The management team had there employees in the liqour store buying up all the allocated whiskey, because it's normally one 1 per person and then lied to me about having any left as I watched them walk out of the back room with bottles in they're hands.

This Publix is no good. Stinks because I like Publix and worked at store 239 for years. Often, they are out of items that I am looking for. The staff seems not bothered by lack of items and the sub situation it just unbelievable. I can't get subd here, not worth the aggravation and lack luster sub construction 😤. I love pub subs, no bueno.

Clean, well organized, well stocked. They even handed out free fried pickle chips (I haven't seen that at other locations). Very friendly and helpful employees. The only downside is leaving the parking lot. Turning left no matter which side of the building will often be very difficult due to its location and traffic. Better off going right and looping around.

Staff is very helpful makes you want to return. Fresh food for single people also brings me back...

I moved away a few years ago and every visit, we make sure to go get something delicious from Publix bakery or deli. My daughter's boyfriend is feom Texas and had never been to a Publix before. He was pleasantly surprised and we are hoping we can get Publix in Texas soon!! PLEASE!!

The customer service was great. They are very helpful and the site was clean. I found everything I needed and was very happy shopping there.

Store in Renovation, same, same otherwise, not much has changed..seeing More people at Wallyworld, bring back Sr Discount, they'll come, even During Reno with better pricing .

Good-sized Publix. Lots of variety and well-stocked. We shop here often when we need a Publix with more stock. Smaller stores dont have as much variety. Good place for international foods due to more shelf space. Staff is friendly and bathrooms are clean.

I've been shopping from Publix instacart for years. This last experience, All of my frozen items were completely thawed, chicken and burgers!! They were not even cold at all. I contacted them and all they did was refund me and tell me that, the shopper I had was blocked from delivering to my address in the future. I wanted to know how and why my frozen items were allowed to be thawed out completely to the point where they were warm. Zero explanation from them. They ignored my questions repeatedly! I will never order anything from Publix ever again!!! They don't care about the customer at all. It's shameful.

I wanted to share my experience with the Management Team of the Deli area. I met employee Destiny, who was polite and respectful. She made my subs to perfection and her customer service was awesome! She is the perfect employee and that's why I am a loyal customer!!

I love publix because the international foods selection is larger than most stores. They even have 5 dollar sushi on Wednesdays.

Ordered a lg chicken strip platter for Christmas which turned out to be a big hit. Not only did it save some time but everyone really enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend it.

Publix is my favorite store to shop at. Especially the one at Lake Gibson Shopping Center. 🛍 I have been shopping there for years and I have a favorite cashier and I always try to get in her line. Everyone is always pleasant 😊 shopping really is a pleasure at Publix.

We love our Publix! It's great having 2 locations within good drive range. The Store & parking areas are always Clean. The personnel is so courteous and helpful! It is such a good Company that their Standards are become a Standard themself. It is said to be is "Publix Good!"

I'll never go back to their deli to get a sub. The lady taking my order got annoyed just because she didn't hear me say ham and turkey and she only grabbed the turkey at first. The 2nd problem is mixing greens and all the cheeses in one bin and no it was only 8 at night so it's not like they weren't about to close and were trying to clean up. It may sound petty but to have 5 different types of cheese in one bin and you are trying to pick out the scraps to find the right cheese does not look professional. I gave the store 3 stars but the deli was a joke.

This is one of the best Publix stores I've been to. They almost always have what I'm looking for. The store is clean, the staff is friendly, and the pharmacy is efficient. The deli staff was friendly and accommodating as well.

All publix's are usually top notch this one is above top notch the staff and the managers are phenomenal they always working always merchandise and straighten everything out in the shelves very friendly if they can help you they certainly will they get involved with everything highly recommend this Publix at this location

Very clean and bright 🌞 and friendly atmosphere as usual one of my favorite grocery stores I frequent in most states if they have one locally in the area.

The deli needs to anticipate the rush better on the fried chicken front. There is never enough chicken ready during the evening crowd. There's always 3-6 people waiting on the next batch of chicken.

I get the pre-made salads and sandwiches here for lunch a lot. Pricey but good, never gotten sick off their foods. Groceries I only get their bogo items if it's something I really need or want.

All A1 grocery stores are pricey, but the Publix brand and experience are great. I gave it a 5 star rating because of cleanliness, service, and selection. The BOGOS are nice, too.

Good place to shop employees are amazing quick to help considering it is a training store it still got good employees.

I am ( or rather was) a Publix girl. Since moving to Lakeland, 3 years ago, this Publix location has constantly disappointed. Yesterday, I went to return empty and purchase two 5 new gallon bottles of water. This location (& only this location) has a 1 bottle limit. No water shortage. I went 3 miles to the next Publix, and had no issues with my 2 bottles. The cashier just looked dumbfounded when I told her about my experience with the other location. I honestly don't remember 1 single week of shopping that I haven't been irritated when I left that location. It's bad enough that I am now paying for delivery from Kroger's.
