This Plant City location on James Redman Parkway had a Fast Efficient drive-thru, food was pretty good. Not in the List Of The BEST Burger Kings I've visited, certainly not the worst either. Only complaint is little bit of a language barrier with the cashier.

This place is on Jim Redman St in plant city.I went thru drive thru ordered my meals pulled around to drive thru to pay the bill the lady dropped one my bags. Picked the meal off the floor I noticed this fact. Asked for my money back asked for the manager she Denice came with a attitude she talked to me like I was trash.denise needs anger management classes.she needs to be debt with.i will be calling corporate office to let them know @her bad nasty attitude.

Everytime I go to this location for breakfast, their food makes me horribly sick. Went there today and spent the afternoon puking my brains out! As much as I love BK, I won't be eating their breakfast ever again.

Honestly never coming back! They gave me my order completely wrong not worth it especially after waiting 38 mins!! Unbelievable

Went through the drive thru, first guy was pleasant but the girl that gave us the food acted like she didn't want to be working. We bought 2 double cheeseburgers, they were cold, not hot at all. Do not recommend this location at all! I'd give it negative ratings if I could.

Fast, fresh and the service ladies were friendly. I got a spicy chicken sandwich meal and it looked good. If you get a chicken sandwich, spicy is where it's at.

This Burger King was operating as it should. Order was well made, there was synergy, and products were as fresh as a fast food can make them. Two days later ate in another Burger King and it didn't meet the expectations at all.

I threw my food out and went to CVS for a better burger.

I went through the drive thru after sitting there for 5 mins with no interaction at all. I just left. Place was nice when it first open but like most fast food places this time and age it sucks.

I really hate writing bad reviews, but did they even try to make this Italian Chicken sandwich. I am done with them! I noticed there were drain flies everywhere by the ketchup dispenser as well. Very bad!

I do uber eats everytime I go in there for a delivery I aways have a long wait. The last time I was in there for almost an hour. My customers were not happy about it and I'm the one who has to deal with it. It effects my tips.

I really wish I could give this minus stars but since that's not an option I gave it the lowest if there is because of their poor customer service and they're obvious abuse of elderly people which has been observed twice at this restaurant and by management at the restaurant you have a new restaurant and poor people working it's a shame and I am not spending another penny in this establishment I'm ashamed that this place even exists in this town I think this this restaurant needs to be boycotted with the way they treat the Sun City Center residents it is really really upsetting

I will never go back here again. Times are soo hard right now that charging .70 for a slice of cheese an extra $1.40 for two is ridiculous to me not to mention the attitude that the employees give you when you want to change your order because you were not aware of the ridiculous extra charge for cheese. What is the point of coupons when the burgers come without cheese smdh!!

Rude people is an understatement. These workers do not like working nor do they. My entire order was messed up. I’d never go back here again. Can’t even get standard menu items right.

Terrible service. I was left standing at the counter while several drive thru orders were filled. The lady working the counter was all over the place, yet accomplishing nothing at all. Terrible.

Well,,, no one but us were there. So we ordered 2 LG fries & 2 8 piece nuggets with ranch dipping sauce, ketchup & salt. What we got was....1 8 PC nugget, 1 6 piece nugget with NO ranch dressing, 15 pks of ketchup & salt. And...no receipt. Burger Kings are notorious for getting orders wrong. I could understand if they were busy, but we were the only ones there. Serious training issue throughout all the franchises. Food was great@

Went to get a whopper after working all day, the staff at the drive through window are always extremely rude! On top of that, they had no whopper patties. Will never eat here again! They just throw your food at you, and slam the window before you can even ask for napkins! That's after I waited in line over 20 minutes. Food is always sloppy and cold

When is the best time to stop and get drive thru service? I have stopped 3 times now and each time, the drive thru line was not moving AT ALL for longer than 10 minutes and decided to leave the line. Maybe short staffed?

Staff super friendly! Food usually fresh! Across from McDonald's, so we can enjoy our quick line while they sit and ponder food.

My diet coke tasted awful. It was difficult to get attention of counter person. I complained about the taste of my diet coke and explained that the machine had only put out coke syrup. Employee just looked at me. No customer service at your Plant City, FL location.

It was awful I got in the car line waited in line to be waited on it was not moving got out of line went inside this store to place my order in the restaurant waited about 10 minutes, they were not waiting on the people in the store they were only focusing on the people in car line. Finally they waited on the guy in front of me and another guy and then made me wait at least 15 more minutes before they waited on me and some other customers was not friendly at all very rude lady that waited on us, the only reason I continue to wait was that I had some coupons for dinner for there for that night next time those coupons will not matter... Not looking forward to going back there again I should have went across the street to McDonald's..
