Lot rent 438.00 not incl water, sewer, garbage, pet fee, plus they charge a portion of owners property taxes= about 27.00 month in addition. Not very common. New managers are making improvements but you cant keep trespassers and drug dealers out. Very noisy near the utility plant and noisy neighbors.

I moved in with my rv a few days ago. It was my first time setting up. The manager.. I think his name was John. Helped me from beginning to end. Even giving me a few items I did not have. He also explained how the stuff worked. I am grateful for that!! The next day I gave him a well deserved tip for all his hard work and doing it in the rain. It is so quiet and peaceful here. Price is good too compared to some I looked at. Seems like they are doing major improvements here in the park too. They must care about there tenants.

I can’t believe they want to charge $25 per month to have one cat that never, ever goes out the door. That’s $25 every month to have a cat that lives inside the home you own. ! Something very wrong with this.

I have lived in this park for many a year. I never had any problems..sure you get the few that cause problems but that is everywhere. There are new managers here and they seem to want to help us and look out for us.The pool seems nice although i do not go. it seems as though they are trying to better the park and what i seen so far it seems they are doing a pretty good job so far. It is close to major highways and stores. I cant wait to see what is in store. As long as you follow rules and pay your rent its a great place. thank you for reading.

We just moved our camper in and we had no problems at all staff assisted us in hook ups, and were able to answer all our needs to be worry free, they all have great personalities, we like the area it is close to everything, and we can't wait for the strawberry festival to come in March The lot rent is very very reasonable to what the majority parks charge in the area, it is well lit at night, which is nice, side walks to walk on, and the best part we feel more secure do to security cameras and staff driving around through out the day and night. we would definitely recommend to this park to others to stay at.

Lot rent, dog fees, tax fees on the lot your on, the lawn isn't kept up correctly, the weed eater gets weeds and grass all over everything, yet they don't blow it off car or carport, when they hit your planters or under pinning they tell you have old stuff and it's your fault even though you just bought New plant pots. This is one of the worst places I've resided at.πŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘Ž

Great place to live, lot rent is more reasonable then other places, has all the amenities you need, close to Tampa and Lakeland, a lot of employment in the area. Park is under new management and is improving the appearance and the moral of the park.. Also I have noticed that the seniors are being treated with respect and dignity in this 55 + community.

We like the park very much, the community is very friendly. Management is very helpful and are on the ball in assisting us, The park is an older park but management are installing newer lots and are continuing to improve the grounds through out to better serve all the tenants, we feel very safe here and it is walking distance to everything. Great price for what the park has to offer.

Rules of Floral village are not enforced. No big dogs allowed, no felony's allowed, $100.00 back ground check for some. Gossip, gossip, gossip,. forced to put RV in most expensive lot. All above allowed for some, some, some. Good for some, bad for some. Take it or leave it.

Very quiet neighborhood, considering it's in a noisy town. Reasonable rates. Park manager Tammie is very nice and helpful!

We are here for a year due to medical reasons. I can't say anything bad about mgmt. Tammie, the manager, is awesome!! If we need to stay longer, we definitely would! We live in our Motorhome. This little park is or was a trailer park. Over the years, they have set up RV spots. We have enjoyed our time here. All the neighbors have been very kind & helpful.

My aunt lives in there and a cousin is for 55 and over decent neighbors the only bad thing is the water plant that's behind the trailer park when the wind's blowing it really smells on FD and C Street

Tammy is a good manger, but the park in awful, homeless traffic constantly. Owner or CEO is very nasty and rude. Clubhouse is closed when manger leaves at for 4 or 5. Amenities not good

The only thing I really like is everything I need is close by, convenient, but I can not and will not let someone tell me who I can and cannot come and see me at my home so there for I am forced to move.

Lot of noise from the traffic. Homeless people always around

Office personnel does not take complaints serious about their employees harassing and berating the elderly in this community. Unfortunately, we had to call the police on their maintenance worker who banged on my mothers door and harassed her. He approached her home drunk and belligerent. We are taking precautions to make sure it doesn’t happen again, but unfortunately he still is employed and and constantly is around her home causing emotional and mental anguish. She is in constant fear and office personnel ignores our concerns with a generic β€˜We will talk with him.’ Response. He is still employed because he is dating the property manager Tammie. Just a warning to those who are considering moving here.

Management says they are not responsible for maintenance repairs. So he will call me to come do repairs. While I'm there at least 4 to 6 park residents com...
