I
have
lived
in
Parkwood
Estates
for
years.
I
started
out
renting
in
2016.
I
really
enjoyed
the
quiet
neighborhood
and
how
clean
they
keep
it
here.
It’s
a
little
ways
from
town
but
I
wanted
to
be
away
from
the
noise
of
the
city.
It’s
just
off
U.S.
Hwy
92
just
past
Park
Rd.
There
are
rules
here
that
everyone
must
follow
and
that’s
also
part
of
what
drew
me
here.
None
of
them
are
strict
or
absurd
if
you
care
about
yourself
and
your
neighbors.
Your
animal
can
not
be
loose
always
on
a
leash.
Makes
perfect
sense.
You
have
to
keep
your
house
and
yard
neat
and
clean
(they
provide
the
lawn
care
portion).
Pressure
cleaning
gutters
weeds
etc,
that’s
all
on
you.
You
will
just
need
to
walk
around
your
property
once
a
month
with
paper
and
pen
and
take
some
notes.
Weeds
in
the
gutters
or
green
stuff
on
the
screens
is
going
to
need
to
be
taken
care
of.
It’s
just
common
sense
stuff
that
we
should
all
do
to
make
our
neighborhood
look
beautiful.
You
can’t
park
cars
in
the
grass
and
you
can’t
work
on
your
car
unless
it’s
going
to
be
fixed
the
same
day.
These
are
not
big
issues.
Most
people
have
a
friend
that
lives
close
to
go
to
when
they
need
to
work
on
their
car.
You
really
shouldn’t
be
out
in
the
road
working
on
your
car
anyway
and
I
think
that’s
the
point
of
the
rule.
I
bought
the
house
I
was
renting
in
2020.
It’s
plenty
big
enough
for
me.
The
staff
here
has
always
been
very
nice
and
helpful.
If
you
ever
need
anything
you
can
just
call
them
and
they
will
do
their
best
to
get
you
what
you
need.
The
Park
Manager
Shaena
Thomas
is
the
most
helpful
of
all
the
managers
that
have
been
here
so
far.
She
has
personally
gone
way
out
of
her
way
to
help
me
on
more
than
one
occasion!!
This
is
a
great
place
to
live
for
anyone.
If
you
are
a
family
or
working
or
looking
to
retire
it’s
all
here.
Pool,
dog
park,
and
basketball
court!!
