I
visited
this
Publix
location
were
I
briefly
stopped
to
retrieve
some
funds
at
their
WesternUnion
booth.
I
proceeded
to
enter
the
business,
grabbed
a
shopping
cart
and
started
to
disinfect
it
with
some
disinfecting
wipes
they
have
at
the
entrance,
and
from
the
corner
of
my
eye
I
can
see
who
appeared
to
be
i
believed
at
the
time
the
store
manager
or
supervisor
staring
at
me
like
I
was
doing
something
wrong.
I
then
proceeded
to
walk
towards
the
WesternUnion
booth
to
complete
my
transaction,
and
I
can
see
she
still
staring
at
me
with
a
cold
look,
"and
I
then
said
to
her"
Good
afternoon
how
is
your
day
going?"
just
because
I
have
the
better
manners!!
She
then
said
"
good!!"
turns
around
and
leaves
momentarily,
she
didn't
even
bothered
to
ask
me
if
I
needed
help
with
anything,

other
employees
were
standing
behind
the
booth,
looked
at
each
other
and
completely
ignored
me
to
the
point
I
had
to
ask
to
be
helped.
I
was
mind
bogged
about
how
awful
their
poor
customer
service
skills
were
utilized
towards
me.
At
this
point
a
cashier
named
"Alyssa"
decided
to
help
me,
which
at
no
point
didn't
even
bothered
to
say
good
afternoon
welcome
to
Publix!"
Cold
look
with
zero
smiles
on
her
face
as
well.
Awful
,
awful!!
customer
service
at
this
location
coming
from
these
individuals.
I
am
not
sure
if
this
behavior
is
racially
motivated
or
not,
but
as
more
and
more
Hispanic
Latinos/
African-American
people
are
moving
closer
to
the
area,
behaviors
like
these
are
more
prone
to
occur
with
white
working
folks
at
this
location.
Btw
I
am
a
42
year
old
Hispanic
Latino.
