I ran out real quick to get juice and as I came to the front door I realized I forgot my mask at home. The guy behind counter said to me before I was even half way through the door said "you need a mask" in a rude manner. I asked if they had any available and he stated "Nope" in a condescending tone. Me being annoyed stated "So I have to go to a different store from now on" and he nonchalant said "Yep". So needless to say they lost a customer.

Meh, store was very nice, service was pretty good. More focused on his phone than customers walking in. Bought 2 flavors of their house juice. Both tasted like Elmer's glue. No melon and no strawberry flavor. Not impressed.

One indicator that you are walking into a shop and see that FSFA "Florida smoke free association" sticker you know this small business cares for this industry. Clean environment and their coffee is damn good. Broad selection of eliquid and devices from starter kits to convert smokers and devices for more experienced "hobbyists" vapers. Chris and Shannon are heavily involved with advocacy and have given back on many occasions at our state Capitol in Tallahassee. ST

The guy there was so nice. He had great enthusiasm and was very helpful. Love the juices y’all carry. I will definitely be back. Overall experience 10/10. I would recommend them to anyone.

Elysium is a great shop with a knowledgeable staff. The guys in the Lakeland store, especially the owner, Chris, really know their stuff. Chris has super in depth knowledge about every aspect of the vape industry. From juice production, to RDA building, to building his own mods, even advocating for the industry at the capitol regarding regulations, Chris knows about it and can explain it all very clearly. They're also very involved in the Florida Smoke Free Association, which means that they care deeply about the state of the industry here. They maintain a high standard for quality for both their own products and all other products in the shop. The selection offered is excellent and the prices are much better than most shops I've tried. And if you have any questions, the staff is personable, super patient, and educated about all the products offered and take the time to explain anything about them. The shop itself is a very clean and bright atmosphere and is an enjoyable place to hang out.

Great new place in Lakeland just what we needed. Great staff and I mean great staff very knowledgeable about the vaping industry and willing to teach you whatever you need to know to make your vaping experience pleasant. Great selection of juice and gear and a very resonable prices the best around. The new store looks great I will be back can’t wait to see what’s up next for the shop!!

I was a smoker for 15 years. I learned about vaping a couple years ago. I went to 8 different shops in the Lakeland, Brandon and Sarasota areas looking for people who not only wanted to sell me their newest products, BUT were also passionate about helping us, who are sick of smoking and desperate to free ourselves from big tobacco. The shops I happened upon were staffed by various types of employees selling numerous different brands and types of devices and juices, but no one was qualified or willing to help me out figuring out what was right for me. Chris, the owner of Elysium vapor not only took time to help me. He offered his own experiences, and told me that he only carries devices that he uses and believes in. The shop is clean but comfortable, with a kratom bar, couches, awesome music and screens to watch videos on. It's a great place to visit on the regular. I Love this place. I've become a regular and now consider Chris a good friend, because he was not only there to sell me his products, he believes in helping people understand the journey, and spent his time on me, instead of only expecting me to spend my money. If more people invested themselves in what they truly believe in, there would be more awesome places like this one.

It's hard to find a vape shop that's open after 7pm, and I was desperately in need of new coils last night. I didn't want to have to go 30 minutes out of my way to get overpriced ones at the mall, so I Googled "vape shops open near me" and found this place, which is only 10 minutes away! SUPER cheap prices, very friendly staff, and sells coffee as an added bonus. I'm definitely coming back in the near future!
