We were there on February 12, 2022 around 6:00pm. There was only one waitress and cook due to staff shortage! Our waitress was amazing! (I wish I could remember her name!) She took very good care of us even when a group of older people of 8 walked in and were so rude and obnoxious to her but she kept her cool! She did her best considering she was the only waitress! Kudos to her for dealing with those awful people! Food was good but she was the highlight! Keep up the good work!

Awesome service. Great food. Their coffee is hot! Clean restrooms. There was no waiting for a seat. Walked right in, sat down and ordered our breakfast. Our waitress was awesome. The food was good and hot. So glad they went back to the old pancake ingredients. They taste great.

I have never had bad service at this location. All staff work together to make sure the experience is great. I do in every weekday for lunch and have a great experience. I watch the dish washer come out and help the waitresses clean the tables. I watch the managers help cook and serve. I watch the waitresses run from table to table to make sure everyone is taken care of. Great location

I'm changing my rating today to no stars..on March 17 I came to your restaurant and I left my wallet...my wallet had 800.00 dollars in it...I got my wallet back with no money and 2 different stories, first when I called the manager that was there that night said the wallet was found outside and when I got there they said right after we left they grabbed the wallet from the booth and put it in the front...then in the cameras it shows that manager taking the wallet to the back it was opened and then took my wallet to the front desk...the cop didn't see anything but the bills were folded I'm sure that at some point when it was taken to the back the money fell out...this needs to be investigated further...this is not cool at all that's my kids money and this money needs to be returned as soon as possible.and only leaving one star because that's the only way I can post

I was charged $6 for2 sweet teas.. that was not sweet and the waitress never offered a refill after seeing the cups were empty and came to the table several times.. so I love her a $1 tip.. normally I would have left 10 because I was eating with my family.

This place is discussing. I was gonna give two stars and then saw the restroom… so I’m just giving one. The whole place was filthy. The waitress has cero customer service training. She touches the food with her hands, brought the milkshake and had whipped cream in her hand as well… there are trays to avoid this… her uniform was all dirty. The menus were full of syrup, tables dirty and sticky. Same dirty piece of cloth used to “clean” every table. Food was good but we truly make an effort not to leave… At checkout the cashier was someone new, with a terrible attitude who seemed just woke up. To sum up, just avoid this DENNYS.

The waitresses were really nice and trying there best as the two cooks seemed all over the place and took 50 minutes to get a grilled cheese and 2 pancakes and while sitting there waiting they were turning people away as they had people in lobby saying it was taken out only and I work on fast food and women in charge had no idea what to do or how to stay on her crew. Again sweet people but very unorganized and definitely under staffed which I get completely. Hope next time could be a little quicker but otherwise I kind of enjoyed the nice time with my friend

If there was an option for zero stars, i would do that. From the moment we walked in, it was unprofessional. The staff had no urgency and seemed dirty. After waiting 30 min for our food, i asked how much longer it was going to take and was told it hasn’t even been started. The manager was turning people away at the door claiming they needed to get caught up. We were one of 6 tables in the building…they were taking only Togo orders-which was the reason our food still wasn’t cooked. There was a large Togo ticket in front of ours. This is by far my worst experience with dennys. I’m understanding of being short staffed, but they had people just standing around not doing anything, let alone cleaning tables or checking on the tables that were in there. Never coming back!!

It was really nice. I love Denny's. The server was very nice. I asked for my TBone to be well done and she didn't complain about it,she took it back and within a few minutes I had it back. She apologized and was very helpful.

I recently went to this Denny's for lunch. Firstly, before we even sat down, the waitress asked us for our drink orders. However, when we requested more time to look over the menu, she promptly returned to take our food orders as soon as my husband got up to wash his hands in the restroom. He wasn't even there to give his order. Then, as soon as he sat back down, she asked us for our orders again. There was no breathing room between sitting down, using the restroom, and her asking again, all within five minutes of being in the restaurant. We ordered two appetizers to share and a hamburger to share. Thirty seconds before our food came out, she informed us that they were out of nachos, one of the items we had ordered. We got chicken tenders as a replacement, considering we were already sitting there and had been waiting. I wish we hadn't, because we ended up paying $45 for this food, which was mediocre. It's truly disappointing because if we had known about the nacho situation at the beginning of our order, we would have likely left for a different restaurant. It seems like they deliberately waited until it was too late for us to make a different choice.

The food was delicious and well plated Cooks did an excellent job Our server Stephenie was excellent, very attentive and informative She was very professional 👏 The actual location needs work, and the bathrooms need attention.

This place was different from other Denny's. Very clean, staff very polite. Food was very good tasting. Music was low enough for pleasant meal. I don't want to be a wheelchair with oxygen. Will definitely be back when in that area. Good going for this restaurant staff!!!!!

Good food in a calm atmosphere. The service was great, friendly staff and the prices were decent. Definitely recommend anything with Hash-browns!

I haven't been to a Denny's in over a decade. That's because the ones in my hometown are horrible. We meet family here as we were in Tampa and staying in Plant City. The selection was low due to shortages, not their fault. Service was awesome and consistent. What we were able to order was good! I will definitely return when in the area again.

First of all, it’s not clean, restaurant is dirty, I have to clean the seats by myself, the waiter, she has dirty uniform and not friendly, I know it was a busy day but doesn’t mean to not communicate with customers. She forgot my order and I have to ask form another person to bring my pancake, and she just order it. We are waiting for 25 min to seat and more the 50 min to get out food after we order it. The bathrooms look like they didn’t cleaned for ages.

I’ve always had a positive experience whenever I come in for breakfast with my kids. I usually ask for Donna who is fun, fast and authentic in a very enjoyable way. Food is always tasty and my niece says Dennys has the best French toast in the world.

Had a blast celebrating my friend's birthday here! Food is great. Those cinnamon roll pancakes were super rich. First few bites were impeccable, but the rest was like eating a whole Little Debbie factory. I recommend water, coffee would've also been nice to offset all the sugar. Faith is a great server, very attentive and down to earth. I'd order something savory next time.

Whenever we are some distance away from home we can always count on Dennys for a good and tasty meal. Today we were on our way back home and found this Dennys right off of I4 exit 22 in Plant City. They did not disappoint. We had fast service and there was a great selection of food. I had the Bourbon Bacon Burger this time. It was cooked to perfection and was a but messy but worth it as it was very tasty. I also opted fir the wavy fries as they are always delicious. Next time we are back in this area we will make sure to stop here again.

I haven't been to Denny's in years but will definitely be back. Our waitress( Donna) was a great server and very friendly. I would recommend this Denny's in the furture.

Restaurant was clean, quickly seated, took a while to get drinks or order taken. My food was good. Others with me, it was incorrect and cold. Never received refills on drinks. And they were not busy. They were having an off day. Usually service is better than today's experience.

Served by Donna. I was very specific with my order and it came out perfect. Delicious fresh tasting coffee. Donna was always making sure my cup was full. Thanks for the great service today

Great food and service for all four of us, huge thanks and props to Catherine B. super friendly and checking in on us. Also big props to the cooks all of us loved the food from the sirloin steak to a salad and pancakes. Loved the service and definitely worth coming back. Super clean and polite/👍

Had not been to Denny's in many, many years. This location was updated and super clean. The server was excellent pleasing us more than I can remember at any restaurant lately. The food was so good. Never thought you could get a tender steak cooked medium rare at Denny's but you can! My husband chose the carmel banana pancakes and wow like dessert. So good! Thank you and if we're ever in the area, currently traveling, we will be back!

I want to tell you how much we enjoyed our server at Dennys. Donna was quick to acknowledge us when we sat down, she answered all our questions and did it all with a witty sense of humor. We will be asking for her on our return visits.

I wish I could give the server five stars. She was fast and thorough with my order. I didn't have to wait very long for anything. The stars are for the salad which looked really tired.

I was there for breakfast this morning and it was great. Cat my server was so sweet. The food came out hot and fast.. I'll definitely be back. We love you Cat...

If you have a choice pick something else. OK so I get that it was a Friday night and there were only two servers on. But 25 mins to take an order and then well over an hour from the time we sat down to get food on the table for pancakes and mozzarella sticks is extreme. The waitress seemed "disconnected and foggy". I don't want Go as far as to say she was messed up but after working 10 years in the service industry let's just say I've been around the block a few times and developed a sense of these things. Had to as for my coffee four times and a side of ranch (God how those four words are the bane of my existence) at least five times. 4d I overheard our waitress lay the blame on the kitchen for the length of time for the food a few times. But not once did I see a manager do any table touches to check on the guests. I have the sampler platter but my Buffalo chicken tasted as if it had been dredged in salt instead of flour. It was horrible.

I called the store number off of Google at 9 pm. I ordered 2 meals and an appetizer. Had to substitute seasoned fries (side item) for original fries because they were out. Had to sub sweet corn (side item) for onion rings for the same reason. They were out of onion ring sauce. I'm temporarily without a vehicle so I dealt with the inconveniences. I paid over $44. My food was delivered over an hour later COLD and my appetizer was missing. I called the store number back and the woman who answered the phone called me a liar repeatedly and refused to refund my money for the missing food. I told her to keep the $8 and lose my business. NEVER ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN. This was bulls***.

We stopped in for a early early morning breakfast. It was around 4 a.m. the waitress was very nice very friendly and very accommodating. The food was horrible price was ridiculous we paid almost $70 for three breakfast and that's not including the tip. We ordered three basic breakfast's eggs, bacon and hash browns the bacon was way over cooked that it didn't even have a taste. The only good thing I could say was the coffee was hot and fresh and the waitress was very sweet. For a 24-hour breakfast and in an establishment where there was only two people I would think that the breakfast would have been hot and fresh instead of old bacon freezer burnt hash browns and eggs.
