This is a great family run RV park that they take pride in! It's pet friendly, has big sites and people are friendly. There's not a whole lot of activities compared to other parks and no pool, but the monthly rates are low. We love it as we have been at much higher priced parks that had tons of services that we didn't use. If you're the same as us....this may be the the park for you. It's in a great location just 5 minutes east of Brandon FL....so it's close to Brandon, Plant City and Tampa. Where you drive into the park, this is the oldest part of the park. This part has some run down looking rvs....mostly permanent residents in this section. There are so many trees all over the old section that it can look dirty from all the leaves that fall and the grass hardly grows up there. But don't let this scare you. As you continue on it the park it's really nice. However, if you're looking for "posh" with all beautifully manicured lawns. ....this isn't the place for you.

We have lived here full time for 8 months now and will probably be here till Jesus comes back!! We love it!! The rates are far better than anywhere else and it includes water, you just pay your electric. They take great care of the lawns. It’s so nice to know the staff are taking care of our mail and deliveries. Pam and Peggy are wonderful!! We had to transfer here from Utah and Pam was great to work with from Utah and we drove right in to our lot when we got here. We are grateful to have found our permanent home here at Citrus Hill😊😊

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! If I could leave a half star I would. This place is terrible. The place definitely doesn't like you unless your over the age of 40 so don't even try here. They had an issue with my 8 month old daughter being here and insisted us leave. They don't allow you to have any kind of company over even though you pay the rent to stay there and own your camper. Tweakers walking the street around 1-2 in the morning. Drunks clashing glass beer bottles all night. Our neighbor came across the street drunk waving a baseball bat at me while I was pregnant and my fiance was inside cooking. The people in the neighborhood shot our cats multiple different times, and everyone has outside cats here so it's not an issue. DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE! PLEASE!

Citrus Hills RV Park is absolutely the bees knees. Whether you're looking for a short visit or a long stay this park always feels like home. The facilities are well kept, the showers are nice and hot, and the laundry rooms rock! The team here is very responsive and they do a great job at creating a welcoming, safe environment. Also, the location is perfect - you can dip one toe in nature and the other in shopping, eateries, services and the open road without any hassle. Good times await!

Very affordable rent. If you keep your yard clean and follow basic rules, you wont have problems. Lawn care and water are included in rent (just pay electric). People seem to look out for each other here. I've been here for over 3 years.

Here is my scenario and experience with this place …. Me and my husband were going to buy a park model to purchase for my brother and my nephews, he’s a single father and just trying to make ends meet. We thought this would be a perfect place for the kids to be , that is until the office manager Pam called us saying she will not allow the sale to go through, we explained to her we are willing to purchase this home and put it in my brothers name because she did say β€œwhom ever name the trailer was in is who had to live in the trailer” then she proceeded to say β€œwell… has he ever been evicted or arrested?” When we said no she still said she would not allow us to buy him this home with no real explanation on why . I even mentioned I know he would still need to apply and go through the steps to be approved but she didn’t even allow us to get that far. She was very rude and short with us on the phone , not to mention wasted our time by leaving early the day before hand after having my husband leave work early to go meet with her. I don’t understand why this park would keep her on as a manager, she is very bad for business. I consider myself as a patient person but definitely have no patience for someone who is very self centered and rude as this woman. Buyers beware .

Not the friendliest woman at the office. Nice looking park. I wish she had been more welcoming and had a spot for our brand new 30’ travel trailer.

Pam is quite possibly the rudest and most unprofessional person I've ever spoken to. She said yesterday for me to come into the office to talk to her so I left work early to do so, Pam left early before I got there, and even though she was still in the park she wouldn't come back to the office to meet with me because picking up her new car was more important than following through with her business commitments. Knowing that I was trying to help a single father with two young boys find an affordable place to live would be a reason for most people to be cordial at the very least, but she was instead dismissive and spoke in circles on the phone today, even denying that I left contact info the day before when I had visited. No matter how nice the place looks or how low the rent is, dealing with Pam negates any positive about this place.

Moved here about 26 years ago. I guess you could say i like everything about being here. To top it off i have worked in the office 2 days a week for about 5 years now. Every one here is fantastic. Especially the owners and they haven't paid me to say nice things. Lol People come for awhile and end up staying or keep coming back each year.

Decent spot for a trailer or rv but get ready for people literally standing outside waiting for you to go over the speed limit by 1 mile, everyone on a golfcart is a sheriff also, as if they know how fast you're going, its a joke, but I guess they have absolutely nothing better to do, lol

I have been calling for 9 months for a long term, year round lot for my RV and they have had no lots open, at all, in 9 months. I dont believe they are honest. There is no resort around here that has had 100% occupancy fir the last 9 months They can never give you any more information other than "No".i suggest dont even waste your time like i have. I called 3 other parks today and they have all had open lots.

Never use this place. All cash money laundering operation. Crooked as they come. Pam is the ring leader and will lie to you about anything, especially about her no computer operation. She over looks and then makes up lies to move you out. THIS IS A WARNING. .

Miss everyone there already. Wasn't so sure when we first moved in after reading the reviews BUT it definitely has been a great home for us for the last three years. Lucky to have had amazing neighbors, both full timers and our snowbirds. Pam and Peggy in the office are no nonsense but wonderful ladies. Thank you all for being our awesome extended family.πŸ’• See you soon.
