Honestly too many pot holes. But a few got filled. Taco Bell needs change the drive thru entrance people block you coming in or out. We go for cvs. Family dollar. Winn Dixie. Occasionally little Caesar's. There's a new restaurant called kojack in the location . that looks good.

John was very helpful in getting me the ad prices for my purchase. He went as far as to call the District Manager David Rentiera for approval. This was my 3rd Family Dollar Store visited. 1st didn't have in stock. The 2nd 9604 E Dr Mlk Jr Blvd; Manager Nyisha instructed Gloria not to override. Gloria did all she could. I won't return to that Family Dollar

Great variety of shops but the homeless like to crowd there.

Best T-Mobile and the Tampa Bay area Jesus and Nick are very informative friendly and caring about their customers also the insurance brokers George is one of the best in this area for getting homeowners insurance auto insurance

Standard strip mall with a Winn-Dixie anchoring, a few fast food places and an amazing Asian buffet, City buffet. It's very deceiving from the front it looks like one storefront and inside it's like a warehouse. Quite large. A good selection and everything is well maintained. Just be aware of 15% tip is included when you pay. I don't think everyone realized that since some people left extra money on the table. Not really necessary since itself serve. But good value.

Went to KOJAKS HOUSE OF RIBS for lunch with a friend yesterday. Same recipes as their Gandy Blvd location all those years. The food was delicious! In fact, it was so good, I took my daughter there today! The food arrived to our table within 5 minutes of ordering. All employees are exceptional. Very friendly. We had their 1/4 Chicken with 2 sides. The smoke flavor is throughout the meat. The rub is not only on the skin, but under the skin as well. We had baked beans, parsley potatoes and coleslaw. Absolutely delicious and the portions are more than enough! KOJAKS is simply the best!! So glad they opened in Seffner.

Haven't been over here in a while. The Winn Dixie is very clean and there seems to be some new restaurants in this plaza.

We went to City buffet Chinese and Asian foods and it was absolutely delicious, the area was kept clean and the dishes were refilled as needed. You can also have special orders or you can choose from a generous salad bar, two kinds of soups, and lots of desserts. My husband even had a cup of coffee and he said it was good!

The main businesses here are Winn Dixie grocery and Little Ceasars Pizza. Both are fine places to do business. There is also a Dollar Store and some kind of huge "Beauty Supply" business. When I go to this shopping center it is only for the Beef O Brady's on the far end by the Bank America.

Nice to see all of the store fronts least and not a bunch of empty locations and they just remodeled the Winn-Dixie so it's not so scary inside,but the parking lot still needs a bit of remodeling at least some new Blacktop

Good place Winn Dixie family dollar dollar tree different restaurants to choose from la familia pawn shop is there HR block is there open all year etc.

I brought a friend to Winn-Dixie liquors he went in purchased his bottle came out I will say there was a lot of homeless people like laid out like backpacks at least three of them so that’s not good for business

When it was new 1984 it had a Stacy's Buffet and anchor tennent "Kash n Karry. The only true tennent is Choo Chop's Bar and or tavern. That is behind "Kojak's Bar-b-que. Now that's the only reason to travel to Parson Village Square.

ALOT if people just sitting in there cars all over parking lot with parking lights on , this being the third time on a different day . Don't know

Difficult to find even with GPS. I am elderly and disabled but was forced to walk a very long way because of inadequate parking spaces at the location. Staff is curt and unfriendly. Unfortunately, this is the only location where Tower Imaging does the type of imaging my doctor ordered. Worse still, I had a 3-month+ wait for the first opening they had. I would not recommend this location of Tower Imaging to anyone unless, like me, there was no other choice.
