If
I
could
give
a
zero
star
rating
I
would.
My
family
and
I
recently
moved
to
the
area
and
ordered
takeout
from
this
location.
We
placed
a
mobile
order
directly
through
their
website.
We
ordered
a
good
amount
of
food,
and
one
thing
that
we
ordered
ordered
was
the
appetizer
sampler.
The
sample
advertises
through
the
menu:
mozzarella
sticks,
onion
rings,
cheese
quesadilla,
and
chicken
tenders.
What
we
received
had
mozzarella
sticks,
onion,
rings,
and
two
chicken
tenders.
They
were
more
onion
rings
than
anything
provided,
with
items
omitted
that
were
advertised.
It
was
late
and
we
did
not
want
to
have
to
deal
with
going
back
and
the
overall
hassle.
We
received
an
email
asking
about
our
experience
with
the
mobile
ordering,
and
we
gave
honest
feedback
as
we
were
still
in
such
disbelief
that
we
ordered
a
standard
menu
item,
and
it
was
not
provided
as
advertised.
Just
wanted
to
provide
the
feedback
to
the
restaurant
could
avoid
making
similar
mistakes
in
the
future
My
husband
received
a
phone
call
from
the
manager
of
this
location
based
on
the
feedback
we
had
provided.
We
were
encouraged
to
give
them
another
chance
and
advice
we
were
going
to
receive
a
gift
card
for
a
future
visit
especially
because
we
spent
a
lot
of
money
For
our
first,
and
last
order.
My
husband
entertained
it
and
gave
the
manager
all
our
information
to
mail
the
gift
card.
It
has
been
over
a
month
since
we
spoke
to
the
manager
of
this
location
and
not
received
anything.
My
purpose
of
posting
this
is
to
let
others
know
to
check
their
food
before
you
leave
especially
if
you
have
a
to
go
order.
Also,
I
think
it’s
really
disheartening
that
they
reached
out
to
us
directly
to
rectify
the
situation
and
make
promises
that
you
don’t
intend
to
follow
through
on.
I
would
avoid
this
location
and
go
somewhere
else.
Service,
honesty,
integrity,
and
accuracy
should
be
key
using
to
spend
money
at
an
establishment
especially
in
these
times
