This is a great place if you are looking for a nice and quiet camp ground. Tim does a wonderful job with keeping the park clean and running the operations. They are always improving on the park I can not wait to go back and see what changes they have made. The stay was very affordable and the people that stay here are friendly and enjoy their bingo on Monday nights.

Friendly an clean. Older models in park but super quiet at nite(except freight train across street but cant do nothing about that) pet friendly plus has fenced in area for dogs to be off leash. Very close to everything yet country feel with BIG OAK TREES with Spanish moss hanging. Quaint area in front

We visited Sundial Campground in April of 2018 and ended up living there for 4 years. Tim is the best manager ever. Very friendly and always willing to help. When we had a problem with out RV's electrical system, he helped us figure it out and got the power back on. The setting is quiet, right next to the cow pasture and no it doesn't smell. The people are friendly and Tim is on top of everything. I feel very safe here. Hated to leave, but we had to move out of state to be closer to family.

We started out just planning on working in mulberry Florida for about 3-5 months ended up staying at sundial Campground for nearly 2 year's. Really enjoyed our stay. Had trouble with our trailer, they were very helpful in helping us find a trusted repair person. If I'm ever back that way that is were we will stay. Enjoyed all the people that were there when we were.

We haven't stayed here but we do stop by to use their dump station. Mr. Tim is always kind and helpful and the park is well maintained. Looks like they have long term and transient sites available. Conveniently located near Interstate 4.

This place is amazing. I have been living here for five months now and I absolutely love it. The people are friendly, it's quiet, clean, and makes you feel like you're on vacation from the rest of the world (which some people are). One happy camper!!

Very nice manager gave us a nice level spot but here's the problem: the train track is just across the street and it BLOWS THE HORN and woke us up several times during the night and we were very tired and needed sleep. So we won't be back and are surprised no one else has mentioned this. No we did not have our windows open and air-conditioning was on all night and I don;t even hear all that well.

We were there for 5 months while rehabbing a house nearby. Very convenient to I-4, Tampa and Orlando. No frills facility, but reasonable rates and Tim does a great job of taking care of the park and it's patrons.

The bathroom has pretty good mirrors. There is a great view of the trains that go by on the highway. Some pretty cool artwork on these trains. I highly suggest it, if you appreciate grafitti art. They blow the horn, just in time to walk out to the street, to see the moving artwork in action.

Just outside of the city limits of Plant City and convenient to I4 and downtown. It's relatively quite except for the regular trains nearby (3-4x daily). There is a mobile home park at the entry which may confuse you. The RV park is behind it. The lots are unpaved, and most are level with lots of mature trees. There are roughly a dozen unshaded lots along the southern side of the park. There are a few emenities. Free internet, laundry facility ($2.00 to wash or dry), bath house, clubhouse, mailbox, storage facility, fire pit area, picnic table for each lot, and fenced dog park. Cost is dependent on the length of stay. For about 1 month it's around $500.00. The park is managed by a manager who lives on the property. He lives at the house at the entry. He is mostly responsive to phone calls. There are hook-ups for 30 and 50 amp. Water and electricity is included. The only downside to this park is that there are a number of permanent residents on the property. Some are better at keeping up their lot than others. If your stay is short, it's worth coming here for a bit.

😠 This place scams people so bad! My personal experience was horrible. They charge a crazy amount for their lot rent bc of the pools and stuff but majority of the 2 yrs I lived there 1 of the pools was only open a handful amount of times. We were promised they would fix the drive way before moving in...

πŸ‘πŸ‘ I don’t understand the negative comments and low reviews. I have lived here for two months now and found Deanna in the office and Mike in maintenance to be VERY helpful and customer service oriented. Anything I needed both from the office or maintenance has been attended to quickly, professionally...
