First time here and I liked just about everything about the visit. Nichole did a good job waiting on us, made sure we were good the whole visit. Started with fried pickles that were super good, they use fairly thick pickles and most places don't. Got two sets of 10 original wings with 4 flavors (5 each). My daughter got mango habanero and medium while I opted for Nashville hour and extreme. They all had good flavor but I wish the extreme was a little hotter. We also got a basket of carrots and celery that was probably enough for 4 people. Lastly the mojito had excellent flavor all the way until the mint at the bottom of the glass. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is the music was a little loud and it did take a pretty long time for 20 wings.

Great spot to visit with friends and watch sports... The bar staff is truly and simply the best at holding down drinks and service... The food choices were awesome and worth the price... The staff were all gorgeous and entertaining to watch their interactions behind the bar.. Lindsey with the sleeve tattoos is the main event who can make the magic last the whole night with laughter and entertainment news... Kudos to the staff holding down this spot for late night wings and drinks...

My son and I have really been enjoying watching the NHL Finals at the local Winghouse in Lakeland. Jaiyah and Alexis have been our servers and have been excellent. They were very attentive, took care of us promptly, and both had a great attitude. The food has been delicious. When it was noticed that my nachos weren’t made correctly, they were changed without problem and back at the table very quickly. The TV setup is the best I have found in town - we love the 4 TV wall. I will definitely return again and recommend this venue to others. Thanks!

Service was fast and prompt and the staff are very nice. Outside desk on Cool days is great not to much road noise with t.v. screens positioned so you never miss a play. Food's not to bad and priced reasonably. Our waitress was attractive with the Wing House dress code. Not to much just enough can't really eat allot right now but what I was able to taste I liked. We had garlic butter wings and loaded fries. They did forget to bring one item my wife ordered other than that. Id go back.

Despite what these reviews say below, winghouse is one of the friendliest places in town. John is one of the best managers I’ve seen. He always makes sure the girls and kitchen staff are in a good environment, safe and does his best to provide a good work space for everyone involved. Overall this place is definitely one of my go-to’s. Always has a super friendly, welcoming atmosphere and all the girls there are wonderful. I would definitely consider making this your home sports bar!

I work for A delivery service, I can understand the restaurant being busy and the staff being short. But you also have to understand we are on a time limit and when we have to wait extra time, not only does it make our order late, but can also prevent us from getting other orders in, dropping our income for the night. So when a waitress stands there and continues to talk knowing my delivery is ready to go (because I literally saw the cook put the bag up, call her and point at me), along with other things, before bringing me my bag, it not only messes up my time, but the food is going cold and it can make my customers angry. This makes me look bad as a driver and this can affect my tips, we are trying to make a living too.

Great local spot! We came for an afternoon lunch, ordered mozzarella sticks, medium & garlic Parmesan bone-in wings with a side of friends. Everything was amazing! The sauce on the medium wings was perfect, both wings had an excellent crisp to them. The location has plenty of parking, easy to locate with wheelchair access. They are kid friendly with high chair and booster seat options. TVs are spread out around the restaurant for the perfect sports viewing. The location has an awesome 90s nostalgia. Additionally, the customer service was top notch. All the woman we interacted with were extremely friendly and attentive. We can’t wait to bring family and friends back here!

Attention owner! Check your cook on 03/08/2023. Would you eat that philly slider? It's BURNT. Now I'm scared to order again in case I get this cook again because if he sent my food this burnt knowing its costing $$$ then he needs a slap upside the head

Service was very poor the waitress had better things to do like disappear.. my order showed up ice cold and burnt… the manager “tried” to fix the order only to undercook the sliders…

So, with my experiences with said 3, these ladies are the epitome of what makes a good bartender, with being on point by constantly making their customer rounds, confident energy with their customers, ability/desire to engage in conversation, and a fun/sincere attitude. I went to the Wing House on South Florida Avenue, this past past Saturday, to have lunch with an old friend of mine, Billy. I arrived via Umber. There we shared wings. We ordered from the bartender. I was specific in asking that the wings be cooked longer, please. I am terrified of getting sick from raw wings. Well to my disappointment, they were not only cold but raw. The disgusting part is that it was the ones under the ones that were actually cooked to order. As in the raw, under cooked ones were put under the top layer, intentionally to save time? I pointed this out to our server who was working behind the bar, but did go out of her way to serve us outside on the the front patio. The server was great. She was prompt and willing to go out of her way, so we wouldn't just sit out there and be forgotten. I think her name was Nicolette.

Wings and service was good. Bathroom smells like a bait shop. Room was leaking over our table.Told the manger about both problems. He offered to move us but no one went into the bathrooms to check because my daughter said the woman's was nasty to.

Well, the girls are pretty service is great and the atmosphere is quite pleasant. The food however leaves much to be desired. It's a great place to watch a game but I'd eat somewhere else before going. Perhaps if they hired competent cooks I would give it a rating of five.

Came here with my husband and the kids. First time we’ve been to a wing house. Everything was delicious the wings were the best wings I’ve ever had and they were running a 20 wings for 20$ special I believe it’s every Saturday and Sunday. I had the mild wings with a sweet rub I forgot the name but man they were good. Our server Aaron was amazing! Answered all my question and told us about the special def will be back.

Lindsey was very attentive when drinks were needed and provided great service. Nice amount of TVs to watch sports from almost every angle. Only negative is the boneless wings were too hard.

Awesome service!!! I really need to commend my waitress, Ms. Haley! She was very attentive to all my needs. When I asked for recommendations, she mentioned the Philly Cheesesteak Sliders! She stated that it was one of her favorites! Well in the interexchange of ordering, I forgot to mention "no mushrooms". When the order came out, I mentioned the mushroom issue to Haley. In her biggest smile she stated that she didn't like mushrooms either! She took the plate away and within 5 minutes brought me a perfect dish! I also have to commend the manager, Rob! While Haley was taking care of my food, the other waitresses were checking up on me! That is a well-trained team! Good job, Rob!

First time going to wing house. Purchased my daughter and I some wings and fries. When I got home and opened my plate I discovered a long hair. I called them to tell them what was in my plate, I was told to bring it back. Got there and all they did was pretend they made me a new plate. It was the same food barely heated up with same raggedy fried in my plate. I will NOT! spend my money there again. THE END!

This is the worse experience I have ever had in a restaurant. There 10 of us all gathered after work. Ready to end a hard week. The place is empty on a Friday night. Our waitress doesn't smile, rarely checks on us. We were ready to buy several more pitchers of beer and our. Waitress closed us out because we asked to speak to a manager. Manager didn't offer anything, not that we were asking for anything more than pleasant, adequate service. We won't return sadly

Went for the boneless chicken chunks. Bogo, buy one, get one free. We walked right in, no waiting. I got 2 different flavors . What I didn't realize was they were dry rubs. Couldn't taste the different. The menu did not specify this. I ended up asking for some BBQ sauce to dip. The chicken was over cooked and dry. Not a good night for me.

Absolutely the nastiest wing house ever! Smells like a urinal in ybor on a Friday night. 5 people here and 20min for apps. Never again...bathrooms not able to use because of urine all over....horrible

Had an online order but most the staff was to busy entertaining the men at the bar vs helping those coming into the restaurant. Waited for at least 10 min before they acknowledge we were waiting to be seated.

Always a pleasure asking for server Destiny when we pass through Lakeland and stop here. She’s charismatic, has great recommendations, and works hard to provide great service each time we eat at WingHouse! Definitely recommend asking for her if she’s in that day!

Went on Friday night around 8 and it was surprisingly not very busy, was able to walk in and be seated right away, did the dirty 30 wings (30 for $30) and was not disappointed, Hannah was our waitress and she was great.

Food was good but we had to select a different option cause they didn't have ribs. All 4 of us wanted the ribs and they only had one when we were there on August 22. We didn't know they don't serve things like piña colada or daiquiri etc cause they don't have the processor machine. Other than that the server was great, the guys enjoyed her presence.

Vanessa was my server and besides being gorgeous she was very attentive and caring. Our food came out very quickly and was so yummy. I got the lemon pepper wings mixed with hot recommended by her as well. I will definitely will be coming back to see her

Saylor was my server and it was great! She has a great sense of humor, and held conversations with us all. And that made the atmosphere feel like another guys night out. She check on my crew and I frequently and kept us topped off on all of our drinks. The food was finished and served within a reasonable time. I love the Tampa style wings the most!

Far Superior to Hooters in my humble opinion. Wings are way better, salads are better and the staff seem better. Catch the staff on a dress to impress day if you really want to spice up your visit. Definitely a great place to stop in and catch a game and some beers or just grab lunch or dinner.

I visit the Lakeland Winghouse on a semi-regular basis. Last night the waitress who greeted us at the door certainly did not understand the concept of customer service. The attitude was poor and not what anyone should experience at a restaurant of any kind. We decided to stay for our meal anyway and had the privilege of being served by Aaren. She had a delightful and engaging personality and saved would have resulted in a complaint to corporate management. Thanks Aaren!

I went for lunch. I had a side salad while sitting at the bar. Paige, the bartender, was friendly and attentive. I noticed the salad did not come with onions, a must for me with a salad. Therefore, I told Paige that I loved onions and would like a good amount. The salad was quite big to be a side salad and I was impressed for only $5.99. The onions came in two side dishes which I thought at first seemed strange as there was less than an ounce on each dish. I had Iced Tea which was brewed and very good. All in all a good value for a light lunch...until I got the check. I was charged. 79 cents for onions and an additional 79 cents for extra onions. That might not sound much but it comes to a 26% overall increase in the price of the entire salad. I was not told there would be a surcharge much less told there would be two surcharges. Please note that I probably would have paid .79 but required more than they gave. So a fine lunch experience ended up souring me. It was the principle of the thing. Paige told us she was the bar manager so she knew what she was doing being there 6 years. Of course, this place is basically a copycat Hooters. They are used to people ordering alcoholic drinks, eating burgers, wings, nachos, etc which is fine. It is what I normally do. If you like Hooters, you will like the Winghouse.

So the food and service were good but if you sit there long enough and start looking around it looks bad. The floor around the bar needs to be stripped and resealed. The men's room was absolutely gross. There was spit on the wall in front of the urinal, it had a red tint like somebody ate a red hot and spit on the wall. They had a fan in the men's room trying to dry the water against the wall in front of the urinal. The floors are bad. The paint on the front doors is bad. So the point of this is if we can see this as customers what does the back of the house look like. The bar has an odor from the drains but we dealt with it. After we ate and started noticing things we were like uhm we don't really need to go back.

Great food all the time ! We come here for any and every occasion. For just a bite or feast. Lindsey the bartender and Estrella the hostess with a warm smile ! Top it off with Jackie our server and it’s the perfect experience .

The first time I came here. The waitress was more worried about talking to all the locals. The onion rings are frozen not fresh but if you read the menu it’s misleading. You would think they are fresh. Was going to order other food but it was so dead in there and the waitress did not have a good attitude so I left. The best thing about the place is they have touch tones. I travel almost every week and I live off touch tunes. I really do t write a lot of reviews but I was told this place was really good and I would not recommend it. And believe me I go to a lot of eating places in my travels
