I've never seen a Walmart this bad. Almost all of the employees are fresh out of high school and treat their job as a social gathering environment. I've been to this location three times and without fail there are groups of employees sitting around and listening to music playing audibly from their phones and sitting on top of pallets of products that I'm assuming they are supposed to be stocking. Also if you are planning on coming here to get groceries be prepared to drive the 3.9 miles to the Brandon Blvd Walmart after your empty handed visit to this location, as they will not have what you need.

I have been a customer for 23 years. This is my community. This store has become absolutely disgusting. I went in tonight and left the store after filling my cart and said, “forget this.” The self checkout line (please, I don’t work here) was wrapped all the way back almost to the subway. Only 2 regular lines filled as well. The store is dirty. Your staff is not very friendly anymore, with exception to a small few. There seems to be no dress code because there was a young woman with two children and her lady parts were hanging out on both ends. Crack heads all in the store. Hanging around the parking lot. Begging for money. I am scared to be in your parking lot. Get some control of your store. Get with the times and get Apple Pay. Your competitors at Publix, however, is doing a much better job. I went there and found the manager directing customers to open check outs and a smoothly operated store, as usual. After 23 years, I will never come back.

A giant light pole crashed down on the parking lot during a severe storm. Several customer vehicles were stuck due to the hazard! The rain was so heavy we couldn't even get out of the vehicle. When we called and informed 911 they said that the manager had to call it in, several customers called the store and were told that the manager is unable to call 911 because they are on their "lunch break" this is a huge safety hazard! It's a shame that Wal-Mart didn't care enough to resolve the problem with the proper services.

Worst Walmart in the entire area. Rude cashier, rude floor personnel, worse manager. I've been a Walmart department manager. I've been retail store management off and on for 20 years. There is no excuse for keeping some of these useless, pointless, hopeless human beings employed in ANY capacity that allows them to interact with the public. Save your time and money, people. Nobody at this store cares what you need, and apparently they have enough money that yours is unimportant. If anybody I ever employed treated my customers the way we were treated, that would have been their last minute working for me. I guess Walmart standards aren't where they used to be.

This store is an anxiety prone persons worst nightmare. The store is small, not a super Walmart, it feels as though everything is piled on top of everything else. The aisles were narrow in some areas, the parking lot is insane, check out and self check out lines are always pretty long. I avoid going to any Walmart most of the time but this one, I will go 20-30 minutes out of my way to a different store just to avoid this one.

if I could rate 0 stars. I would. this store only had one cashier and with a super long line. The self check out was long as well. I go to garden center two associates just sitting there. one said that having not enough cashiers was not his problem. please make sure all associates and managers are cross trained.

If I could give this store a ZERO I would! They have the WORST manager Kimberly and they tried the mess out of me! I bought a Christmas tree last night but decided I wanted multi color light’s which they didn’t have in the style tree I got SO I brought it back this morning UNOPENED w/ my receipt and debit card that matched only for them to tell me I paid with ‘invalid tender’ and the best they could do for me was a gift card! Absolute SCAM and then when I asked for a manager I had to wait over 10 minutes for her to make her way to the service desk! She basically made it out like I stole the tree and wouldn’t offer me anything but a gift card! This store is known for how trashy it is and is always stocking shelves with NOTHING! I hate this store and will not return! HORRIBLE-AWFUL-POOR MANAGEMENT are just a few descriptions!

They wouldn’t return wiping cloths that were $7 I bought a week ago. Kept the receipt in the same bag, description and price matched, product # only a few numbers off on receipt due to error that I didn’t cause. “It’s not allowing a refund, you’ve done too many returns” Adrianna and the “manager” if she was one, cannot solve this easy fix. It’s literally like trying to get robots to understand something they just don’t teach em in their Walmart training. I have the receipt, bought last week and it’s not opened.

I hate that they have self check out, I did not apply for a job to be a cashier I don't get a discount for doing thier jobs. Then they have the nerve to ask for a receipt at the door when you leave to check you cashier skills. Silly and beside that it is not only wrong to ask for a receipt if you don't trust us to do the job you should have a Walmart employee doing then you should go back to having cashier's.

Their curbside pick up works great! Shop at home, pay, and they will bring everything to your car. Very convenient!

Nice Walmart until you get to the checkout. You have to check yourself out. Staff is friendly, but possibly because they just watch you check yourself out.

The store always feels very crammed with products. Its like floor plan and inventory for a larger store was crammed into this space. It’s like they pushed everything to the front. There are people outside and even inside of the store panhandling. That was shocking. It always feels dirty and dingy. There has only been once where the employees were helpful.

Definitely deserved the 5-star rating. I went here around 6:45am. I only needed a few things & wanted to be in & out & that was definitely possible. Most of the other locations are sold out of summer items or don’t have any good deals going on but this location had GREAT deals. I managed to walk out with more than I expected for the same low price. Loved that I could find everything & there were options. Super clean & everyone was very nice & helpful. 😊

I went to go buy a bike. After sitting on it, I realized the brakes did not work. Once I found a manager to talk about it, she basically said she would sell it to me 10 percent off. I laughed because she was not willing to solve the problem, rather reduce the cost of a bike that was unsafe. Then she told me to go fix the brakes and that it's easy. I was so appalled at this point. They have no care for the quality of their products and willing to sell unsafe equipment to customers.

This is a small Walmart. They don't have the stuff that is super Walmart does. Food rice day don't have any dairy produce or anything like that. Very limited stock. However, I wanted to post the two things I found in the men's department that were Hello Kitty and My Melody. My daughter likes this stuff so I bought her the PJ pants. I hope they'll fit her.

Crowded & cashiers had attitudes. I dont normally go to this one any more. It use to be great but over the years I guess like with everything else it gets run down into the ground. It would never be my first choice anymore

My husband an I was just there an buying a trailer hitch lock and the whole shelf was marked down for 16.85 but there was one that didn't have one with tape on it and the employee yelled at my husband after nicely asking why is every one on the shelf but one without tape marked down ... Same item so she got even more rude. I will never go back there I'm very appalled

I don't think there's a Walmart in the world left that I will give more than one star. If I have to ring up my own items than the items should be cheaper for me. Or I want to be paid for my time on the way out the door. I think everyone should just stop using Walmart, use Amazon or whoever you can get it brung to your door for the same price.

Layout was difficult to navigate, but it obviously works for this location. It was packed. "The CHECKER", the person whom I suppose is screening for theft told me.. "I LOOK!", and grabbed my newly purchased 12 ×12 cooler, shook it and handed it back to me, and said," YOU GO! " I was not happy to say the least.

This Walmart was pretty cool really nice no headaches no rush no people running over you with baskets maybe because it had a lot of seniors in there but it was a very nice Walmart I bought these nice boots

Older Walmart strip mall and it shows its age. It is like all the Walmarts that I have ever been in. Employees around looking busy, but if in need of assistance they are willing to attempt to assist you as best as they can. The parking here is very plentiful. They are doing a good job maintaining its cleanliness.

Much cleaner than Marion's walmart, shelves are well stocked, Marion walmart is always out of everything, I hate the Marion walmart, there's nowhere else to shop, Meijer is too expensive, Needlers is expensive, Ruler and Aldy are poor quality , so I guess we're doomed, walmart keeps raising their prices as well, the staff is so rude.

Truly unprofessional way the manager Chris at this particular store address his customer's. He must be retrained and possibly demoted until his behavior and overall worth ethic is corrected.

Clean and well managed. The employees are extremely helpful. My only advice is to ensure isles are not clogged by Instacart employees who are way less considerate of Walmart shoppers.

This is my neighborhood walmart. It is older with fewer items on hand than the huge stores. Limited groceries - no dairy. If you are looking for good deals on clothes shoes and household items, it is a great store! Plus, there is a lot less walking to get your items. Parking is a bit hard at Christmas time also. Overall, I love this store and prefer it to the large ones! Do lock your doors, though. This parking lot is infamous for theft. I have had neigh ors walk out to missing tailgates and another seeing someone attempting to get in through back window!

This Walmart is very disorganized compared to other Walmarts. They don’t even sell milk and eggs. Their grocery section is very small. The lines are very bad and not many employees to assist. It was very difficult to find what I was looking for. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location.

A woman and her 3 children were at the door waiting for the rain to stop so they could get to their car without getting soaked . I went in the store and had an employee page the manager to the department we were in . I made the suggestion that she could get one of the young men that worked for her to grab a large umbrella and help her customers to their cars and that it would do wonders for her customer relations . People would talk about how the Walmart on E.Dr. Martin Luther King had one of the employees help them to their car in the rain . But I guess since it wasn't her idea she totally ignored my suggestion . It definitely speaks for itself , she really just doesn't care about her customers .

Cashier Cindy and other employees need recognition for their hard work. Maybe give them a bonus or better yet a raise. They were overwhelmed with long lines the day I tried checking out. There was no management in site. one cashier's light kept flashing for a very long time in attempt to get coin change so she could pay her customer, while customers waiting behind was stuck in a long line to get checked out. Why was there no management to open up new lanes or to help these cashiers? Or is it Walmart just too busy trying to make profits with low staffing and no management in their stores?

The prices are much better then most places. This product is a much better value at Walmart then any other place to buy it at.
