My wife and I just had our 5 year anniversary dinner here, literally just left, and we are so full and satisfied. Our server, Steven, was very nice and knowledgeable, the food was excellent, wine and dessert were outstanding. We had a small issue and the manager went above and beyond in remedying the situation. Outstanding food and customer service, would be back again if I didn't live 1000 miles away.

Ordered through their pickup and spent 65$ for this. This is supposed to be an Alfredo based pasta "family" sized portion. Are you ******* kidding me? First and foremost, how in the hell is this supposed to successfully feed four people? Secondly, there is basically no sauce whatsoever on the pasta. Thirdly it tastes like someone dumped Caesar dressing into the pasta. Seriously carrabba's, I'm calling you back tomorrow, and I hope that you rectify this problem. Absolutely pathetic.

My server was amazing, she introduced me to mixing my Broccoli side with my addional side of Fettuccine Alfredo. :) It was wonderful. :) I had an hour and a half to spare before going to my next business stop and get some lunch. :) The food and service was perfect. :) $70 later after my 16 ounce Sirloin, sides, tip and a take home meal for $10, I included bread and a soup for $2 more. :) When you get there you will understand. :) The money was well worth the stop. Carrabba's is worth every dollar. :)

Very disappointed. Atmosphere was as expected and the hostess was charming. That's the only positive component of our visit tonight 8/24/23. Calamari app was overdone and both smaller in portion than previously and rife with crumbs and clumps of breading devoid of calamari. My wife's pollo Rosa Maria was fine, though nothing special. I made the mistake of ordering the Italian classic trio. Don't make my mistake. The lasagna portion was the size of and tasted like a charcoal briquette. The interior was chalky and dry while the exterior, though thinly covered in sauce, was so over baked it needed a steak knife to cut it. The parmesan chicken fared no better. I expected a thin piece of chicken and was not disappointed. However, it was so overdone that it had no juices left in it. The edges were crunchy like a cracker, and the barely melted cheese and splash of red sauce failed to hydrate this poultry to what I'd call food. A coaster would've compared favorably to this poor abused sliver of chicken breast. The only reason I didn't leave hungry is because the fettuccini Alfredo was marginally palatable. While it didn't arrive hot, it at least had enough fluidity to the sauce to help wash down some of the coaster and charcoal it was served with. I needed the Alfredo to wash down my food because our server RACHEL F never offered or brought drink refills. I understand team service, but she was never the one to bring the initial drinks and bread or the bread re order we did get. The attached picture is our table at the end of our visit. Note the desperately empty glasses, if you can discern them from EVERY OTHER piece of plate ware ever brought to the table. Our table was never pre-bussed at all. Bread, salad, appetizer, soup and dinner plates proudly on display by Rachel, perhaps as a flex on the other servers to brag about her add on sales? I'd take it personally but as we left we saw at least 3 other tables in a similar state where guests had (presumably) recently departed. What we didn't see, however, was a manager in the dining room, much less coming to check on our experience. Perhaps they were out back smoking weed with the bus boy? We may return to A Carabbas in the future, but no time soon and definitely not to THIS one. The food was awful, service distinctly lacking, and it could have been managed this well by a 19 year old stoned high school drop-out.

Delicious Italian food for a mass chain franchise. Highly recommend this location. Service was excellent and the hostess was able to accommodate my party of 8 with no reservation. Minimal wait times. Bar hostess was also very nice. Excellent happy hour 4-7 everyday; $7 cocktails and $6 spirits.

I have dined at Carraba's several times in Tampa. FL. It was always a wonderful experience and a pleasure going back. This was the worst experience I have ever had. The manager Cal came out to explain that he was short staffed and apologized. The food was cold, not pleasantly placed on the dish, and it took almost an hour to get it to the table. The Carraba's in Plant City, FL is no go for me. I do not recommend.. The servers were complaining because this was not the first time they worked short staffed and customers unhappy.

Food is good. The bread they serve with the olive oil and herbs is delicious. Soup was ok. Salad ok. The ravioli was good but the sauce of the chicken a little bit sour for my taste. Overall a good meal. Staff were friendly. Environment nice.

Our waitress did a good job. However the food was not great at all. Honestly I would rather eat at fazoli's. I ordered the Alfredo with chicken. The sauce was tasteless. Tons of stuck together noodles. My husband got a sirloin. It had a funky taste and was not good quality beef. We also got an appetizer sampler plate. The cheese sticks and stuffed mushrooms were good. In the calamari there was literal tiny octopus. Maybe this is normal but we've never had that. It kinda grossed us out. Would never eat here again.

We have been dining at this location since they opened. The food is consistently very good and the service is typically very good as well. The last two occasions we have visited were with large parties. We were blessed both times to have Steven (spelling) as our server. While the service with large parties can be slow, he was outstanding both times we had him. Definitely will be back and ask for him.

Stopped by for an early dinner. Waiter Steven was super friendly and accommodating to our requests. The dinner salads were very healthy portioned with the warm bread basket. Our entrees came out in very little time. Everything was satisfying, we took the rest home. Place got busy as we were leaving. Parking could be challenging at times.

Every now and then, Carrabba's surprises you. We went on a Saturday evening around 7pm. There was a 45 minute wait for two people (which is average for these parts). While the service was slow, our waitress was fantastic and the food was some of the best we've had there. Ordered the Chicken Marsala with mashed potatoes and everything was cooked to perfection.

So disappointed with the service and food we received last night. Let me start by saying I’ve been conscious and patient about the issue with staffing and completely understand the challenges. However, that had nothing to do with our experience last night. There were 3 hostess's, at least 8 servers, and 5-6 in the kitchen. There were also many empty tables (I assume to reduce demand). We were grabbing dinner so we could get to TGH to visit a family member. We called ahead and were seated within 5 minutes 👍. We ordered our meal at the same time we ordered our drinks as we knew what we wanted and knew that should speed up the process. We received our salads and bread👍 fairly quick. And then we wait, and wait and wait. Finally, about 35-40 minutes later I asked how much longer we have to leave. A few more minutes pass and we realize we won’t have time to eat. We’ll have to get it to go. I get up tell the manager to have ours prepares to go. Five minutes later we get our food…..$59!!! When we finally open our containers we were even more disappointed. My husbands sirloin Marsala…had zero Marsala sauce on it. The fettuccine was dry and was supposed ti be a double portion. My Pollo Rosa Maria has maybe a tablespoon of sauce and the pasta had about the same. Maybe there was a shortage or maybe this was intentional because we were frustrated and left…peacefully I might add. Maybe that was the problem? Either way, the food in photos below is not worth $60. And it’s does not represent expectations for a Carrabbas.

Food has always tasted great here. They might want to lighten up on the salt a little. I had the Chicken Marcella and it was really good. Two people in my group had the mezzaluna (ravioli) and he loved it. My favorite is the Pollo Rosa Maria and the Chicken Bryan, both exceptional. The bread is fresh and if you like margaritas; the blackberry margaritas are really good. If you get a meat dish as the main course they offer pasta as a side. Service was also great.

We order the perfectly grilled salmon, a shrimp scampi, and we pour the shrimp scampi over the salmon. It makes a great combination. The Ribeye tonight was cooked to perfection. I ordered take out tonight.

My young man wanted to take me for a date for mother's day. We shared a wonderful combo appetizer w lasagna entrée. The food was fabulous. The waitress was perfect for us Ms Maggie made the whole experience even more special for the both of us He cannot wait to take me back again with hopes he will have the same waitress. He hopes this time to have room for the buttery cake berry desert 🤞 Menu is already planned. It was a blessed experience for sure

This was THE SINGLE BEST MEAL EXPERIENCE of our time in Florida. I am not normally a fan of fettuccini Alfredo, but ordered it as a suggestion of our wonderful waitress. The noodles were thin and light and the sauce wasn't thick or gooey or overpowering. The tour with the fettuccini, parmesan and lasagna was one of the highlights of our entire trip. Would recommend a THOUSAND TIMES over.

There was a wait in the restaurant so we sat at the bar with Tiffany…she was a pleasure! Tiffany has waited on us in the past and is consistently amazing! She makes an average meal at Carrabas feel special…Tiffany knows her wines and creates an experience!!! She is an asset to your company and you are lucky she hasn’t been stolen from you…The food was average and they got the order wrong but that didn’t bother us because the overall experience made it great!

The proprietor came out to our to our car to meet us (we are managers at another concept) and say hello. We’ve never had that happen at this location. Our takeaway orders are always packed beautifully and they have never missed an item. This is the best location we have ever dined at!

We ended up going here for my birthday. Bread and dip delicious as usual. Service was great! I love the Maui wulfe, but decided to try the Salmon instead. Lost my appetite because my Salmon had a long piece of hair mixed up in it. 🤮. They were nice enough to make a replacement to go because I couldn't eat at that point. Not sure how it got in there, but my hair is clearly less than fingernail length 🤷🏽‍♀️. Salad was great, mozzarella sticks were also good.
