Beautiful place, nice customer service. I received 10% because I was charging my Tesla and eating a delicious food in the same time. So, it’s a win - win, I recommend this place . I also like the design and all the green inside this place.

Parking is almost very full. Difficult to drive out of it due to bot very well planned directions and main street access. Public bathrooms are not available, only inside stores. Parking lot is dirty, there are also people who ask for money who were staying around.

New to the area and this was a very nice shopping experience. Great stores that all were clean and organized with great employees. We will be back. Recommended

Loved the movie theater, all the stores and the variety of the different stores there. T. J. Maxx and Staples are two of my favorites. Parking can be tricky, but with so many great places to shop inside, it's understandable.

This place has everything. Clothing and shoe stores, crafting stores-everything from higher end (Michael's) to simple (dollar tree), Great "browsing' stores, like Five Below, Marshall's, TJ Max, Belle's Outlet, and Kirklands. When you're done shopping, you can recharge your car at the power station while you grab a coffee at Starbucks, or a delicious dinner at Kobe. ALL in the same shopping center. 🌼

Nice selection of stores. I was there specifically for the pre-opening of the newest First Watch in Brandon! It will be a nice addition to the collection at Regency Square!

In store service at the print area was horrible. The young kid had an attitude with every customer that I noticed while I waited in line to pick up my printing. Lots of eye rolling, not a friendly or welcoming tone, seemed to get frustrated during explaining whatever it was him and the customer was talking about, aggressively directing people to go get their own pickup from the side area. The only reason I came to this location is because I moved to this area. I won't be back, I'll just make the drive to continue my services at the spruce Street location. They actually are willing to help their customers. I took one star off because of the guy itself and one star for the actual product. My printing was just okay, not vibrant how it should have been. I would have given zero stars if I could just because I was so angry with how I was treated, along with the other three people in line with me. However, when I called the store to complain the lady who picked up the phone made the situation better by refunding my total cost of service, which is what the guy in the printing area suggested he'd do since my printing was delayed by a day or two. When I picked up he didn't give me a receipt nor did he cancel/refund. He just said it'll be a few days and sent me on my way. When I called, the lady who answered said that it had not been processed and that she'd do it for me. Sure enough, almost immediately I received a cancellation email when I called to inquire about the suggested refund by the worker due to the delay. I didn't shop in the store aside from the printing, but it did look clean and everyone else appeared to be there to work and provide quality customer service.. so thank you to the lady who made it right, however I'm on day 4 of my cancellation and have yet to receive the refund even though I got the confirmation email. We shall see. Overall I probably won't go back to this location.

Good location for Amazon returns and then you get the 15% off to use at Staples.

Absolutely love this little shopping center. They've got a little bit for everybody. Between the office supply store, the pet store, the bookstore, the shoe store, and then a mix of TJ Maxx/Marshalls/Ulta/Five Below with a Dollar Tree to boot you can pretty much do all of your shopping in one place!!

Extremely knowledgeable manager helped my mom and I find and customize parts to her calendar system.

Always packed with cars, hard to find parking, and too much traffic coming out the plaza. That's pretty much the reason I hate coming here. Also, always lots of teenager group fights on weekends by the AMC theater. Other than that, lots of good stores

This plaza has everything from the movies to almost all different types of shops, and there are plenty of food choices on the same side of the street to choose from so you don't have to drive across the street to the mall unless you absolutely want to.
