It's a good mall, but it's still missing a department store. I hope they replace it soon. It's making the mall look dark and dead at the end where Sears used to be. The current department stores are Dillard's, JC Penney, and Macy's. At least they're doing good business here in Brandon. I was concerned that the pandemic may have affected it, and it did for a little while. Fortunately, they are slowly replacing the stores that closed up during that time. There are many play areas for children. They even have a carousel (or merry-go-round). There are quite a few dining options that would satisfy even the pickiest eaters. There's a local coffee shop called Blind Tiger as well as a Starbucks. They even have a new boba tea/ramen restaurant in the food court called HeyTea. The new Popeyes will also be opening soon. I think the only con would be the horrific traffic during the holidays. It doesn't matter what entrance you use. You'll be stuck in traffic trying to get in and out of that parking lot. I don't go near the mall during the holiday rush anymore. Also, I feel like they need more disabled and veteran parking near the Cheesecake Factory. They have a lot of them, but they seem to fill up quickly on the weekends and evenings. Other than that, it's a great place to shop and walk around.

Deceptively large mall... huge ceilings, its massive... almost any kind of service/products from $400 face serums, to custom t-shirts, to Hello Kitty cake pop makers, to quite a large selection of vinyl records at FYE...

It is a average mall at best. If you drive about another 10 miles you can get to two malls over in Tampa with way better stores and restaurants. For food they have a same everyday food court you find anywhere. For outside restaurants they have Cheesecake Factory, Bahama Breeze, PF change and Red Robin. But the last time we were at these places to eat was also some of the worse service in the area. They have Macy’s , dillards and j.c. Penny’s for your big stores but lots of shoe stores and just other junk. They do have a Apple store so that is nice not to have to go to Tampa for that

I love this shopping mall it has a lot of fun cool places both inside and outside of it. There are a ton of food options from high class restaurants to food and drinks to go. I love the creative Artistic fountains place through out the mall. I also like that they support new entrepreneurs to sell there items here too. Lots of jobs opportunity of both young teens on adults. There are Lot's of sells going on at mall right now.

Quite busy because of the black Friday crowd. The overall experience was good. We were in the past that was like a traditional mall and not the stretched out town center part (of they have one). I prefer the traditional mall Wyeth the kids play area, Santa land photo booth, food court. And ceiling to protect against the elements. Lots of stores to choose from!

Nice mall, 2 story carousel, though it made me a little dizzy, 2.5 year old and 1 year old didn’t care for it either. Nice kids area and at least 2 family restrooms/lounge with amble nursing space either on couch or chair by a tv or in dressing room style space for privacy.

This is a fantastic mall. So many shops to choose from ranging from department stores to specialty. Also a food court for a fast meal and attached restaurants such as Red Robin, PF Changs and more. There are a few businesses as well, T-Mobile, Hair Salon etc.

It is one of the most beautiful shopping centers. It's big and crowded, which impressed me with its outdoor courtyard. The carousel attracted me, giving the place an aesthetic appeal. There is also a good sized dining hall. There are a number of shops, including clothing, shoes, jewelry and toys. In addition, there is a wonderful library

🚨DON’T BE IN A RUSH! 🚨 I don't frequent the mall that much. The traffic getting in and out is such a deterrant for me. Either I have great timing, the inside is bigger than I realize, or a lot of people don’t go there. The mall hasn’t ever been crowded when i’m there in my opinion. The parking lot always seem busier than inside. Except the #Apple Store😉. I think you can pretty much get in and out of any store once inside the mall. It's the coming and going that gets you.

Visited Cinnabon in Brandon Mall located in a middle aisle way with three employees. One looking through her phone while the other two mingled around, not busy at all. So I was told that hot fresh ones would be ready in fifteen minutes, I waited. To my surprise, single buns came out the oven. However another customer also waited. He was upset because the six pack he ordered was already available at the time he ordered! The kicker is, I ordered nuts on minds and once home opens the and no nuts, but I paid for a cinnamon buns with nuts. The shop should be cleaned up while not serving. Cell phones are handicap'n Anerica!

Compared to Central Texas, this mall is the Taj Mahal of Malls. I love this place and me and my family have never really been people you would call mall-goers - in fact, we try to avoid them. That changed once visiting The Brandon Mall. Designed and set up so well, this big open indoor mall has it all. And it's very clean!

Went to Macy to get wedding attire, sisters and mother in tow. It as a great trip. Found everything needed for the wedding and matching dresses. Also went to a ice cream shop within the mall, another great stop. Had some rum and raisin ice cream so so good. Will be visiting there very often.

A pretty busy mall , you are likely to find everythiing you need for shopping here. Theres a JC Penny , Dillards , Macys , couple of watch shops ( including Fossils ) , lego store and even an apple store. Recent renovations has made the looks of the mall much improved. Lots of food options too.

They have basically every store all in one place. They also have different vendors that you don't see everywhere else. There are plenty of different options to chose from at the food court as well, and they load you up with more than you can eat. They even have a play ground for little children.

Brandon Mall seems to be the hottest mall in the Tampa Bay area. Unlike it's competitors in Pinellas County, Brandon Mall looks strong. It has fewer empty store spaces and more desirable retailers. I was amazed at the number of kiosks and carts selling goods, many more than the malls in Pinellas County. The food court and restaurants also beat them hands down. If you are interested in great shopping, you better head to Brandon Mall. It's well worth the trip.

Clean family restroom, sort-of. Large enough for several strollers and there were numerous changing areas and stations. I guess the tidiness of the bathroom could have used some attention but other than that, it's a nice family restroom. As for the mall....what's not to like? It's huge and has just about every major "mall" store. Merry-go-round too!

Brandon Town Center is a large mall with a wide variety of shops. It used to even have a 7Eleven, but it has closed. There are many different restaurants to choose from. However, Panera Bread also closed. There are many incidents that occur at Brandon Mall, so the crowd can get sketchy. Beware.

easy to reach directly at highway but weekends it can take up to 30-45 mi minutes to get out of the mall due backlog from traffic light. mall is missing an great grocery store like an Trader Joe or Whole Foods , multiple Store are empty to months already. Restroom s could be cleaner and smell better. mall opens at 10 am , security unlock door s at point 10 am, kinda annoying if you wanna get an coffee before or wanna get to the restrooms, not very customer friendly 15 or 20 minutes early would do the trick.

It's always festive, clean, and busy. I hope more restaurants, shops, and parking continue to grow here. The International Plaza in Tampa would be a nice vibe to build similar restaurants and structures here. My family and I enjoy this mall.

Bahama Breeze experience was awesome. Can't wait to go back and try other foods on their menu. The Jam Plantain bowl was very good. My brother had Jamaican Jerk Chicken and was impressed 👌.Our server was Muhammad A, and he made sure we didn't have to call him for anything. He was on point and knew his job all too well.

I visited the Brandon Mall on November 16th 2023 while on vacation to see my girlfriend in Tampa. Probably the biggest mall I've ever walked into. So many great places to visit and was so happy to walk into the Lego store, as I don't have one back home in Canada. It is deceptively huge. I had a great time walking around. Best mall I've ever been in

Good shopping center. Great anchor stores and boutiques. There are plenty of good restaurant choices. Good parking, although Friday's gets busy around the restaurants, but you can still find a spot.

The mall is soo big! You can keep wali g all day. You can shop for amazing perfumes from dubai and imported designer perfumes which are trending across the world. Kids can play in the play area all day. Well maintained mall

Nice clean and well maintained shopping mall. Lots of brands and shops available here. There are also small stalls inside the mall. This is not outlet mall but a retail kinda. It's a covered complex. There is children play area and carousel for children to have fun. There is food court inside the mall and also few other restaurants around the mall. Plenty of parking available. Public restrooms and vending machines are available too.

Very nice mall! A lot of neat stores that I don't see at other shopping malls or centers. Not the easiest to navigate and not enough maps but staff are all really helpful with directions. Food court a little dimly lit and hard to see in.

Family friendly environment and has all the major brands you look for in a mall type setting. Premises is well maintained and clean inside and out. Food count has a good dynamic of foods for different culture types. Places to shops for all ages.

It's OK, parking sucks here, and it's hard to find seating in the food court during peak hours. Not the malls fault, but this place is a magent for weird people, not exactlyfamily friendly at times. Stores inside are decent and they have a good variety of goods.

Had the barbecue ribs and the calamari off of the appetizers I had both types personally like the dry rub better than the barbecue sauce. Dry rub seem to have more flavor and seem to be juicier. Tried the calamari and it was nice had the seafood flavor and then the pepper steak with onions and fried rice all of it was very tasty has just a little zing to it

Nice shopping mall in Brandon. Plenty of shops with most of what you'd expect. Best part by far is the old fashioned carousel located behind the food court. You can tell it's been around a while with very vintage looking wood plank flooring and carved animal rides. There's benches spread around for parents to sit. It spins longer than you'd expect for a ride in this location, so the $4 per child isn't so bad. Parents seem to ride free with childs ticket, which is another bonus! There are a few animals which are out of order, but hopefully the teenagers go easy or it's repaired at least at the same speed they destroy.

Great Food Court! Love the huge tables for everyone to sit. We had 19 in our family out for the day so it was a perfect solution. Nicest bathrooms I have seen in any mall.

This place was heaven for my 9 yr old son. My son has been working his behind off this school yr. Due to his great studies& continuing hard work he got rewarded with a trip to the lego store. He picked a little bit of everything but he prob deserves more 😌

  • 4/5 Callie W. 5 months ago on Google
The mall is nice with lots of stores. A lot like other malls. However the one thing that has been an issue for about the past 2 or 3 years is how HOT it is inside the mall. Most stores inside don’t have this problem, just out in the mall part. They have sky lights everywhere and I know that’s a huge part of why it gets so hot but this is beyond that, I can tell it’s also that they’re not keeping the AC set accordingly. Some parts of the mall are going to be warmer than others, like the food court because of all the ovens etc. but like I said it’s uncomfortably hot Throughout the whole mall. It’s warm and hot here year round in Florida so the mall needs to be cool inside for enjoyable shopping. Other than that the mall is great, lots of options for shopping and dining.
