We had never been to a Dukes Brewhouse and decided to try it after the restaurant we had set out to go to closed early. So, we had no expectations as we didn’t know anything about Dukes. This is a casual sports bar atmosphere where the servers are wearing short denim shorts, shirts tied up and cowboy boots. Kind of along the lines of a country western Hooters. We ordered chips, salsa and queso, a footling chili dog, grilled chicken dinner and chicken wings. The chips, Queso and salsa was tasty. The wings were pretty good. We ordered them plain with ranch to dip in. The foot long chili cheese dog was enormous as it was all beef and thick. This was probably the best chili cheese dog I’ve ever had. It came with fries but I substituted sweet potato fries. The grilled chicken dinner was of good size. The chicken had a nice taste to it but it was thick and not the best quality of chicken. This we didn’t finish. All in all a great experience. The kitchen was a little slow as we even had a longer wait fir the chips, salsa and Queso and the restaurant wasn’t really full. We would go back and likely will fir another hot dog. There is indoor, outdoor and bar seating. The staff was nice and our server checked on us often.

We stopped here several times. The food is surprisingly good, the service is average. Don't expect to have a conversation with the overly loud music! Great early bird specials make Duke's worth a visit.

I have never taken the time to leave one of these reviews in my entire life. I honestly never thought they mattered, until I told one of the managers how fantastic my server was and that Paige deserved some type of recognition. The manager informed me about Google reviews and here I am. Paige at Dukes was fantastic, she was attentive, quick, more importantly KIND. She was very genuine which is so hard to find now a days. I got the vibe she was not just here for a paycheck she was here working to actually serve people. She has such a great servant mentality and kind heart. She remembered everything on our order, kept checking on my table consistently. I’m a very indecisive human, so when it came to drink I always asks the servers their opinions and she was on it. My boyfriend and I were very appreciative for her, and definitely would ask for her coming back. Give that girl a promotion!

Duke's Brew House has a comfortable and casual dining atmosphere with great food and great service. We were welcomed with a smile and the smiles permeated throughout the whole establishment. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu items noting her favorites and was able to answer our questions about the menu in a descriptive and enticing manner. We definitely enjoyed our meal consisting of ice cold draft and the chicken quesadilla. We will be back and we will tell others of our newly found place to eat.

This was our first time there, and although service, beer, and live music was great, our nachos appetizer was not good - hardly any toppings compared to the amount of chips. Cheese not even melted. I will say that our server was aware and had the GM come over, and he removed that item from our our tab. He was appreciate of our feedback and stated he would coach his kitchen staff. I give him kudos for this....and we will definitely return!

We were a party of 5 after Golfing. One of us ordered boneless chicken wings and first received bone in and they were sent back and then they brought out chicken nuggets. Grrrr another of us asked for gravy and extra gravy. It took 10 minutes after food was on the table for gravy to arrive and another gravy 20 minutes for the extra gravy to arrive. Not sure what was going on, but we won't be returning anytime soon.

Good service! Not a long wait even though the place was fairly busy. Good country music. First time I came here, I had the cjili cheese footlong and LOVED IT. We came back and I got it again, but today it was almost flavorless. My mom’s β€œChimmy” was the same way. Not sure why. Overall, typically a great place to eat at in south Lakeland. I recommend!

The onion rings are good but that is the only positive thing I can say. My chicken sandwich was extremely overcooked. Server took forever to take our order. We had to yell out that we needed to put in an appetizer before she took off again. Definitely will not be back.

It was my first time there but my husband and his best friend go together at least once a month- they love the wings there. This time I went along to celebrate his best friend's birthday. They had no problem putting an ice cream cake I brought in their freezer for me. My husband ordered his normal mild wings but they weren't mild like they should have been and we had to go through the whole manager coming out and having to wait for another batch of wings to cook. The manager kinda made me uneasy like we did something wrong but it eventually worked itself out. Then the band began to play and it was not good. Just my opinion. I couldn't wait to leave after they started playing. Our bill was a lot more than I expected for wings and soda- like I said it was my 1st time eating there. Overall it was ok but I don't see myself going there again. It just didn't do it for me.

Was in town for a week. Liked this place so much I ate there twice. Had a great burger the first time, then thoroughly enjoyed the fish sandwich the second time. The Duke's Blond was a really good local brew. Cost not much more than fast food.

Been going here since they opened. Great atmosphere. Service is hit or miss, food is usually great. When servers take 30 min to get back to your table and both your wing orders are wrong but you don't want to raise a fuss so you tell the waitresses it was wrong so you just want the correct sauce to dip it in. Then brings you the same sauce that was incorrect and charges you for it...yeah, naw. Honey BBQ is not Carolina BBQ and dukes way is not naked plain wings. Depends on what day you go really it seems. After 4 years going here the best way to describe it is hit or miss

I was invited here by some work friends to watch the football game. The wings are great. The servers were also very nice. The restaurant/ bar itself, however, gives dive bar vibes. I'm not sure if that's the goal, but it's not very nice and up-class if you know what I mean. It's just a basic bar. Food and drinks are tasty, though. If you're looking for some good eats and a good time, this place won't let you down.

Love Dukes Brewhouse! Routinely stop by for all the UFC action. There are always live bands on Friday evening. Food is consistent and delicious! Recently had the Quesadilla with Steak and the Garlic Honey wings. Both were exceptional. The beer is always cold, and the people are friendly. Highly recommend giving it a chance.

Aliyah was an amazing bartender! The wings were perfect to her recommendation and the drinks were great. She was so sweet and we had a great time. Also Natalia was great too but we mainly were helped by Aliyah.

Great service and food. We had wings and a philly, both were awesome. Maddie was our server. The best we had ever had in a long time.

Ordered online and only one item was eatable, the hushpuppies. Ordered fish and chips and got a TON of soggy fries ped on top of two very tiny, thin fish fillets. Had to make dressing for Cole slaw and fried okra was soggy. I spent $40 and ate hushpuppies and Cole slaw. I will not order from here again nor will I eat at their restaurant.

Good food! Great open layout! Can't wait till fall kicks in a little so we can enjoy the outdoor seating area! Pretzel bites were good, chicken flatbread was tasty but the chicken tasted like it had been cooked way too much, very dry and chewy. Service was quick to get started but our server only had 1 other table. That table stayed dirty after those guests were gone, and we waited at least another 15 minutes before she came back to check on us. Almost another 10 minutes just to run credit card. I think we came in at a slow time of the day, after lunch , before dinner . I would definitely go back for another try! Great views! Water out back is nice and the TV's all over were great! Problem is when you have to wait so long to check out, you have nothing to do but look around and you see more problems. .. You can see from pictures, it wasn't busy enough to wait so long. I'm sure my next visit will be better..UPDATE!! NOV 2ND 2020; my wife and I came back to try Duke's again, and the chicken and steak on the fajitas were very dry, again, and had hard pieces from the grill and burned chunks, that would chip a tooth. I talked to the manager and he took it off the bill, but he also noticed my fajitas were not on a sizzle plate either, like Chili's would have done. I'll try 1 more time, but not this location next time. I always want to give the benefit of the doubt, but this place might've had 6 tables in the whole restaurant while we were there.. No excuses! He didn't make any excuses and he apologized. He was really nice and listened to all my complaints. I'll try Winter Haven next time!

First time going was tonight. My brother had the bacon cheeseburger and he said it was delicious. Philly chicken was really good. Service was okay. Only complaint I really have is the coleslaw was very dry. Maybe they forgot to put dressing on it? One bite and we pushed it to the side.

The waitress that served my table last night made sure to ask the men at the table before their drink was empty if they wanted refills. Thank you! That was very much appreciated. My drink was completely empty twice. I asked the first time for a refill and gave up about asking for more water or alcohol the second time. I made sure to pay so maybe next time she will attend to the individuals at her next tables and not just who she thinks her tip will come from. Out of principle and to drive the point home, I tipped over 20 percent. To be clear, the tip is because I appreciate people coming to work during the pandemic. Not because of excellent service. I do not feel the service was worth another dinner at this location.

This was a Rubin with fries you could not substitute the fries for anything else unless you paid another 99 cents, not good for people that want to try a little bit of goodness and try to be a little healthier without the fries. They didn't get the order right in the kitchen we said no 1000 island and they put it on anyway and the waitress caught it then they brought us our food without apology. We waited longer than we should have had to for the meal. Yes they split plate for us but the waitress indicated the sandwich was much larger and thicker than it was actually.

πŸ‘πŸ‘ The atmosphere is awesome. High energy and plenty of visual items to take in. What's even better is the food. The "Estate" burger was one of the best burgers I've ever had. My Everything came very fast and hot. Well timed by the team!! My son especially loved the onion rings. Be carefull though,...
