Just
outside
of
the
city
limits
of
Plant
City
and
convenient
to
I4
and
downtown.
It's
relatively
quite
except
for
the
regular
trains
nearby
(3-4x
daily).
There
is
a
mobile
home
park
at
the
entry
which
may
confuse
you.
The
RV
park
is
behind
it.
The
lots
are
unpaved,
and
most
are
level
with
lots
of
mature
trees.
There
are
roughly
a
dozen
unshaded
lots
along
the
southern
side
of
the
park.
There
are
a
few
emenities.
Free
internet,
laundry
facility
($2.00
to
wash
or
dry),
bath
house,
clubhouse,
mailbox,
storage
facility,
fire
pit
area,
picnic
table
for
each
lot,
and
fenced
dog
park.
Cost
is
dependent
on
the
length
of
stay.
For
about
1
month
it's
around
$500.00.
The
park
is
managed
by
a
manager
who
lives
on
the
property.
He
lives
at
the
house
at
the
entry.
He
is
mostly
responsive
to
phone
calls.
There
are
hook-ups
for
30
and
50
amp.
Water
and
electricity
is
included.
The
only
downside
to
this
park
is
that
there
are
a
number
of
permanent
residents
on
the
property.
Some
are
better
at
keeping
up
their
lot
than
others.
If
your
stay
is
short,
it's
worth
coming
here
for
a
bit.
