Move in only if you don't mind smelling and seeing drug use all day. The office won't take action against any tenant. Then, when you try to leave they try their best to squeeze every penny from you. The best part is when you call the corporate number it just rerouted you to a different park manager. 👏 Good luck!

Mayra is the bomb! She got us in an amazing home super quick and we have loved it here for years. The new manager is doing a lot to improve the property and we appreciate that so much. Keep up the good work ladies you are doing great job!

I've lived in Parkwood Estates for ten years. Carl, our maintenance is such a hard worker. He has always gone above and beyond his duties. He's great at always making sure the park looks pristine. He's very approachable, and very friendly.

I have lived in Parkwood Estates for years. I started out renting in 2016. I really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and how clean they keep it here. It’s a little ways from town but I wanted to be away from the noise of the city. It’s just off U.S. Hwy 92 just past Park Rd. There are rules here that everyone must follow and that’s also part of what drew me here. None of them are strict or absurd if you care about yourself and your neighbors. Your animal can not be loose always on a leash. Makes perfect sense. You have to keep your house and yard neat and clean (they provide the lawn care portion). Pressure cleaning gutters weeds etc, that’s all on you. You will just need to walk around your property once a month with paper and pen and take some notes. Weeds in the gutters or green stuff on the screens is going to need to be taken care of. It’s just common sense stuff that we should all do to make our neighborhood look beautiful. You can’t park cars in the grass and you can’t work on your car unless it’s going to be fixed the same day. These are not big issues. Most people have a friend that lives close to go to when they need to work on their car. You really shouldn’t be out in the road working on your car anyway and I think that’s the point of the rule. I bought the house I was renting in 2020. It’s plenty big enough for me. The staff here has always been very nice and helpful. If you ever need anything you can just call them and they will do their best to get you what you need. The Park Manager Shaena Thomas is the most helpful of all the managers that have been here so far. She has personally gone way out of her way to help me on more than one occasion!! This is a great place to live for anyone. If you are a family or working or looking to retire it’s all here. Pool, dog park, and basketball court!! Mary 👍😃

I highly recommend this place! Myra is absolutely so sweet and patient. She returned calls and the process went smoothly! The pool is always clean and the landscape is gorgeous! There's another sweet lady who works in the office, I can't remember her name! But she was also very helpful! Myra is an angel! Thanks Myra! Shaena is awesome also! She answers my emails promptly and if there's ANY problems she gets to them ASAP! Very kind people in the office! We've been here a few months and we are very happy here! We've recommended to several people we know!!😊🌻

VERY misleading staff. Be honest with prospects and say upfront our only focus is for those who are looking to purchase. Waisted $90 for a background check for a home that was out of the blue told “ was no longer available”because someone purchased it. After I was made to believe the home would be mine. DISHONEST and I am highly upset that in this world honesty and integrity mean NOTHING in this world. Money above all else I see. SHAMEFUL

Sinkhole open up in front of my house but the property manager doesn’t feel the need to let the community know about the hazardous conditions but yet and still they try to find every little reason to fine you this sinkhole been out there for like a month now and no one still said anything to me about it. It’s a good thing I’m keeping my own documentation and recording and got pictures. And I called the city and a lawyer

Park Manager's need to be removed the only time you see or hear from them is when they go around putting up notices on people's doors and telling you what needs to be fixed one lady in here had a bunch of teenagers on her property hanging around her trailer when she went to the office they told her it's the community's property so they are allowed as long as they don't go on the porch or carport so it's community property until you tell them something needs to be fixed or a tree is leaning against your trailer then it's your property if you have any issues you have to make an appointment because they lock the office door so nobody can go and report an issue of any kind they will tell you straight up not our problem

I have lived in the community 13 years now, and never had a problem with any manager, until Shaena Thomas came. She's rude to the residents, rude to the park maintenance, she's demanding and unfair. She's quick to throw fine's out to people. Never has fine's been an issue in this park. You can't have a conversation with her, she won't let you get a word in edgewise. Shaena Thomas doesn't come to work till 9:30 everyday and leaves at 11, she's not doing her job she's just collecting a paycheck!! Shelly should be the manager, she's always here and always willing to answer any questions for the residents . The office is never opened also, because Shaena isn't here!!

I am a Home owner for 19 years. Our Park Manager, Shayna, is byfar the best I have ever seen. She is young, yet mature and professional. ALWAYS returns my call same day. And SHOUT OUT to Carl, Maintenence Man. Great job, good Man since 2003. Keep up the good work.

We've been living in the park for more than 15 years, we've never caused any problems. We've always .supported and complied with the rules and regulations of the park. Mind you that I've seen so managers come n go. The most recent manager seems nice, but for one reason or another since arriving, she's constantly sending me notification violations to pressure wash our home. We've discussed this issue yet to no avail. I cannot be expected to pressure wash our home each n every month. I spoke with the manager in Nov. requested to speak with someone from corporate. No one spoke with me I received a notification the beginning of Jan. to pressure wash. Ive called corporate since Jan 6th and I'm still waiting to speak with someone. Can someone please please help me

Carl is a fantastic maintance man since he came back the park is cleaner if he sees trash he pics it up he says hi an waves to all resident very respectful to all resident an shelly is very friendly she will stop to say hello you need some thing or have problem see will listen very respectful The manager shaena thomas is very friendly but tough she is out there everyday working to make it a good place to live hopfully she stays she stands her ground which makes her a great manager

Carl the maintenance man is Awesome, my parents just moved in and noticed that the hot water wasn't working, he was here all day fixing it and then first thing in the morning checked with my parents to make sure everything was okay. I really appreciate the kindness and patience that you showed my parents and fixed the problem

Just want to Thank Shaena Thomas , for the great job she did. With her help we were able to purchase our home here at Parkwood Estates she did all the paperwork in a timely manner very professional and efficient paying attention to every detail she made sure our move into our new home went smoothly very friendly experience we are very satisfied with her professionalism always positive. I love it here because this is a very well maintained and quiet peaceful park....Since Sheana arrived.

If I could give this place a zero stars, I would very unsafe neighborhood. Two kids were shot and killed in that neighborhood. I don’t recommend anyone living there trash

I’m staying with my parents who live in this neighborhood, and they told me and my fiancé that we need to get our background check so we have the 90$ money order and go to the office to see if we can try to do it then. The only person who knows how to do the background checks (mind u she did my parents background check) tells us that she doesn’t know how to do it so we would need to email her to schedule a date and time for her to be able to do it. I have emailed this person not once, not twice, but three times in January and not once did I receive an email back.

My parents recently moved here and Shaena Thomas was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help make their move easier. And Carl the maintenance man, has been extremely helpful and kind, whenever something needed to be fixed or just checked on, he was right there. Nice quiet section area, always clean and well kept.

I've live here for 6 years . Never had a problem , I stick to my self . Traffic signs 15 mph should be 5 see cars up and down road speeding, pool isn't open until d lady come to open it 1030 ish , witch should be sun up to 700pm. Dog park nothing! To many cats around and if there your. This place makes more money in a year then to get a really good office manager . This place has seen at least 8 of them and gone. And the time to cut off the music blareing needs to stop and dogs on a leash.

I can't wait to be a part of Parkwood Estates seems to be a great place to live looking forward to my home being set up and move in.

A super clean community, excellent maintenance and administration service. Mayra and her team are super dedicated to the residents.

My post can't really count since I don't live there. But just wanted to say I thought about buying there but after reading comments seems like a.mixed bag. I don't want problems with anyone, to be disturbed. Seems like where there is too many people that will happen.
