Super friendly staff, DELICIOUS FOOD, the most amazing Breadsticks ever to exist!!! I was sooooooo excited when I saw that Fazolis is making a come back, I've missed it so! Their baked Lasagna is the best ever!!!! especially as a fast food style restaurant.

The Family Meal was delicious the food portions were huge. We also ordered wings. The Manager Terry was super sweet ❤️

The food was fast and the breadsticks were satisfying. But that ends the good stuff. The food was obviously highly processed and not fresh. The prices were high given the quality of the food. And the location isn’t great. Sometimes you look around and wonder if you’re going to get robbed. The pasta was overcooked and flavorless. The chicken was a bit rubbery and dry. We will not be back.

Love the strawberry cheesecake and the mouthwatering hot bread sticks. Pasta dishes were seasoned well, I did add sugar to my meat sauce to add extra Zazzle to my lasagna and meatballs.

We came to fazoli's the first time 2 days ago. Loved it. Husband had spaghetti n meatballs and I had baked ziti. Bread sticks omg the food was fantastic, bread sticks divine. Price is reasonable. Staff friendly, restaurant clean. We each had half our meals left. Yesterday they were lunch. So good. Late this afternoon we were craving Italian. Back to fazoli's. Baked spaghetti for me n husband lasagne. So good and of course bread sticks. Tomorrow we will have the leftovers for lunch. Tables are stable. We have not bothered with olive garden in a couple years. Over priced not good valve for the money. More important their food tastes like microwave yuck. Bread sticks ok. Once you try fazoli's you will never go back to iffy Italian at Olive Garden. Highly recommend. We will be going back next week trying something else.

The staff very nice. Answered question and kept checking to see if we needed anything. The food was about 10 per person and came with drink and pizza slice or salad. It cheaper and taste better than olive garden hands down.

My wife craved Fazoli's through her pregnancy 14 years ago and it had been about that long since we have eaten at one. This is the closest location to us and is over 200 miles from our house. Expectations were low based on previous reviews, but we were very surprised by the all around great experience. Service was friendly and professional. Food was tasty and a good value. Those breadsticks were as tasty as I remember.

This was my first time at Fazoli's and they didn't disappoint. The smell when you first walk in is awesome. The staff was friendly and helpful. Oh yes, the food was very good. It was sit-down quality at a quick-service turn around time. If you dine-in, you will order at the counter and the food is brought to your table to give Fazoli's a sit-down feel. Fazoli's is the perfect topper to a day at Busch Gardens as it's, literally, just around the corner from the entrance.

I haven't been to a fazolis in forever. I was so glad that there was one close by! It was amazing to be able to take my son to one of my favorite restaurants from when I was a kid. And the breadsticks were everything I remembered and the meat dipping sauce was great! The customer service was really nice too and the place was extremely clean. Favorite restaurant.... 5 stars😁

Attended a FAMU Alumni Meeting held there, and glad I did. Food was great, the Unlimited Breadsticks are The Bomb, and the Management was Top Notch. Definitely on the Restaurant Roster!

They replaced my Pizza Hut 😓 but I think this just may be my new favorite Italian food place to go 🥰 "Frazoli's".... The spaghetti was perfect 😋😋😋😋 and the staff seems friendly 😊 UPDATE: April 25,2023... We went here for dinner this evening and I decided to try the Chicken Cabanara... I think it's my new favorite dish☺️🥰😜😋😋😋 Highly recommend it and this place to eat...🥰🥰🥰🥰

Food was excellent and the restaurant was really clean. The employees made our dining experience even better. They were very attentive and asked us several times if we needed anything. We will definitely be going back.

Not giving 5 stars only because the tables are wobbly and a little high. Also the slightest move scoots the table and the benches. 4* because the staff was friendly, not happy looking, but friendly. The prices are reasonable due to what we're going through economy wise. What I ordered was basically appetizers to try them out. I was not disappointed. The mozzarella skewers were crispy and plenty cheesy. The pepperoni and cheese bread sticks were soft, cheese stretching a mile and not too greasy. The regular bread sticks were also soft and not too greasy. I will be returning to try some other things.

I think this has to be the most underrated restaurant in the Busch Gardens area!! We love to pop in after going to Busch Gardens or Adventure Island and grab the lunch combo for the clan. They always accommodate my weird eating (no cheese on salad, no butter on breadsticks) with a smile! The staff is always friendly and attentive. Love me some Fazoli’s!

For the price it's not bad man. Not bad at all go check it out the customer service is great too I felt like I was at home at my grand Mas and she was cooking me some grub. Cheers

Great value for the serving food was good. Understand this is fast food not fancy food. Will be dining there again. Staff was nice and served hot bread in the restaurant.

Fazoli’s is great. It’s not fancy, nor does it try to be. The food tastes good, and is very well priced. Also this only place I know of where you can have pasta with a slice of pizza as a side.

We love Fazoli's usually..been to all in Tennessee and one in Atlanta..my daughters are obsessed w it. But the one near Busch Gardens made us want to quit. It was an hour before closing according to the manager , two according to the Google website. No trash cans available..restrooms locked..we were served in togo plates with the bread sticks on a sheet if wax paper. $27.15, i gave $30.15 and got back $2.85, spaghetti and meat sauce became spaghetti and meatballs n food was not fresh...won't be returning to that one

My family and I enjoyed our food (breadsticks were the best part). I do wish the past tasted more fresh. But, I get it and it was still hot and tasted good. The Customer service was excellent, Azora was helpful, kind, and patient with us as we asked her numerous questions. She was attentive to our table and made our dining experience a positive one. Thank you Azora! We will be back.

Fazoli's has such nostalgic value, went so many times in the early back in the college days until the location near UCF closed. So on my trip to Tampa I was highly excited when a friend told me there was one nearby! Swung in during lunch and ordered the Ravioli w/ meat sauce and salad, pretty good. But who are we kidding, the breadsticks are were it's at! Even after the complimentary hot fresh ones, we ordered extra to go, lol. The restaurant itself was clean and kept cool which is great in the 90 degree weather lately and the staff were friendly as well. Glad Fazoli's is making a comeback!
