    Excellent place to live in peace and quiet. I would recommend it to anyone ( age restrictions of 55 and older) The care and maintenance of the property is excellent. A very quiet place to do long-term or short term! Very well located and convenient to Shopping, Automotive care and most anything you need.

    My wife and me were blessed to be able stay at Orange Park for a month. Terrific owners, residents of park really nice, good location, great price.

    Retirement community for snow birds or Floridians. Close friends and many activities for the young and wise. Awesome people ✌️

🫤 We planned to stay a week at what we thought was a RV Resort but realized very quickly that this is a mobile home community with a few RV sites. We had to be moved from our original assigned site to another nicer one because our rig was too big for it. This place is misrepresented on their website...
