Publix...not but good vibes. Always clean, stock, workers on registers...not that self check-out foolishness 😒. Great customer service. They still clean baskets...what u say 😆Top flight store of Polk-county, then my Walgreens.

The subway here is very unreliable never have Italian cheese and herb bread. Love the convenient location. Publix is pretty good but the layout is weird . H&r block the guy was trying to scam us . The nail salon has some rude employees and the gas station has high prices. The cat wash works well.

Makes grocery shopping a pleasure. Absolutely live publix. The staff are so nice and helpful.

ALWAYS out of products, especially the "bogo's". Deli sucks! Associates are NOT friendly and the mangers don't care about that or you either as a customer. If you DON'T like ur job quit! NOT the Publix way!!

The Publix here is always nice and clean. And the staff has always been pleasant.

Instacart pickup can't seen to get it right at this location. This is our 2nd or third time and each time the order is late coming out to the car, they are having issues with the instacart app, breakdown in communication.

The manager Zach is memorable for having helped me with a special request, a literal 'drop what I'm doing to assist the customer' scenario. If Publix reads this, put it on file that Zach is due for a promotion

Friendly staff, clean, almost never over crowded. They handicap parking and entrance

Love the staff and the deli department is quick and efficient. I have had medical issues while here and they were quick to take care of me and my granddaughter and made sure we were both OK before allowing us to leave. Love the store but it is a Publix and the prices are a little high.

I had a task to complete at the court house. Too bad I wasn't informed by authorities I HAD THIS choice. Abuse victims are usually new, and need HELP. NONE Victim services is just as humiliating as the abuser. I could have died out the hard personal part at home and bring it back up in their system to complete. No help after 5 years of constant hounding by him. They refused to listen up to and including Tuesday of this week. 11.1.22 for a record. 5 years, dr's AND POLICE and Vets RUN when they hear the word abuse, even when it's the animals. Smdh Polk county Florida, This is a part of Florida, the sun does not shine.

Went here for a sub, the wait time varies but their sub's are always the best!

This Publix is always a highlight of my visits to Winter Haven. The food is always hot and fresh at the deli. Employees are exceptional. The grounds are well kept. There are beautiful trees throughout the parking lot not to mention a beautiful partial view of the lake.

Went in at 4 pm no chicken, so I walked around and kept checking back. Then at 433 a guy asked about the breaded fried chicken when might they put some out. They replied it would be about 30 minutes. What the heck. How can you be without chicken for over an hour. So disappointing.

This Publix is a short distance from my home. The store is a smaller on, but the employees make shopping here fun. Most helpful and extremely funny. Charles, in produce, Michelle & Olivia, cashiers make shopping a friendly and entertaining experience.

Decent sales, was on the way during my drive to another store, stopped to get some bacon currently on sale 2 / $12. Bacon prices just keep continuing to rise so was happy to stop and grab a few. Pleasant workers.

Smaller then othet publix but a cool place

I love this store. The prices I hear people all the time Publix is too expensive but to me it's not especially when you factor in the customer service you get here. Plus it's cents merely if some items are higher. But they always have bogo on most everything I use. Plus the freshness and quality can't be beat. Those cheap stores, how long on their stuff like fresh veggies and fruit ect. Two days usually at Publix it shows in freshness when things last week's rather than a couple days. And if I'm unhappy with something money back on it no questions asked. Even on something I just didn't like taste wise, yup they will give u something else or a refund no hassle. But if u didn't already know you can sample anything you want anytime just have to ask. Heck they encourage me with this to try new things from their home cooked foods. I haven't found any Publix that doesn't give this kind of service. So I just find that type of service to be expensive I find it last of a dying breed, personal customer service with my happiness being first and foremost. And foods always fresh and delicious. Good luck getting those things somewhere you save 4cents on an item. Trust me it is worth those few pennies all day everyday and I'm a dedicated customer of Publix for life. Thx guys

I went to the Publix at Spirit Lake Crossing to get something to eat and I have to say that the fried catfish was amazing! I also had corn nuggets and lemonade with were both good as well!
