The staff is very friendly. They are definitely the best thing about this campground. It's also a nice quiet, peaceful place. However, during our time here the water went out repeatedly. Also, the internet is terrible. If you need to work from the road and require reliable internet this is not the place to stay. The last thing I'll say is that whoever put together the website deserves a gold medal. The website make the campground look like a Class A+ luxury resort. It's a C+/B-. The comfort stations are in desperate need of maintenance/remodeling. Definitely not the worst place I've ever stayed, but for the price I expect a lot more. Like water, internet access, well maintained facilities.

They hd me removed because i called and reported someone washed their car next to my rv and hit my steps. they also left the waterhose in my parking area for 8 days and no one ever returned my call. Rita is the worst manager i hv ever met!!! She wont let you talk and has an authority complex!!!

This Rv park/ vacation location is a great place to stay a while! With 3 pools and access to I4 directly between Tampa and Orlando the area is your oyster. Personally I have lived on site for just over a year with no issues to speak of. This was one of the only parks I found that cater to mature individuals as well as family's with children and that alone makes it a gem.

Resort should not be in the name. Air conditioning in the Activity Center does not currently work. Bath house's are slow to be renovated.

Do you want to live somewhere where the manager rides around at nights drinking, going off on residents for personal things said because she's ease dropping on someone at 11:30 pm.? Come here, Tampa east. Wanna live somewhere where you smell dog poop when you wake up, Tampa east is your spot!! Do you want to have power, water, swimming pool, laundry room problems, trashed roads, overflowing garbage cans ? Yep Tampa east is for you. the glorified secretary Amanda tells you one day she's so depressed she goes home and changes into a night gown and sits at home depressed all night then shows up the next day causing problems because you didn't care to listen to her problems. Like we all don't have our own problems?? 4 months I was waiting for my power to get fixed that was unsafe as per their electrician. It worked fine untill they showed up to " fix the power" which totally messed it up then .When we asked when they were coming to fix it we kept being told tomorrow.. apparently tonorrow never came because when we moved out it still didint work and that was back in july.. its now November. I couldnt even run my ac without blowing the breaker on a 30 amp plug. First they straight unplug my camper without turning anything off or notice, leave my wife, daughter and 2 dogs woth no power for 26 hours i ran my generator untill they came back and jimmy rigged it.. Or I can move 2 years of belongings to another lot. Lmfao So if your looking for a place where they have different rules for different fools, bad roads, sewage leaking down the roads for months at a time, pools always closed for someone throwing poop in them, power problems and staff that hate their live and show up to cause personal problems then Yes Tampa east is the place you'll love.

Location served our needs, economical compared to staying in a hotel, outside looked nice, (sites were very close to each other), air conditioning worked well, and kitchen was nice (did not cook here). I don’t usually write reviews but felt this review would be helpful for future guests as well as management. We have stayed at another Sun RV resort and was disappointed with this one. Be sure if staying in a park model it is inspected by you and staff member before staying. The mouse trap should have been removed before I found it😝, the toilet brush was gross!, the mattress and couch definitely need to be replaced (covering the couch with a thin moving blanket does not cover the fact that it needs replaced). Shower doors needs replaced as well. A little more attention to detail and updating would make this type of stay much more impressionable.

This is a nice place where my buddy's folks have their camper set up. Lots of room and a diverse community.

Nice park with open to family so a lot of kids in the street Very expensive for what is offered. Hope you will not be using restrooms neither showers ,very bad condition. Management not friendly. Hard to book there and they do not respect the site you reserved , they just don't care. Too bad Been there 3 years and move when park turn from 55 years community to family and priced jump out to almost double in only 3 years. Park only provides now few activities to compare with it used to be. Most of French Canadians moved out.

My husband and I lived at the resort for 10 months. We loved the people and the staff, especially the manager Rita she is the greatest! Everyone is friendly and there are great amenities. Prices are extremely fair. We will definitely be back to visit!

First RV resort where we had to watch what we leave outside for fear of being stolen. Several lots are pretty trashy with people who live full time their. One of the pools bathrooms was just closed after they moved loungers into them under the guise of remodeling.

My mom lives there good prices pools always clean.

Horrible RV park rank by crack heads. They are too cheap to fix the water pressure. why am i paying rent if i can’t even take a shower? don’t waste your money here

This place is great. As far as RV resorts go it's got a heated pool, a Nice large hot tub. Also shuffleboard and a few other things outside. Right at the front there is a game room with everything from pool tables to things for the kids like coloring, reading all kinds of books as well as puzzles and many more

I stay at this resort. It's nice and quiet. Friendly neighbors and staff. The manager Rita will go over and beyond when she's needed

Love living here.. Have met some amazing new friends... Management is Helpful. Plan on staying long term...

Horrible! Yellow water supply WHEN it's not broken...at least weekly. Poor management, full of excuses. What a sad place to have to live. Stay away..many more lots in the area with better service and Clean water.

Really nice and Big. Very quiet atomosphere very clean grounds restrooms/bath house. Different activities to enjoy great Staff. All age community. Great price water included.

This park is one of my favorites, but that the water main leak up at the Oaks is STILL NOT FIXED!?! Come on it’s been 2.5 years that main is leaking. I love this set of parks. I will be back. 3 parks, 3 pools, 3 showers/laundries all satisfactory. Laundry machines use CleanPayMobile App and you can still use coins. Enjoy!

Love the Oaks, only disappoint is they are always booked during tourist season.
