This
morning,
I
called
to
place
a
wing
order
and
received
conflicting
information
over
the
phone.
Initially,
a
representative
advised
me
to
place
the
order
online,
which
I
did
at
10:17
am.
However,
at
3
pm,
I
received
a
call
informing
me
that
they
couldn't
fulfill
the
order.
Norma,
the
deli
manager,
was
exceptionally
rude,
claiming
they
had
a
stack
of
orders
to
cancel
and
falsely
stated
that
Publix
attempted
to
contact
me
earlier
with
no
response.
This
was
untrue.
Furthermore,
Norma
insisted
that
we
had
spoken
earlier,
although
I
know
this
was
not
the
case,
as
the
morning
representative
mentioned
consulting
the
manager
about
over-the-phone
orders.
This
level
of
unprofessionalism
is
unacceptable,
and
I
will
not
be
patronizing
this
Publix
for
future
events.
