Our server on 6/26/22 was Ashley and she was the best server we’ve had at chilis! She was so attentive and did not rush us out of here. She made sure we were well taken care of. When I come back I’ll be asking for Ashley as my server!

Chili's in Plant City is and has been GREAT! The food is delicious! My favorite is Fajitas! You can get chicken or can also get a combo of chicken and steak. Which I always get. You can also add shrimp. It comes out sizzling hot with peppers and onions and meat so good and the smell 😋 The tortilla soup is so tasty! Loaded fries, Steaks and baked potatoes, southwestern eggrolls, Barbecue Ribs, Hamburgers with french fries, Great Cajun Chicken Pasta, and chicken wings are good. Love the Guacamole bowl and chips and salsa the best! Have great salads too! If you like Margaritas 🍹 they are so very good! Have a cold great selection of Beer to bottle or on Draft. Have wonderful wines. My favorite is Cabernet Sauvignon. I would give 10 stars🌟 if I could. To go has it's own parking spaces and a side door section to park and go in to get or they will bring out! Curbside to go so awesome! Happy hour 2 for 1 Margaritas.

We went to Chili's and it was really good. The server took our order and the food arrived quick.My wife and I ordered the Triple Play, My daughter had the kid's Mac N' Cheese and my son had the chicken sandwich & fries. It all was very good. I would like to give a shout out to our server Grayson...he was really attentive. There were no problems with our visit... it was a great experience.

Have been going to this Chili's for 15 yrs to celebrate my birthday, my family get me a high dollar gift card as they know I enjoy a drink and don't have to worry about getting home as just live less that 100yds behind this location. Tonight went in there and tried sitting in a booth in bar area which we always do to eat then move over to the bar. This time were refused this as the bar maid didn't want to serve anymore booths at this time. This will be the last attempt we will use this location, considering that this place does not get many customers you would think they would be grateful. Either they need new managers or employee's that care or they should just close the place down.

I had a 30 top coming in and tried to call to prepare them. They told me they don’t take reservations, which I was fine with I just thought they would like to be prepared. When I got in, the manager tells me they are in the middle of a shift change and may not be able to accommodate us together. I mentioned that I called in to try and help. Her first response was “no one called in” and I said yes we did. Her next response was “Well we don’t take reservation” to which I told her I knew that but it would have been nice for her to be aware. She then reiterated I did not call. I told her we did, again. (Why she was arguing with me on this I have no idea)I then asked to have her GM number so I can make him aware of this situation. I wasn’t asking for anything free. She then comes out with the number to tell me that she spoke with the person who took my call. No apology, yet. I asked why she didn’t believe me. She said she didn’t say that and she was sorry if “I felt like that’s what she was saying”…. How condescending. I reiterated that I didn’t feel anything, I know what she said. She threw her hands up and started to walk away. As we were exiting she let out a big groan. 30 people worth of sales, she is turning away. The managers name is Brandy. I called the number she gave to talk to someone about it. It said no one was there and to call back later, then hung up on me. 1 star due to managers attitude and lack of customer service. Not because we had a 30 top and they weren’t ready. That can happen anywhere. We took our 30 people to Panera bread and they were very happy to see us. I also saw a note that the manager wrote to an employee on the podium. It was rude and condescending to the employee. It speaks volumes to how they treat their employees.

The old Chilli mucho better than the new 100% quality of food is not the same as well as menu selection. Restaurant never seems to hold to quality the price goes up and quality goes Down as well service.. Love the ole Mom & Pop places.. However, God never changes same yesterday an forever.. It's always busy here but we always get our food pretty quick. The BBQ on the boneless chicken wings was not a favorite. They recently changed it. They replaced the chicken on the triple dipper (which is a favorite) which was real nice. Brandy was our Waitress, she was really sweet, knowable, and on top of things.

I have now given this restaurant 3 tries...that's it I am done. The server, this time was a least nice. There were 4 of us. My food came out, I ordered the shrimp tacos. The rice was stale and stuck to the plate and the shrimp was cold, cold to the touch. I sent the meal back and made them take it off the bill. Two people with us got fajitas and they were not sizzling and very, very bland and the Cajun pasta was luke warm. Horrible, horrible food and lack of quality control from the kitchen. I asked our waiter and was told the problem is they make food for 3 different to go places. I said so the customers in here to eat suffer and the server said basically. Get your act together Chili's have a little pride in what you are serving.

The waitress was a very sweet lady, food was fast and everything looked really really well put together. There were six in my party and all of us were served fast and were pleased with our portions, presentation and prices.

Did curbside pickup. The bowl of soup was placed sideways in the bag, so the soup ended up leaking out all over the bag. The employee that brought my food out to the car(since I’m handicapped) acted like it was such an imposition to her. At least this time, though, my plasticware was included with the order, covered in soup, but it was there.

Quick & kind service & the food came out super quick. I was on break from work so it was super nice to be able to squeeze in enough time to be able to actually sit down and eat without running late. Waitress was attentive & I got the 3 appetizer bowl. Their mozzarella sticks are freaking insane, they're so good. Highly recommend

April was a good server. The food was very slow, and the salmon was burnt really bad the first time and slightly less burnt the second time.

Don’t eat here if you want something edible. I ordered a black bean burger and it was so burnt and tasteless I couldn’t even break it apart. Fries were so salty. What a waste.

Ordered ribs with side of coleslaw and fries. Ribs was good. Has to take back coleslaw because the cabbage in it taste old. My daughter get a sour mashpotato too we just end up not eating and putting aside. Didn't happened once. They have served before cob of corn that taste old too. The food served fast just wish its freshly cooked don't mind if i have to wait bit longer.

Great spot for a quick after work bite. Sat at the bar, quick service, food came quickly. Got the Bacon Rancher with fries. Great tasting burger and a few on draft options. Stella, mango cart, some lagers and blue moon.

Went here for Valentine's day lunch with my boyfriend m. This was the first time I've been to chili's in years we had a great time the our server w Was happy knowledgeable and on point.. we didn't have to chase her down for anything we needed she was very attentive. Th food was equally as awesome! my boyfriend got the brisket burger and fries and a bowl of chicken enchilada soup, I got the brisket quesadillas with a cup of baked potato soup. I must say everything was absolutely delicious! we were blown Away at how much the soups actually tasted like the dish it was mimicking and they both seemed very fresh not Like it had been sitting out on a warner all day. Both of our meals were to die for also the brisket was so tender and full of flavor.. if you like brisket I highly recommend getting either or. We both left completely full and satisfied.

First and foremost... AVOID DOUBLE BURGERS!!! Here is why I am strongly advising against double burgers. When you order a single patty you receive a standard size patty, but when you order a double, they serve smaller patties so that both patties combined are the same size as the single patty. I know this sounds strange, but this was explained by wait staff when questioned about it this evening (10/28/2023). Also the staff is too busy doing whatever it is they do in the back of house to worry about refills as shown by the staff on multiple visits over the past two months. At first we thought it was a short staffing issue but it has not improved at all. I will be taking my Chilli's business to another location and questioning their burger patty sizes there too!

Ordered food online and when we went to pickup our order the staff was absolutely wonderful! The nice tall young lady Kaylee was so prompt & pleasant, with a smile from ear to ear as she ensured we got everything we ordered. After she ensured everything was in check, she wished us a splendid evening & we will absolutely be coming back soon! Fantastic experience & delicious food! 🍔 🍟 🥤

Great place! We actually had one meal be not as expected and staff allowed us to exchange it for another. I really appreciate that! Our server was great and very attentive and the manager walked the floor and helped the servers the whole time we were there. Great attitudes and atmosphere.

Food is fine. Service is ok. Not always attentive even though it's not busyvat all. Im honestly irritated at them raising the food prices. So we spent over $100 on food for a family of 4, not including the free chips & salsa. It's just so over priced for what you get. Its not worth it. We had the fajitas, kids cheeseburger, 6 oz sirloin, & the smokehouse combo. I understand prices have gone up but when you pay $114 & the food quality & service don't line up, it's disappointing.

We really had a good time, the waitress was very pleasant and the food was great. We had the Baby Back Ribs with honey chipotle sauce. I really liked the sweet and hot taste to it. We've been looking for a good place for ribs, and this was it. Yum

Servers Ashley, Debbie and Preston have proven to be amazing several times... others should step up and serve better! We are frequent customers usually during lunch (2-3 people) and sometimes late evening: accommodating a party of five to seven people have been very challenging especially after 8:30-9pm due to short staffing (as we’ve been told and having to leave to find somewhere else to eat as a big family). The food is good and served freshly cooked… sometimes it takes longer than expected, but overall it’s good! This is one of our favorite places to get the steak fajitas! Thank you!

The food is always made just the way I like it. Perfectly seasoned on everything they make. One of my favorite places to go.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!!! Ordered fettuccine alfredo with chicken got alfredo noodles with a little chicken and a spot of shredded cheese on top. For 20 dollars I expected the sauce too but NO...guess I expected too much. Come on Chili's, do better.

AWFUL SERVICE, AVOID!! We had a group of 9 people, the host said that they only had one table where they could fit us all in but the server that was going to be in charge of that table wasn't coming until 45 more minutes. We told her that we could sit in separate tables so she said she had to ask the manager. A few minutes later the manager showed up and with an awful attitude told us that they only had 1 server at the moment and if we wanted to eat there we had to wait 45 - 50 minutes. There was no proper greeting, no apology and no thanks of any kind. We were basically thrown out.

Friendly service and good food. I liked the black bean veggie fajita's. Fairly priced and moderately quick service.
