My mom, grandma and I came today and absolutely loved it! When we drove up I was a bit skeptical but it was great. The ladies working were amazing and had customer service that makes the trip worth it. We felt welcomed and part of the “family”. I am a vegetarian and the woman at the counter even went and checked their Cuban bread to make sure I could eat it. The cherry on top was the sandwiches were some of the best we had! We will be back again soon!!!!

Brooklyn Bridge Deli is awesome!! Their food is so good! Baked goods are fresh, burgers are tender juicy, my personal favorite is the club sandwich on wheat toast. The club is mile high with best quality meat, cheese and bacon. Staff is friendly and food is fresh, made to order and hard to beat!

Breakfast Cubans are great , but try to call ahead don’t be surprised if ur waiting over 40 mins they are short staffed and always packed. Only go when u hv time to wait

We've been coming to Brooklyn Bridge for our breakfast sandwiches for years, and have loved their food. But not recently, we have noticed a big change in the quality of the food. The sandwiches are soggy, and the portions are getting smaller and smaller. Today was the last day we get Brooklyn breakfast, at this point we are just waisting our money. Thank you to the previous owner for all the wonderful food !!

Went here today it was OK I had a western omelet with sausage but it had no peppers or onion .just cheese and sausage. 🤔. Last I new you had other topping . Hubby had the breakfast Cuban and he was not impressed ..He ate half my omelet because it was big just missing half the stuff you would expect in it lol.. Maybe the sandwiches are good might try one but not impressed with Breakfast..

Another great lunch at Brooklyn Bridge! I got a cuban sandwich and THE best sweet tea in town! The ladies running the shop are so sweet and genuine. I just love this little shop! Even if you’re not hungry, stop in and get yourself a sweet tea! I’m telling you! Just want to say thank you to all the hard work the ladies do behind the counter to make everyone’s day a little sweeter.

Sadly I learned ownership had changed hands. I decided to try it again and was completely disappointed. Their signature BLT club is drastically smaller (NOT at all as pictured) small and shouldn't be called a club sandwich. I found out the hard way when I ordered one to split with my sister-in-law. The food is ok if you've never eaten here prior to the new owner , than your expectations won't be disappointed!

I absolutely love this place. I send all my friends here if they want a good Cuban sandwich. Just wish they stayed open longer considering I don't get off work till 2pm. Pretty sure they used closed at 3pm but now under new management and is now 1pm. 😭

Mixed review from me. Eaten here a few times with varying results. The last Cuban breakfast sandwich I had with ham was too salty to eat. Other times food has been pretty decent. Really hit or miss. Hope they can get things figured out.

I have been eating here once a month for the last twenty years. Ever since the new owners took over, the price has gone up and the quality is down and the overall atmosphere is just not what it used to be. Food is still pretty good. Definitely worth trying. I would just get it to go or eat at front.

I had the best Reubens ever!! A ton of corned beef and just the right amount of saurkraut and dressing!! AMAZING!!!! Check this place out!!!

Great place to eat! We had a Reuben and a Philly cheesesteaks both were delicious! Highly recommend! My child had a grilled cheese and said it was the best he ever had!

I have been eating Brooklyn Bridge for years and loved it! I found out there was new owners and still wanted to eat there bc I love their loaded potato and Cubans! Today I went in and ordered a loaded potato and it was not the same at all! The potato was ice cold, there was more sour cream than any other topping & the overall quality was just not the same. Unfortunately I’m not sure that I will come again, it’s just not the same.

I had the Philly. The sandwich was very light, (light on the steak, lots of onions, bell peppers, and bread) not filling at all. 2 cheesesteaks, 2 chips and 2 16oz sprites were about $22 bucks. That's a bit pricey IMO and not a great value for your money. The food was a bit bland. The sandwiches WERE served hot, and fresh. Also, the staff was friendly.

Food is okay. I ordered a hamburger and they were out of buns. I was offered a hoagie roll instead. The worst part is that I was there waiting for at least 1/2 hour!

My husband and I finally made it in here to try their food. I got a Reuben and he got a Ham and cheese sandwich. I was VERY impressed with the Reuben and he really enjoyed his sandwich and said, "we will definitely come back here." Next time I'll have to try there Cheesesteak!!!
