I don’t understand the negative comments and low reviews. I have lived here for two months now and found Deanna in the office and Mike in maintenance to be VERY helpful and customer service oriented. Anything I needed both from the office or maintenance has been attended to quickly, professionally and in a friendly manner! There has been a change in management since I’ve been here; so that may be the reason for low ratings in the PAST!? The pool is IMMACULATELY clean and well maintained. The Shower Room is the cleanest I seen anywhere... so is the Laundromat! The grounds are well kept... Mike and Kevin keep the entire resort grounds well cut and clean! The residents here are friendly and courteous. For me, this has been a wonderful experience!

Awesome place to stay! We stayed here for 10 days recently and overall it Wes a positive experience. Most sites have plenty of room and many have shade. The pool looked nice and the grounds are well maintained. The restrooms are spotless as are the showers, and the laundry room is just as clean with plenty of washers and dryers. The people in the resort were very nice and the managers were great and went the extra mile for us. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything is always broken. Prices keep going up. When it rains, the roads are flooded. I don't recommend this place.

The resort could use some updating and the pool really needs to be cleaned better especially around the rim. There are a lot of nice people. However, there's always one busybody. And there is! Avoid the one large, overbearing, controlling, really mean lady. She butts into everyone's business and fun time. Especially On the bingo night. If you go to bingo you can pretty much figure out who she is.

They claim they have Internet. The park is only about 1/4 full and on most days you are unable to connect! On the rare occasion you can get access - it is so slow that you continuously timeout! Their solution is - 'well, I pay for my own access...'! Then why advertise the park has wifi access if you are going to suggest to everyone that they pay for their own!!?? The 'Sparkling year round pool' is hardly ever open. The Holiday weekend (Labor Day) the pool was closed! The pool has been closed more than it has been open. It is currently closed and everyday we are told the pool company will be there to clean it and yet it is still closed (been close to a week now that the pool has been closed!). Another crazy thing is that your monthly fee does NOT include mowing your site. You have to PAY EXTRA to have your site mowed/manicured - or else you have to do it yourself!!

Very quiet. 30 minutes to Tampa or Lakeland. Pair of sandhill cranes wander park. Older mobile homes. RV lots scattered thru park. Office is only open 10am-3pm Monday to Friday.

Swimming pool is closed 50% of time. Laundry needs more dryers. 10 washers and only 3 working dryers.

We stayed at the park for 28 days. We were very satisfied with our stay. The office staff were very polite and the maintenance guys were spectacular! Mike met us on arrival and escorted us to our site. “Chuck” was so sweet and caring. You are lucky to have him on staff. We had a fire ant problem and he came right over! I would give this 100 stars. The staff hotel pool and rooms were amazing. We had food here which was decent but overall this was an awesome hotel to stay.

It's an ok RV park only downside to it is how it is set up like a prison or jail. Instead of lot numbers it's block numbers so only bad part about it just reads like jail

Did a drive thru looks like a great 55+ park.

We love it!! We live in PA and come to FL a couple times a year to visit with family. The park is always well maintained, the pool is clean , as well as the bathing area!! Everyone is super friendly and always makes us feel right at home. The on site laundry facility is so convenient. We've been coming to River Palm RV Resort for about 2 years now and we've never been disappointed.

This park is really nice friendly folks stay here and it's quiet and out in the country with easy access to hiking n bike trails. There is shuffle board, horse shoes and many activities put on by the park. Namely (Midge) she is a real sweetheart n a hard worker. They advertise a large heated pristine pool..buttt that is not true ! We were there for two months n we're able to get in the pool ten days only.. The pool was as green as any swamp water you ever seen. Excuses from management were"they will be here tomorrow" (to take care of it) "we fired the ones we had taking care of it and hired new people" and so on. The office is only open from 10:00am till 3:00pm and not anytime on weekends. It's also almost impossible to get ahold of anyone after hours or on weekends
