Inflation prices and supply issues. Bought 2 of a regular cream cheese, and 2 vegan cream cheese. Cashier almost had a mental breakdown not understanding the purchase limits. Sign in dept says limit of 2 of EACH item per customer. She tried to say it was 2 period. Even after pointing out one was vegan and one was regular it didn't matter to her. Luckily I had my granddaughter with me. I said fine, handed her my credit card, and said she will buy those 2.

The employees here go far & beyond there normal duties to assist the costumer. I recognize the cashier's Kathy & Taylor L. they are always willing to present themselves in a professional manner and there smiles on there faces are worth it all to greet me. I feel like they need to be recognize to by Publix do you'll have a incentives program? For your employees. I'm adding a review to this one yesterday on 7/17/22 I was taking my groceries to my car, Jay an employee was in the parking lot rounding up the grocery carts and He asked me of I needed help, I said sure. He continued to unload my groceries in my car for me. I asked Him if I could give him a review and He said he wasn't sure since He started a month ago. I'm giving Him a review, He went far & beyond His duties to help me, His kindness & thoughtfulness was recognized by me and willing to help me was a incentive. The employees I recognized here today needs recognition by Publix. Thanks to all 3 of you for making my day awesome. I would like to add more to this review some how it want let me go to another review on Google. I love going to this Publix it's so convenient it's literally near my home. The employees Audri & Sierra was so helpful yesterday when I went shopping and check out. Audri helped me with my digital coupons on my app and going to other registers trying to figure out how it wasn't working. She finally had to manually do it. Sierra offered to take my groceries to my car and I said that would be great and she loaded up my groceries and talked. Publix has great employees working for them and everyone I came in contact with, go far & beyond their normal duties to assist the customer and that's very important to me. Thanks so much for everything you do. God will continue to bless ya'll as ya'll bless others.

This review is directed specifically towards the deli!!! I am so happy to have men like Martin helping me. He looked so dashingly handsome as he spread heaps of mayonnaise onto my white bread. I initially was only going to get a publix ultimate, but after he looked me deep in the eyes and asked “Is that going to be boards head?” I couldn’t deny his advances. I immediately said “Yes Martin please give it to me.” I now go to this Publix daily. I am disappointed when I don’t see Martin there, but he is there most of the time. Without him it just isn’t the same. I leave immediately when I realize Martin isn’t there. I need him. I desire him. Thank you so much for hiring Martin to the deli. It is easily the best thing to ever happen to me.

I had a RX moved to this pharmacy from Walgreens whom I always use. The price at Walgreens was 99.00+, the price at this Publix was 47.60. On a fixed income I appreciate the 50 dollar savings. It can go on my gas or grocery items. Thank you Publix.

PUBLIX always has great sales BOGO, and CLEARANCE. Deli is fresh and has good Variety.

Went to get sushi for sushi Wednesday, the sushi was great and the chef was plesent as always. BUT!! The seafood/produce manager was ripping into one of the workers who was in charge of the fresh fish in the display, he had no regard for any customers around him, nor did he have any regard for his worker he was berating, he was putting him into abusive scenarios and questions instead of explaining what he was doing wrong in a professional manor. Poor guy was barely responding to his boss, he looked distraught. This is not the publix I know, and I feel as if it may be common knowledge that this dude is an A-Hole! I will gladly remove this rating as soon as soon as I know this has been handled.

Normally this is one of my favorite places to shop. Today 08/12/2023 I went to the deli to get some turkey. There was 2 gentleman ahead of me while I patiently waited. Antonio was super helpful and doing what he could. I noticed several employees walk by and not even offer to help. You have a line forming and 2 other customers walked away due to the line and slow service. Antonio asked for helped and it took a little bit for another employee to come assist. However Dan just greeted us and said he would be right with us. However he just continued to get to go other's ready. Antonio did an awesome job and deserves a raise. I can't say much about his other employees other than to learn from him and when you see customer needed to be waited on don't be so hesitant to lend a hand.

Publix has the friendliest and most knowledgeable people. They are always willing to assist from finding an item to loading your purchases into your vehicle (no tipping). The stores are well stocked and if there's a particular item you are seeking, ask - they may get it for you.

The staff is good the store is fine but whoever's doing the buying is pretty lacking. They don't have a good supply of a lot of items that other Publix in the area have.

Ordered a veggie sub, deli employee never changed her gloves, very disgusting, just left the sub on top of the plastic toperware dispenser and walked away hungry. Please mind your hygiene if youre making people food. Very nasty

I like Publix but my budget can only buy things on BOGO, I wish they were more affordable but I'm grateful for the Bogo's.

We love coming here for specific things. We love their deli, including their freshly fried chicken, sandwiches, seafood salad and stuffed salmon!!! The staff is friendly and, if you want, they'll carry your groceries to your car!!!

Pre ordered food for my son's birthday party. Everything was on time and staff was very polite and helpful. Food was great.!

Do you know I like Publix? It’s nice clean got good carts, but I tell you there’s a young man that works there as a customer service and he is fantastic. His name is Hunter. I don’t know his last name but I understand that he’s moving to another area in Publix, all I can say is do not lose this fella because he’s the main reason I come in there

I always come here due to convenience, overall quality of the workers, subs and bakery. However, I did not encounter such pleasantries this time around. When I got to Kristinas' line I was met with reluctance, no smile no greeting nothing. It would be one thing if she lacked customer service entirely. Yet, I watched her smile and chat with the consumer in front of me. I advised her i had 2 waters at the bottom of the cart, no words, head nod nothing but a sigh as she put it in the POS(register). After ringing up a few items of pure silence, I said to her Hello, How are you? She jumped as if i yelled or she was lost in thought and mouthed a "Fine" still no sound came out. I shook my head, at least the person bagging my groceries spoke. I could understand if it was super busy or she had an off day but it wasn't the case. She deserves a coaching and/or be demoted to get carts, bakery or stocking.

I have an important question. My daughter just started getting WIC. She had a preemie baby. We live in the town of Winter Haven and there's 2 or 3 Publix here. We went to get the baby formula and they only had 1 can. So we get the rest of the WIC and what do you think? They charged us for everything. With the the vague explanation that it wasn't in the system. Why? Who's job is it to put it in the system? And no we didn't have the money for everything. My daughter just started working again after her C-section. Not everyone cheats on the system! We couldn't get the WIC and we have to go back tomorrow. Please a legit question ❓ Sept 16 2023

Good selection of food and especially great service. Of course, self checkout lines exist but it's always possible to deal with a real person without an inordinate wait That's not the case with many supermarkets today.

Visited here several times over a week while in town and they had consistently great prices (even without membership) and high quality produce. Friendly cashiers as well. Highly recommend

Went to Publix today to pick up a few things, ended up getting some fried chicken and some pickle loaf. Marilyn also wanted some rolls so we got a package of those and made some sandwiches with the pickle loaf. It wasn't until later when we tried the fried chicken and it was really good. We will definitely go back there for some more of their fried chicken and deli meats.

Incredible shopping experience! My purchases were all the best quality that we all expect from Publix! George Jenkins is smiling down on all of you! Keep those pleasant employees happy because they are making your company proud!

My daughter and I went to get her meds which included her Inhaler which is a priority and she was told on the phone that they had all of her meds ready and when we got there the inhaler that she needs wasn't available and was on it's way to be delivered but the vehicle broke down. Why lie to someone when you know you don't have it in stock. The pharmacy is ridiculous and unprofessional.

Always really clean! Great and friendly staff! It's such a pleasure shopping at this Publix. One of my favorites. The staff really takes time to organize the shelves and the management is on point for leading such a great team.

Elias in the deli area was amazing. The staff was short staffed and even with long hot bar and deli side orders lines; Elias acted as if he was not overwhelmed. He showed such great customer service and respect. He made my wait worth it. Plus he makes a mean turkey cranberry sub! Thanks Elias

I love that Public has great signs on the ends of their aisles that are large enough to read from either end. Items are easy to find. Their food is always fresh and well presented. A great pharmacy also with competitive pricing. Their bakery and deli are delicious. Great market experience and their people are courteous and kind. Thank you Publix.

Always great coming here. I get my meds from here and they make some amazing subs here. My son loves the popcorn chicken they have.

This is a nice store to shop for groceries. There's always someone near that works there and they are quick to help and knowledgeable. Store is clean and has wide isles.

There were only 2 cashiers open and some pretty long lines but they moved at a decent pace. When i got to be 3 customers away from checkout they opened another register. Employees were courteous and the store was clean, plenty of carts to grab & a packed parking lot. I wasn't in a hurry so didn't mind waiting for checkout.

Publix is the BEST!! Great customer service, shelves fully stocked, stock is rotated. Stores are always clean.
