The place used to be a nice place to live, but now it's becoming run down with new management allowing the wrong kind of people living in it. The back row is really bad. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Lived in our rv. 3 years bob n Shirley are great people. It has nothing to do n no amenities except coin laundry n free showers. Good place to get established in Florida.

Everything is fine because you live with tranquility and respect. Reminder the Luminous Sign and the Main Entrance do not have lighting at night.

I've been waiting 4 weeks for a spot to open up that has a trailer on it they told me they would move. They wouldn't give me a day or timeframe. I visited there twice to take a look at the place and neither Crista nor Dennis would even show me around the campground. I've never met more terrible of a host than these two ungodly heathens.

I love this place. Very good and quiet. They have a housekeeping that cleans the bathroom every night with bleach and others good stuff (I personally don't use them, but we have seen her cleaning the bath). Everyone is friendly and is close to all kind of store and church. Monthly price is descent. They also have propane gas for refill.

Care takers very nice. Laundry room needs help. Most people take good care of their property but some should be a lot better about their up keep. Property sits on hwy 98 across the street from McDonalds. Very noisy street noise and teenagers playing loud music on Friday & Saturday nights. Price very reasonable.

Lot of sketchy people, homeless try to use the showers, always smells like sewer outside. But hey it's cheaper then most places to keep an RV...

If you are traveling midFlorida, please stop here. It is convenient for I-4 as well as I-75 and this stop will not disappoint.

👍👍 Great place the staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. They helped us with getting to our campsite. The bathhouses were clean no lines while we were there. There was plenty to do and had a well stocked store. There was even a place to get your hair done. The resort is not far from stores and oth...

😐 Dont be misled by some of the photos on other reviews. Many of those great shots are of areas nearby, not the Chilhowee Recreation Area itself. I parked here to hike the trail to Benton Falls. Day use costs $3. You will need a pen to fill out the parking pass. I didn't have one. The picnic areas ar...

👍👍 I have stayed here several times in the last year and love it. My son and dog love it. Bathrooms are super clean, hot showers (allow water to warm then turn down to last longer), awesome pool, beautiful playground with outdoor games, dog area with an enclosed dog bath. There's a huge jump pad the ki...
