Atmosphere could be lightened up some, food I give 3.8 out of 5 and over all service 4 out of 5 stars. Food was better than I can cook and a large variety pretty nice place and priced a tad bit high. I would but everything seems to be up in price so it may be reasonable

Paid $90 for my wife and the in laws and our two kids, just to have this roach show up on our table. When I ask for a refund they only refund my meal ($19.34) because I took the picture, instead of giving me a full refund this place is a joke!

Every time I’ve gone the food has been good. It’s usually me and my husbands to go spot for date night unfortunately when we went today for lunch we discovered a roach in my husband’s cup. I noticed it as the waitress was walking up and she took the cup to the owner before I got to take a picture. They refunded us for my husbands meal but not the drink that the roach was in… we ended up leaving and not finishing our food and left the refund as a tip for the waitress. I really hope no one else finds a roach in their food and that this place gets it together.

Don't waste your time or money. Worst food ever! No seasoning whatsoever, hot food is cold, cold food room temperature. You know it is bad when the kids won't even eat chicken strips or Mac n cheese. We did attempt to eat but had to have the waitress put it in the microwave because everything was cold. My kids are dessert. Which consisted of gummy bears! They got other things took one bite and spit it out. First time coming and definitely the last.

I want to be fair because of lousy economy where everything is expensive but still the food was disgusting in my opinion. The pictures that I have seen online must have been at a time when there was abundance because there was very little in terms of variety. The clam strips were hard as if they have sat there since lunchtime. The Sausage and Peppers was in my opinion store brand hot dogs. I could not identify the meat in the meatloaf. I ate some potatoes that were partially cooked and tasted nasty. The waitress could care less and spent most of her time on her phone instead of tending to her "JOB" All the desert pies I seen looked dried out while the cookies stuck together in one clump. Even a piece of fudge was nasty. Maybe it was a bad day, maybe it is the economy but I have no plans to spend $30+ for two people at this place in the near future until improvements are made. My wife said she liked the fried fish. Well, if you look at the food one would get the impression that most of it comes out a bag and fried so I would assume what she liked was something you could buy and bake in the oven at home. Even the ceiling tile in the whole place looked like an old thrift store. Lets hope it gets better but, from my observation, it looks as if it's on it's last leg and the staff gave the impression that they were being forced to work there.

Very good buffet. They probably got the best selection of southern food in central Florida. Prices are very reasonable. Never leave this place hungry, that’s for sure. Better than the old Ponderosa that used to be here.

Food was barely warm def not at temp according to health dept. Got there at 337 lunch was till 330. $17 each def not worth it to the three of us. We were charged of course dinner price. We just walked around bars until we found somewhat decent looking food. Some pans were close to empty.. never never again and we eat out alot. No taste. We never saw them bring out anything fresh for the extra price from lunch to dinner. Beef sirloin tough and cut in small pieces .

Food good. Multiple choices. Everyone at your table should find items they like to eat.

This place is run down, dirty, carpets need to be cleaned, needs repairs and way too expensive for what they offer which is the same everytime and even their dessert offerings are stale, bland and unappealing. Basically we come here for when we don't want to drive further out and my husband loves the chicken livers. The pro is they have peel and eat shrimp and oysters and sometimes roast beef. The servers have always been friendly and great. If they could rotate the food offerings and clean up the place it would be a lot better.

The food is terrible. Fresh pan of Mac n cheese was not hot at all, potatoes not hot at all. Most of the food looked like it has been sitting all day and I came in at 5:30 pm when you would think the food would be fresh for the dinner crowd. The cherry tomatoes on salad bar tasted bad. Everything was bad.

The food was good. The bathroom was DISGUSTING. BOTH bathrooms. If we would have seen the bathroom before we ate, we would have walked out. Not enough staff, so no one picked up our used plates. We were a party of 6 and used the table next to us to stack our used plates. A huge hunk of prime rib on the buffet and no one to cut it and no carving knife so you had to hack pieces off with a steak knife. And no horse radish or au ju. The buffet is only $14 but they kill you with the drinks. 2 seniors and 4 adults one had water. Bill was $102.

I have no idea how this place is even in business. The absolute worst $20 I’ve ever spent in my life. I wouldn’t eat there again if I was homeless, starving to death and the food was free. This place doesn’t even deserve a one star all the food looks like it has been sitting on the Buffay for three or four days. I would ask for my money back, but they obviously need it more than I do. Absolutely disgusting. You’d be better off, picking trash out of the garbage from you’re home and eating that. I don’t even know what else to say to describe how disgusting this place is! DO NOT EAT THERE!!!!!! The owner should be fined and shut down immediately as a matter fact, I am going to be calling the health department!

The services was really nice and they kept the food bowels full on the buffet. They need to update the restaurant with paint and a little cleaning. They have a good business just need to clean up the place. I liked they had old fashioned country food on the buffet like fried tomatoes and liver plus alot of other items. Alot of potential for this restaurant just needs some updates.

This place has gone down since the last time we visited, before covid. Carpet on floor in dire need of replacement; food not as fresh as before don't know if it's because clientele not as plentiful as when last we were here. 🚻 was in bad shape also in need of some serious TLC. As per my spouse they are in need of pest control as well as ceiling to floor cleaning. Spacious parking here. Needless to say we will not be coming back to this run down establishment!

We decided to take a break from preparing Thanksgiving meal and we took our family here there was 5 of us! Price was perfect, waitress always made sure are drinks didn’t run out and picked up our dirty plate! The food was so delicious!!! The Turkey was so juicy and good!! We tried several other items such as meatloaf, cabbage rolls and so much more!! Everything was perfect and I got out of cooking!!!

I am in Tampa for work and I was looking up buffets to eat at. This place popped up and it was 20 mins away and I thought I haven't had a country style buffet in a long time, why not. I'm so glad I picked this place. $18.00 is well with the quality and selection of food. I even got a slice of my favorite pie. Next time I'm in Tampa I'll be back.

Never been here before and never coming back. My friends and I were hungry and were looking for a buffet and found this place, but honestly we should have looked it up before coming here. Maybe it was because we arrived an hour before closing time Idk, but the service sucked. The food, did not look appetizing at all, mediocre at best. The lady at the entrance had a very negative and disgusting attitude almost like she hated working there. The place looked filthy. I had to ask like at least 5 times to see if they would bring me something to drink, because what I did try to eat at the buffet I needed something to wash it down and almost 15 minutes before we left is when they decided to bring me my drink and the drink wasn't even what I had asked for but I took it anyways because I was thirsty, but yea again not sure if it was because they were going to close soon and all they had were scraps or they simply didn't feel like trying to work, but I definitely don't recommend going here. After reading some of the reviews on here especially about there being roaches, I'm suprised they haven't been shut down yet. I'm definitely never comimg back here.

As of 11/10/23 the price is $17.61 for one buffet and drink. No veterans discount on Veterans Day. The fried chicken was cooked well, but lacked flavor, the rest of the food was room temperature or below. Only one server/hostess for the lunch service so drinks don’t get refilled and empty/dirty plates don’t get cleared away. I wanted to try it because I’ve been working in the area, and I’m disappointed.

Food was all water logged, cold and flavorless. The server was nice. The price was not worth it considering I can go to Fred's(pay less) and everything is fresh and scrumptious. The pollack (although cold)was the only thing that tasted good. Almost all the tables were dirty which killed the score for environment.

This is a great buffet for what they charge. The food is good and it wasn’t super busy When we went. I was super pleased and we will definitely return.

I've eaten here several times over the past few years and it has been OK. Today, however, was the worst. Everything was overcooked or cold or tough. My friend and I tried different items, hoping there was something decent. Never again. Waste of money.

It was delicious homestyle food. There were greens, fried cabbage, fried chicken, carved roast beef, a salad bar and a fresh fruit. Well worth the money.

Everything was delicious 😋 Our waitress Tina was fabulous 👌 She made sure our drinks stayed full and unused plates were removed from the table. We never had to ask for anything, she was right there to ask you first. We will be coming back.

Small Buffet style restaurant with a great selection of foods. (Salad, baked ham, meatloaf, ggreens, pastas, vegetables, soups, seafood etc&a good variety of desserts) ✅️It My 1st visit and it was Easter Sunday and there was Only one server for back(I think her name was Cassandra IDK) but she was busting her butt filling drinks, clearing tables, getting condiments (shuffled salt shakers between tables) moving tables plus several large parties back to back. I was tired just watching her. But she did it all with a smile. Even when the big rude man yelling at her about his catfish being cold😡 She simply went to the kitchen and ordered him some fresh &hot. Then returned to the table as pleasant as can be and let him know she bring it out soon as it comes up. STILL SMILING too.... I don't know where she get the patience and energy to deal with all this but God bless her. ---- The staff kept the buffet stocked and wiped the entire time I was there I see guys wiping bar of food debris. My only issue is carpet needs cleaning badly it very sticky I'm sure that's just wear& tear but it looks unsanitary. ---

The peal and eat shrimp were abundant. However the had a horrible smell. When told the waitress about them the continued to allow people to eat off the buffet. Food was medium at best. Lemon meringue pie was like rubber. The cake was dry. The sherbert was tasty. The sweet tea was ok.

Really enjoyed the variety of options. Some food I tried could have been better but most items were very good. I would come back again next time im in the area

Have beef but need to beg for someone to cut it for you. Salad was empty. Shrimp were overcooked but had good taste. Soda is a little off. No labels on certain food items so not sure what some of it was.

It is 2003 on Sunday July 9th 2023 I had to take my cup to the server to get it filled and when the two women brought the drinks they had an attitude about it not only that but there has been no interaction I have had to go get salt and pepper as well as no napkins have been brought to the table
