Hands down one of the most ghetto zaxby's I've gone too. Almost slipped and fell coming in. Undercooked and no salt on the fries. All mushed up. They have to step their game up man. Unorganized like a mofo

This place is so far gone as far as customer service it's ridiculous. We ordered online and went to pick it up. They had their door proper open with a note to call a phone number if you order online or through third party delivery because for SOME unknown reason their dining room is STILL closed. The girl on the phone was nice enough but when our food was brought out to us the employee was dressed so incredibly unprofessional, in baggy sweatpants and a sweatshirt with no Zaxby's logo, I didn't even want the food. I don't know what sort of food establishment this Zaxby's thinks it is but it clearly is no longer prepared to serve the public as it was meant to.

First and last time customer here. My order was filled correctly, but my initial impression wasn't good. No employee was wearing a mask, granted, they may not have a mandate to do so, but most fast food establishments seem to do it out of customer courtesy. From the drive thru window I could see behind the front counter area, and it looked like cleaning may not be a priority. My food was not good, grease oozed out of my fried mushrooms from the touch. The crinkle fries were absolutely cold, and the Signature Chicken sandwich was put together sloppily. I will not be eating at ZAXBY'S again, this establishment has been around too long to make such errors.

I always get the fried pickles at zaxbys but for some reason this location can’t cook them at all 4 consecutive times they have been burnt and cooked until the pickles are dried out and disgusting.

You make chicken strips and French fries, it’s most of your menu why does it take 60 mins to get chicken strips and fries. I can eat at a sit down restaurant and have a nice meal In that amount of time. You are no longer “fast food” if you can’t push your customers through in a reasonable amount of time. There were four people just in the front and another taking orders in the drive thru. So why is it taking so long?

I had some of their fingers and they were severely undercooked. Tasted like trash, quite honestly. And the managers treat their employees very poorly. I felt bad for the employees because i heard yelling. All in all upsetting experience.

Food is old, cold, nasty, and the drive through takes forever. Out of the seven Zaxby’s I been to this one is by far the worst one.

Always been impressed by Zaxby's. The food and service has always stood out until i visited this location. Everything stands out when there are so many issues going on around the place. From the trash area outside to the very unclean floors to the disgustingly filthy soda dispenser to the limp fries and undercooked chicken wings. There's just no love at all at this location. Poor management if the manager cares. I don't think they do. Very poor example of Zaxby's. I won't return. WOW just realized I'm the 7th 1 star review in a row.

So the new Chicken bacon ranch fries and look for yourself, there maybe one small piece of bacon and hardly any ranch! An the meals we ordered we got large and only got fries in our box instead of a small container of fries. Friendly service but not good in the kitchen in my honest opinion. Foods ok if they wouldn’t be afraid to use their sauce like their supposed to. Spent 40$ on food and had to use sauce from home to make it better!! Just wasn’t a very good time to go through I guess!

I called my order in hoping to come through the drive-thru and pick it up because I knew I wasn't going to be able to carry everyone's lunch to the car by myself. When I got to the drive-thru and told them I was there to pick up a phone order they told me I had no choice but to come inside I came inside my order only for the girls to tell me that she had no change it was going to have to short me to change on my order. I'm thinking it's only 22 cents but then I'm handed my food to try to get out the door only to lose my footing trying to carry everything and dump the 32 oz sweet tea all down the front of my dress

I don’t think I’ve ever been to a place who has such consistent terrible service. You can not sit and eat inside, can’t order inside, never have more than 3 people working in the entire store, drive through line is always 20/30 min wait ti receive your food. It’s like they make their own hours, don’t open till 12:00 unlike every zaxbys! They close before closing time, pull in the drive through 20/30 mins before close they tell you that they are closed already. And this has been this way for a very long time! Who’s in charge of this place?

The food is good however the service and wait is horrible. I have been here 3 different days and times over the past few weeks and every time the wait inside and outside is absolutely ridiculous. Waiting 30+ minutes seems to be the normal here. Very disappointed

I love Zaxby’s, but not when it comes to their plant city location. The service is terrible. The dining room stayed closed a year after everyone else was out of their Covid craze. The food is just flat out nasty, I got a chicken tender meal, and they were the smallest chicken tenders I’ve ever gotten from Zaxby’s, and they coated them with so much salt they were inedible, same goes for the fries. All in all this is just a terrible location and I would avoid it at all costs.

I've been the regional over a company for 12 years. While visiting flordia, this was the worst vist ive ever experienced. I would never spend my money here. Courtney the manager, has the worst customer service. She should not be allowed to manage any one's store. Especially not a store with such high expectations. Please run far away from this store, if your expecting Zaxbys standards!

Literally the 3rd time of me ordering food and having to come back from my house to the restaurant just because someone doesn’t understand how to read. On top of that now they aren’t believing the customers now the employees are always right.. great customer service. If I call and tell you that my order is wrong and have proof. I’m not expecting to wait another half hour for you to make me another batch until I get there instead of making it and having it ready by the time I get there with the wrong order

Walked and immediately saw a coach roach crawling on the counter where the drinks were, I just wanted some dr. Pepper. The food gave me food poisoning, I been on the toilet for two days now, never coming back ever. The chicken was dry

I ordered the chicken sandwich. The service was good and fast. The sandwich was hot and fresh. I will definitely be going back for another one.

Its been a while since me and the family have been to Zaxbys. Well let me tell you it will be the last time we go and eat at this establishment. The floors were dirty the tables were crooked as can be. The employee who took our order was very rude since we had to cut her conversation ealry with her friend. And well lets sat the bad liat goes on and on. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Don't waste your time and hard earn money.

The young lady with the dreads at the drive through window was great. I haven't seen great customer service like that in a long time. Its nice to see people be great at what they do. Sorry I didn't catch a name.

Usually I go inside and the food is great but when I went through the drive thru none of my wings was tossed in sauce and the portion of fries and chicken wings was ridiculous, don’t recommend going thru the drive thru if you want good food

DO not use the app after using it for a month or so. I was logged out multiple times and always have to get customer support to help me Every time I try to log in, I get a forbidden 🚫 message The last time a couple of weeks ago, I called customer support, but they couldn't get me logged in & said they would have a technician contact me . It hasn't ever happened yet

I remember when this place used to be good. Every part of this 60 dollar order is wrong. Fire everyone and do better because if you’re gonna charge what you do get it right. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Mrs Shantel made todays visit horrible and I come here at least once a week after class on campus. When asked to purchase two cookies extra she said "why didnt you tell me before?" And proceeded to roll her eyes at me. Horrible experience. The name at the top of the ticket is 445 Anarosa but her ID says assistant manager Mrs. Shantel. Horrible manager but the staff has always been extremely nice. Edit : Your response has to be a joke right.

Go to the one in Valrico. You will save time. After ordering, 20 fingerz only, I waited for 35 minutes. At the 30 minute mark, I went inside to inquire. The person at the counter ignored me. Not a word. The person in the drive thru that initially helped me eventually acknowledged me. Why do I keep giving them chance after chance? I will be headed to Valrico from here on out to satisfy my family’s request for Zaxby’s.

When this Zaxbys location opened we went there all the time. The last time we went it was filthy. Food was sloppy, containers were greasy soda machine was dirty and the service was mediocre at best. I wish this place was the way it used to be. Good food and CLEAN. The cleanliness of the outside reflects on the care and cleanliness on the inside. Keep this in mind before you enter!

My son got sick eating their. when I called to make a report the manager that was there or claiming to be the manager told me she couldn’t give me your name when I asked to get a corporate number she said I had to go online and look for it.a couple days go by finally got a callback from a lady claims to be the district manager when I was speaking to her she sound like they didn’t care she didn’t know what she was saying she hit me with a Lotta um and you know I’m sorry um you know Long story short you’re gonna be throwing up or or sitting on the toilet

The worker Sofia was vary rude and unprofessional, it wasn’t a vary pleasant experience at Zaxby’s and me and my family love Zaxby’s but we will make sure we don’t call anymore to make an order because she acted like it was the worst thing we could ever possibly do

We visited the Plant City location to try their advertised, "Asian Zensation Zalad", only to be informed they didn't have any of these available. They promote the item in their window and on signage in the the drive-thru. (This was our second attempt to try this item) To add to our disappointment, there was also a young male employee vaping behind the counter as we entered the restaurant. This place used to be operated with a professional attitude. It has really gone downhill in the last year or so. We won't be returning to this location.

Trying to enjoy lunch on a Sunday afternoon a employee (Might have been the acting manager) was yelling at the other employees telling them what to do. Very rude!! That's not how to run a fast food restaurant

we drove 30 minutes all the way to this zaxbys because it was the only one that was open until 10. we drove efficiently in order to arrive promptly at 9:59. We were informed that the store was closed and no accommodations were made to help us as hungry children. we are extremely disappointed and hope you refrain from early closure in the future.

Had chicken fingers, cole slaw and french fries, was great. Had wonderful service, like eating here.
