Publix is usually great and I'd give them 4 or 5 stars but I write this to save you a headache by saying don't order anything online from ANY publix. I've ordered ahead online numerous times and there hasn't been a single time my sub was ready when it was supposed to be. 9/10 times you stand by the pick up spot for several minutes only to find out that haven't even began making it and you then wait for 20 minutes when you ordered ahead to avoid waiting. I understand they get busy but fix your system or don't offer it

This Publix is generally very good and nice. Tonight I went there the night before mother's Day looking for flowers. They had one nice vase of flowers that have no price on it. Similar arrangements range from $30 to $60. I went to the service desk and they called up a very young boy from produce who said yeah. I don't know how much that is but it's probably $50. I didn't want it for $50 so I asked him if he was sure and he said yeah probably it's $50. When I was checking out someone else brought it up to the checkout and they charged them $30 for it. It would have been perfect for my mother-in-law and this was just a bad experience especially because I specifically asked the person if they knew the price or if they could find out and they didn't even try. They were just guessing.

Ordered cake online with clear instructions a day before. When I went to pick up, they had no idea about order and took 30 minutes for the manager to finally to find the order. They did not write happy birthday on cake though I had mentioned in the instructions and got the cake flavor wrong. Very disappointed

Publix associate Curtis helped me find Silver Spring Fresh Ground Horseradish -- we knew it was refrigerated, but not where we first looked. I appreciated his great attitude and customer service. He is a good representative of Publix. It really is Publix's employees who set them apart.

Not the best Publix. Unaccomidating. Tried to get a sandwich made they're supposed to have ready to go. They ran out of the bread it's made on and won't substitute. Manager dud nothing. I'll stick with Winthrop Market. Much better store and helpful employees.

On 8/16/2022 I visited this Publix location were I briefly stopped to retrieve some funds at their WesternUnion booth. I proceeded to enter the business, grabbed a shopping cart and started to disinfect it with some disinfecting wipes they have at the entrance, and from the corner of my eye I can see who appeared to be i believed at the time the store manager or supervisor staring at me like I was doing something wrong. I then proceeded to walk towards the WesternUnion booth to complete my transaction, and I can see she still staring at me with a cold look, "and I then said to her" Good afternoon how is your day going?" just because I have the better manners!! She then said " good!!" turns around and leaves momentarily, she didn't even bothered to ask me if I needed help with anything, 3 other employees were standing behind the booth, looked at each other and completely ignored me to the point I had to ask to be helped. I was mind bogged about how awful their poor customer service skills were utilized towards me. At this point a cashier named "Alyssa" decided to help me, which at no point didn't even bothered to say good afternoon welcome to Publix!" Cold look with zero smiles on her face as well. Awful , awful!! customer service at this location coming from these individuals. I am not sure if this behavior is racially motivated or not, but as more and more Hispanic Latinos/ African-American people are moving closer to the area, behaviors like these are more prone to occur with white working folks at this location. Btw I am a 42 year old Hispanic Latino.

Deli has been subpar recently. Ordering subs online is a roll of the dice if your sub will be made right. Out of the six subs on my order 2 we're made correctly but all six we're under the hot lamp when I came to pick them up.

Had a last minute business meeting, needed to be hospitable for approximately 30 people and a Corporate liaison from Georgia. Our group was able to find and purchase the items we needed quickly & were back on track.

Went and ordered over $500+ dollars of money orders with them and had it damaged. Went back and was told in a very rude way there’s nothing they are willing to do to help at all and I’m just out of my money. Will not be bringing my business back to them again due to the unwillingness to help at all when everywhere else online says there’s a form they can fill out to get the funds returned. Very unprofessional

Best store around, they don't force you to walk the entire store for milk and bread by placing those items at the furthest entry point. Also, great customer service. What more can I say 🤔

This store is better then most they always have what you need but I just do not like being treated like I'm gonna take some thing without paying for it I'm not that person and ppl should not be treated as such .

The staff is always so helpful. A cashier went above and beyond to find a rare item for me. This is why I love publix.

This is my favorite Publix in the area. They have all of my Puerto Rican Food Ingredients. The employees are great and the deals are always tailored towards what I need.

Have to admit this was the first time having a disappointing experience at Publix during a checkout. Waited for three employees to finish their conversations before they would begin to process our groceries. We were hardly acknowledged throughout the entire experience, all while having to overhear their continued back-and-forth conversations without even saying a word to us- as if we were merely an inconvenience.

I have a Publix maybe 1.5 miles away, but I always shop at this Publix. I love all the kids that work there & all the workers, They are genuinely nice, friendly & hardworking & my friends. They took care of us all during the pandemic as they came to work during shutdowns & had to endure some rude people yelling at them when they had to limit certain items. Shopping is a Joy & I get to see my people who work there.

For the most part this location is very well kept and stocked. Just don't go to the seafood department the seafood manager Angie SUCKS!! her work ethics are non existent. The deli manager Justin is a pleasure maybe he can teach Angie some public relations skills. Thank God there are other Publix to go to for seafood service because she is costing this publix their business

This location especially is where "shopping is a pleasure." I had a prescription that was faxed over maybe 15 minutes prior to showing up, and when I showed up the lady at the pharmacy was very nice and happened to be in the middle of filling it already. Just a few minutes later, I got the text that it was ready and I picked it up. Later, I forgot to check the carton of eggs. At checkout, the cashier checked it and there was an egg missing. The lady bagging was happy to take it back for me and got a new one and made sure all the eggs were in good shape for me. I've almost never had a bad experience at Publix, but today especially everyone was amazing. It's so refreshing, when so often people can be needlessly rude, to have your hope in humanity restored. Well done Publix, may your business prosper for many years to come.

Good Publix! Clean and courteous customer service. I also use the pharmacy here sometimes and I always appreciate how quick they work.

Excellent customer service including the Pharmacy. I would love to have Publix as my insurance pharmacy. Unfortunately I have to use another pharmacy for my medications due to insurance coverage

Really sorry I don’t live closer, it would be my go-to for most everything grocery. Excellent layout and plenty of yummy extras. The Seafood guy is my new best friend.

I've always visited this store fast efficient they make a very good sushi never once had to complain all the staff are very nice and the bathrooms are in excellent condition no need to worry about how you're experience is going to be.

This morning I went to pharmacy to by a couple of non-rx drugs. The young lady had the personality of a rock.sorry if my business was an Inconvenience to her but she can be assured she shan't have to meet me again. Rather perplexed as I know by long experience this isn't how Publix treats customers generally.

Decent enough Publix location(not my neighborhood Publix)It’s easy to find I only went here to get a chicken tender sandwich at the deli. It was great me and my girlfriend really enjoyed it. The deli staff have my gratitude for their great work.

I have been shopping at this location for the past few years. I have never had a bad experience. They line in the deli gets long at times but the subs are worth the wait. I have always been able to find the products I need. During times where there was increased demand this location applied limits and the products seemed to last. Great store great staff.

No biggie, but my kiddo was bummed when the person working the bakery offered cookies to two other children, but when he walked up, we were told we couldn’t be helped because “we were wearing avalanche gear” literally her words, and at first he thought she was joking but she kept going on and on so he just sadly walked away without asking. He kept asking why she didn’t want to give him a cookie too. :(

The meat was delicious and tender, especially the brisket. The bbq sauce was ok. Their sausage is very delicious and flavorful. The mac and cheese is delicious. Their greens are ok, I just wish they had more seasoning. Their loaded fries with the brisket were very, very delicious. Service was great. Everyone was very friendly and polite. We drove from Riverview FL to Tampa FL to try this bbq spot. Saw them on Good Morning America and they won a bbq competition so we had to go try them. I would definitely go back.

This is the older store of the two in the area. The newer one is limited in items where this one is not. It's become more crowded due to the overpopulation in the area but that isn't the store fault. The meat section is bigger and offers better customer service. Do NOT go to the pharmacy, the worst in the area.

Great customer service! Always willing to help! I will say their cakes are overpriced in my opinion. Their subs are super yummy and they always have great BOGO sales!
