    The staff at stingray were awesome we went to four different Places before going to stingray dealership..And they were all Chevrolet dealerships.. when we walked into the dealerships they looked at us and walked away seriously.. Made us feel like we weren’t good enough to buy a truck there ..We had to keep asking people to help us nobody would help us they would say let me get somebody to come and help you 😢.. Stingray Chevrolet staff treated us like we should’ve been treated in the other places a customer that needed a truck and they were going to help us get one..Thank you Raul & Dave.. Sincerely Julia Perez & Jose Rodriguez We love our New Truck ❤️

    Very unprofessional and very rude part department. I drove one hour and a half to purchase a part from Stingray Chevrolet when I get back to the shop I realize that the wrong part we're given to me. I call to report the problem they did not even have the decency to apologize for the inconvenience of me driving one hour and a half to pick up a part, and hung up the phone on me. At the same time, they refused to take the part back saying that a harness was supposed to be purchased with it. It is your job as a part agent (manager/Devon Or employee/Christy) to let the customer know If another part has to be purchased with the part that you are purchasing because the original parts are no longer the same match or fit. It is a lot more to say about this customer service and how it was handled. But I do not have the time to sit here and explain the full story otherwise I'll be writing a book so I just made it short and clear. Don't waste your time, they don't care about your time or money because they get paid by the hour and time for them is not valuable because they don't own the business. As a multiple business owner my time it's very valuable and time is money for me and many business owners. I also ask for the corporate number and he refused to give it to me and told me to search for the number myself. Wow, what a nice customer service. By the way, the part ain't cheap costing me $910 when I could have purchased the original part from eBay without having to change a harness.

    Just purchased our fourth vehicle from Stingray, and have had Raul for a salesman. He was off when we came in this time so we had Michael Allen for our salesman. Overall great experience, but we still don’t know when our new purchase will be delivered. I’ve called and talked to several different people and can’t get and answer as to when I’ll receive my new truck. Only suggestion would be to keep customer more informed.

    This was one of the most EASY-GOING TRANSACTIONS I went thru in my life..& I mean that!! Matt Blundo, my salesman as well as the rest of the staff were Professional, attentive, responsive to every call & answered every question I had about my purchase. GREAT PRICE(MSRP) & informative about the whole process..from deposit to delivery!! This was my 7th Corvette I've owned since 1977 & beyond a doubt, the easiest purchase of them all. I will definitely be purchasing my next Vette from Stingray Chevrolet @ Plant City, Florida!!

    Erin Leone & Shawn Parry were more than helpful and professional. What an amazing experience. It was the small details that these two did that made the difference. Great people!     I generally don’t do ratings for car dealerships because it’s a process I usually dislike. However, our experience at Stingray was absolutely the best we’ve ever had. I searched for my new Camaro for months and ordered with Stingray after hearing other positive stories and I am so glad I did. From the regular updates from Erin L, to the sales process with Matt B, to our financing with Paul, it was all a great experience. We live nearly 90 minutes away and I wouldn’t hesitate to return (and will the next time we are in the market). I am an incredibly happy Stingray customer.

    Raul Valle walked us through a wonderful experience at Stingray Chevrolet!! We appreciate his knowledge and kindness throughout our buying process!     Everything was great until the finance manager pulled a spot delivery/yo-yo scam, overall great dealership under the circumstance that you handle your financing by yourself, ideally before you walk thru the door. Do not drive any car off the lot before your loan is fully approved as they may ask you to come back and pay up to triple the interest rate you signed off on. This is because the dealership will receive extra money from the bank offering a higher interest rate. They won't always do this, but when it's an available option, they absolutely will. This written review was originally a perfect 5-star review, but due to this major inconvenience (signing off, taking the car, then being forced to drive back) this review is changed for greater accuracy. My compensation for a 3 hour drive, many wasted hours, & unnecessary complications was a tank of gas. Deal wasn't completed until 18 days after receiving the vehicle! If this had not happened, it would've been the best car purchasing experience possible.

    “Too busy” in service for the next 2 weeks yet this is what the showroom looks like. If I were GM, I would look into the practice of this dealership. You can’t tell me you are busy for the next 2 weeks in service that requires you to program the module I need so that my power steering works. Oh and the company was sued for this issue? Also, when I tried to call initially, I was on hold for 30 minutes with parts. Inexcusable to see the showroom like this and the techs are 2-3 weeks booked behind. Oh, and they are booked 2 weeks behind, yet I was the only car in the service bay.

    After a not so great experience. Caitlin Hurley with a lot of hard work was able to help us get into a Chevy Blazer she and Shaun went above and beyond to make us very happy to do business with stingray. They have earned my business and will be referring friends and family to them. companies don't always do the right thing but its the ones that turn a bad experience into a positive one that I have the most respect for and stingray certainly did that

    Darren, the sales person was awesome throughout! He was honest with me from the beginning and really tried to get me the best deal possible. I could not be happier with how I was taken care of during the whole buying process. Was very impressed!

    I don’t think I would buy a car anywhere else. Made the 45 minute drive and it was completely worth it. Mr. Bauman was our sales agent and he was a pleasure to work with. He made us feel comfortable from the jump and he was never once pushy he actually listened to what we wanted and structured a perfect deal.The whole dealership as a whole is just friendly and they’re there to help you. Eric in finance is a great guy and just made it easy to work with him to seal the deal. After days and days of visiting dealerships and negotiation headaches this was a completely different experience. One I would recommend to anybody looking for a car

    Dylan has provided a thorough explanation of the product and services. While I did not take delivery of my new 2022 Corvette Stingray today, I have been told that I will be be receiving an informative delivery of my car when it arrives... I will say that all of the folks at Stingray Chevrolet were very nice and helpful. Well organized and clean dealership... 10s for Dylan as I could not ask for a more nice and respectful person to work with when purchasing a car...He knows the Chevy Product well...

    We recently purchased a fleet of vehicles from Stingray Chevrolet, and I couldn't be happier with the experience, thanks to Mona and Darren. They were incredibly helpful in selecting the right vehicles for our company's needs, and their expertise made the process seamless. Their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding.     Once we arrived, after a less than perfect trip up the interstates, our experience at Stingray was upper shelf. Up on arrival the volume of automobiles was very impressive. After entering the showroom, our appointment with Joe Brown was clearly visible on the monitor and he appeared within seconds of being notified. Shawn, prior to working the strawberry festival, had the vehicle cleaned and parked in the shaded display area. The test drive, agreed purchase contract with incentives, financial process, and technical training, all were executed without a hitch. We appreciated the entire buying process and the museum of muscle cars, for lack of a better word, was very impressive while waiting for my wife’s decision. Please know that my my wife has driven the same car for 31 years and had looked at almost every manufacturer before making this buying decision. She ultimately chose her Traverse because of the color combination, ease of use of the technology features, and the Stingray Chevrolet buying experience… she just did not want a generic looking SUV.

    I have always received outstanding customer service at Stingray. Shawn Perry has been my sales rep when I need to purchase a car. Before my husband passed away he had purchased two corvettes from Stingray and when we needed to buy our daughter a car we went to Stingray. My visit this time was to purchase my 5th car from Stingray for my grandson. Thank you for providing the service that is lacking in so many fields. Excellent customer service is important. Thank you

    I brought my 20/20 Silverado 3500 High Country in for repairs to the body shop. I hit a palm tree with the driver's side fender well. LOL worked with Brad in cash Collision. From the very beginning, he was in tune to my needs. Made sure that I knew every step of the process and the time frames. When I took the truck in he understood that I needed my truck back quickly and that I had to pay for a rental out of pocket as well not only did the crew get my truck done in the time frame given but actually 4 days early. I dropped my truck off on Monday and it was ready for pickup at the end of business day on Thursday. This is impeccable service I've never been to any other dealership that took care of me this quickly and comfortably. They even turned me on to an issue that I had with my truck and helped me out with it out of the kindness of their heart. I would definitely recommend them for any type of body work and I will be looking to buy my 2024 truck at this dealership. I can't speak for everyone but I can speak for myself and say that five stars is definitely deserved and Brad in Collision is great at his job and much appreciated on our end

    Absolutely the best car buying experiences I've ever had. From inquiring about the Corvette purchase to the deposit, follow up questions and status calls all the way to the deliver and final purchase. Everything went smoother than I could have imagined. Absolutely no sales or add on pressure. I will definitely recommend Stingray to friends, family and colleagues. I will be a returning customer.

    Had an appointment for a synthetic oil change and tire rotation for 9am. We arrived early as a service advisor greeted us, asked we have a seat in the waiting room. Within 30 min my Chevrolet Colorado was ready. As a service manager myself, it couldn’t have been any more pleasant! Great job Stingray Chevrolet!

    Fermin was my guy that ordered my dream truck. I haven't posted a review yet because I wanted to see how she handled. I'm very pleased so far. The financial manager forgot his name-sorry, was super helpful to me and my dad. Very grateful for you guys and hopefully will do more business with you in the future. Until then, I'm enjoying her.     Buying at Stingray Chevrolet has been a phenomenal experience in a good way. Since day one almost two years ago we have been in contact to make a purchase for this particular vehicle, and throughout the whole process I have been informed and advice in the different updates and Status information about my purchase. Once received the confirmation for the vehicle, we arranged the closing and the pickup and all that good stuff, since we're coming out of state, but the transition was smooth. I believe it has been a really pleasant to do business with Stingray Chevrolet. With the help of Shannon, Ramona, and the staff, this was a long but short at the same time of a transaction.     In my life I have bought many new cars, I can say that this has been the best experience of all. (((My price was MSRP in c8 it is not possible to achieve it))) my trade value was correct!!! It was worth driving 2 hours from where I live! No pressure, nothing hidden. all transparent! My salesman Fermin explained everything to me... very friendly people, kind and efficient service, The financier and his wife too... I will definitely recommend to family and friends, this is the right place to return to! Thank you!

    Usually have a great experience with stingray. This time I was in for an oil change, tire rotation, and asked for them to plug slow leaks in two tires. Got my vehicle back where they stated that it was done and they couldn’t find any leaks in the tires. Within two days both tires had lost air and were still on the same side of the truck that they were when it entered. Based on the fact that I ended up seeing a mail in the tread of one of the tires I can safely say that 1. My tires weren’t rotated and 2. They didn’t check for leaks as they said they had. I bought this truck from stingray a little over a year ago.

    Tellis my sales guy was extremely professional and did as much as possible to make me feel comfortable with my purchase and experience. He was also very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in buying. My next purchase with be with Tellis. Hands down the best salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The financing went smoothly and fairly quick. Overall, a great experience.

    From my first call to out the door Stingray Chevrolet provided World class service. I would like to specifically thank Mr. Dave Mitchell and Mr Ryan for making the entire process so smooth! I was fortunate enough to meet one of the owners while there and I was able to pass this info along to her. The attention to detail from the decor to the paperwork was perfect! I also had my 7 year old with me and so many employees went out of their way to make sure he had drinks, a new toy corvette and an awesome kids space while I completed paperwork!

    Dave Mitchel was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question I had. He had a straightforward approach, which I appreciated greatly, and I didn't feel like I was being talked in circles. As I was test driving what I wanted there was another customer attempting to purchase the same vehicle. I wasn't pressured into buying anything else that didn't fit my needs just to make a sale. Luckily for me, the other buyer didn't work and Dave contacted me to let me know it was available. Purchasing process was also no nonsense and all the fees were listed and explained. Had a wonderful experience and got exactly what I came to find! Would definitely shop there again!

    I was greeted promptly, Matt, my salesperson was able to meet me when I arrived (one hour earlier than my appointment), the entire process, the days before my purchase, and during the purchase, was very smooth, and everything was communicated clearly.     My review is for the COLLISION CENTER. My vehicle was hit in a parking lot and ended up needing actual body work & not just a dent pull like I was first imagining. I was extremely nervous because it was a brand new car (2023) and was terrified to get it back and have it noticeable that body work was done. I had a list of places I could take it to and Stingray was the best reviewed so I scheduled my appointment for my inspection/drop off. The entire process was extremely smooth and in my opinion, very quick. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday and picked it up the following Thursday. They even gave my car a complete detail before I came to pick it up! I highly recommend Stingray Collision to anyone needing body work done. I worked with Cody & he was fantastic!!

    We are extremely happy with the service that was provided and our new Suburban. Colin was very professional and kind. He was easy to talk to, was willing to listen to our concerns and our needs, and is an overall good guy. It is so nice to come to a dealership and not feel pressured or even worse, treated poorly or unfairly. All the employees we came into contact with with very helpful and professional. We also appreciate that the owner does not make his employees work on Sundays, that speaks volumes for how the owner is as a person and how they treat their employees. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend Stingray Chevy to all.

    Lisa Rice and Jeremiah Keller have been my points of contact for over 7 years and i could not be more satisfied. Attention to detail and promptness in which i receive help are just a few reasons why i will not go anywhere else. Job well done to these two. I do not get to see anyone behind the scenes but would like to say to them, you do an excellent job and you are appreciated.
