Had fun! Went to the playground part today! Wish it had more to do for older kids! It's pretty simple!

Easy paved trail, perfect for families who want to exercise. It is around water so there WILL BE A LOT of mosquitoes at sunset, but it's a nice serene little park

Looked well maintained for the people playing soccer and some who used the picnic tables. But I noticed that the trash barrels were full and overflowing. Also I would think with a little grading or filling some of the low spots on the dirt part of the road it wouldn't hold water and be muddy. Requiring people having to drive through mud and standing water to access the field, etc. It was nice to see people walking and jogging with their dogs.

This park was a pleasant surprise. I visited it as I was participating in the Hillsborough County Hiking Spree. Typically, there's not much of a hike involved in a neighborhood park, but this one was different. There is a beautiful paved trail that encircles a large pond filled with wildlife. Turtles, wading birds, osprey, squirrels, and (I'm told) a pretty large alligator, but I did not see it. Beyond the trail, the park was busy with activity - two basketball games, picnicing, children on swings, joggers, and people fishing. What a great asset for the Dover community... and it looks like they appreciate it!

Nice local park. The park has a recently paved 1.1 mile walking trail around the lake. FYI. Most of the trail is not shaded. The park also has new water fountains with bottle fillers and lower dog fountains. Also has playground and basketball courts.

Walking around the lake is really nice and they've got plenty of space to play football or fly kites. I only gave them three stars just because there's a lot of trash that doesn't get cleaned up they could really use a new maintenance person

Good clean park, fishing pond is stocked (fish are still fry or catfish are 1lb or so) only wish they would close fishing for a month or so let them grow

Quiet environment, the only concern the park is too small for the kids they need more equipments otherwise perfect.

This is one of my favorite district parks within Hillsborough County! The County has made this a activity oriented park that has brought together walking trails with picnic areas, ball parks, basket ball, soccer and so much more! It is a wonderful community park. On October 16th, the County hosted model boat races, which was amazing. If you live by, you will enjoy having this park become a regular visit! Have fun!!

This is the home of Brandon Model Boaters RC Race Club. A great place to run RC boats and they host Race Events. Look them up on Face Book!

This is a great 1 mile walk. There are a couple of alligators, rabbits, blue herons, osprey, ducks, fish, anhinges and more. Fun!

Great place to walk or run. There's also a playground for kids and a basketball court and baseball field. Some people even play soccer as well.

Good, new and wide concrete walkway around the lake is a little more than 1 mile. Other amenities are slowly being built by the county.
