct and consistently checked on us to make sure we were taken care of. Definitely ask for her :)

UPDATE: ALL PRAISE and shout out to Mrs Teneka Emory who stepped in and handled EVERYTHING we were dealing with! Not to mention we had our food and drinks out faster than sitting originally waiting for someone to acknowledge us! She really made my son's birthday continue to be awesome! she is truly a jewel to this company! Been here almost 30 minutes and plenty of places to sit still have to wait.. I don't feel like there is any urgency and it seems like we are outcasted

Bar tender on Thursday sucks. Didnt even know what the daily special was. Horrible service, didn't ask if I wanted another $5.49 beer or how the food was; nothing. Ribs suck. Felt like a dog trying to strip a bone for scraps. Went away hungry. Wednesday was poor as well. Took forever to get my order. Won't be back !!!!

Only given 3 stars for the food. Waited 45 min for our food. Not sure why as we got in prior to rush. I ordered a sirloin steak med rare. Food came out. My steak was overly well done and my broccoli was hard, not cooked all the way. By the time I got my steak recooked and brought everyone was done eating. Waitress didn’t offer a free dessert or apology for the inconvenience. Wasn’t happy as this was me given Applebees a second chance.

Festive atmosphere. Decent food. Attentive waitress. Decently clean atmosphere. We came on Karaoke night and they didn't get to our song. It's my only complaint. Tuesday is Karaoke night is Tuesday.

My wife and I stopped at this location yesterday for lunch and ordered some bone in chicken wings for our appetizer. We cut into the the drumettes and realized that they were still raw and ask for another order. 10 minutes later, the waitress had brought us a fresh batch and to our surprise, the chicken was still raw and undercooked. The Cesar salad that my wife ordered had no dressing and bone dry as well. What kind of cook does this place have? Beware of this location people. Luckily we checked the chicken or we would’ve been sick. They deducted the wings but they should’ve gave us a discount on the entire bill. Won’t use this location again. It was terrible!!

Food was warm at best. Service was horrible and they were NOT busy. Don't think it was 100% a server problem but more a kitchen staff issue. (also heard fighting going on in the kitchen) A half hour to get drinks, an hour for appetizers and salads. Then an hour and a half to finally receive our entrees (gummy overcooked barely warm pasta) while we watched 2 other tables be seated, served and their entrees come out at the same time ours did. Second time with service this bad at this location so we will not be back.

Guess this is considered garlic parmesian at the plant city location. Looks absolutely disgusting, can't believe this is for $12.29. Save your money and go somewhere that attempts quality food.

All messed up. We ordered the impossible burger & asked to substitute the fries for green beans. We also ordered the whisky bacon burger with no veggie mix & requested it to be cooked well done. We got 2 sides of fries instead of green beans & fries. The fries were all completely stale & hard to chew. The whisky burger was RARE & had pickles on it. The spinach artichoke dip we ordered was the only thing that came out decent, but the chips were stale & half were translucent due to being soaked in grease. We will never go back.

One star isn’t low enough of a rating! I walked into Applebee’s around 9:15. Me and my family waited 15 minutes to even be acknowledged. When finally sat we placed our orders in. 45 minutes later we were given our appetizers yes 45 minutes later. It was a cold chips and cheese and cold boneless wings. We wanted to tell the waiter but didn’t see him after serving us our appetizers for atleast 20 to 25 minutes. After waiting almost an hour and twenty minutes from walking into the establishment we walked out. I left enough money to cover the appetizers. I would have asked for the bill but never seen my waiter again. Great job Applebee’s you failed again.

Food was absolutely terrible 😫 Hamburger was raw and pasta was watery. I was very disappointed 😞

I have to give props to the chef and the manager that hired him. My wife and i had an absolutely awesome meal perfectly prepared accompanied by great service. The lighting is too dim to actually read the menu but great atmosphere. We used our cell phone to read the menu. It was an overall great evening
