Was a regular customer. Got a green rotten egg and nasty sausage with a big random black spot. Could have sent me to the hospital and they say "we can't do anything but talk to the manager in the morning or give you a refund" I don't want a free meal. I will never eat at Wendy ever again.

Today was my first time coming here. As soon as I came in I was greeted by everyone at the front counter. My cashier was Xitlaly and she provided excellent customer service! I didn't catch everyone else name but management knows who worked today! I ordered the 5 dollar biggie bag and even though drive thru was busy, my order came up just as fast. Everyone was working and smiling and thats hard to find/see anywhere post covid. The food was great, nothing was cold. I never really visited Wendy's before because I was a Burger King fan but now its over for the King when im ever in the area of this store! I hate there are some that didn't have the great experience I did but please try them again. They didn't disappoint not one bit today! If you ever get hungry and you are by county line rd, pass McDonald's and go see Wendy! Lol.... Great Job Everyone Today!

Kathryn was very pleasant when I ordered food after a long drive. She was kind, and patient. Only giving 4 stars because my fries weren't fresh. Thank you Kathryn you have great customer service.

This store is never open in the morning hours for breakfast. I don't understand why the dont open the lobby doors. Just drive thru. I wonder if the owner knows this. I can't take my semi thru the drive thru. And the are located next to a truck stop. SMH.

Very typical Wendy's but that's a good thing. Always custom order the double with just cheese, ketchup, pickle, onion and it's always hot and fresh. I always check the fries, and they were hot. They never put enough salt on the fries for my taste, so I just add salt to the ketchup.

Both soda machines were down, and the ketchup dispenser was empty. Food could have been hotter but tasted good.

I would love to give more stars when a customer comes through the drive thru would like it if you tell me my balance and for you guys to let me know to drive up to the window and do you guys still give receipts or do we have to ask for one

Delicious food as always. I love the chili and the chicken wrap. Burgers are very tasty too. Fries with ketchup and a Frosty! Are you convinced to go?

I went twice once in the evening and once in the AM and was given excellent service last night and this morning for breakfast. My food was hot and quickly delivered to me by a wonderful lady with a great smile this morning. That is always an inspiration and amazing feeling to be greeted and served that way. So in conclusion they will get an A+++ from me today 😊 ty for the wonderful experience Wendy’s employees nice to feel welcome 🤗

Corporate better trains the team at this location on how to handle/ redeem coupons. This was the first time we have ever had issues. We took our business to another Wendy’s about 5 miles away…not a single problem there! Hence I can’t comment on the food quality but service was lacking big time.

In my experience, always quick and friendly service even despite very busy times. Great employees who always take care of the customers.

While I like Wendy's the touch screen menu is a horrible idea. I could have placed my order faster at the counter. Pulling someone away to keep the drive thru window moving sucks when you have people inside who want to order quickly so they can sit and eat. People in the drive thru are going to drive home to eat the majority of the time. They aren't more important than customers inside.

Ordered a Classic Chicken sandwich meal with a drink and I got no drink and it was a Asiago Chicken sandwich. If I had time I would have gone back to get it corrected. I haven't eaten fast food out in 3 yrs and this happens on first attempt.

What is this Greece water called?not gravy 😡😡😡 and these potatoes look done...NO. gross bfast.

The staff was very nice. The restaurant was clean. The french fries and chicken nuggets were cold.

I mean it is a fast food joint the burgers can only be so good but for what it was it was definitely not bad I've had bad experiences at many fast food restaurants but everything here was delightful

Stopped to get food and a coffee to start my day on the road get my stuff jump on i4 take a sip of my coffee and it's cold like it had been sitting out all night and was no cream and sugar in the coffee or in the bag like I asked and when 8 tried to call them you get no answer...it's not like they was busy I was the only person there. I see y now...now I have to stop again to get another coffee thanks Wendys

Very Rude and Nasty!!! I would advise you to take your money else where. Every time I go their they are rude and nasty towards me especially when my order isn't right. I had to request my money back because an employee bald up my order because she it was made wrong. Lord, like how can you eat from a place that has mean and nasty people working for them!!!

Most fast food restaurants tend to be rather lackluster in the time leading up to close of business. This Wendy's gave us hot, fresh food just before closing, and it was fantastic.

This crew works to make your orders right 👍 Plus a sweet voice in the drive thru.

All employees were wearing their masks, so that is good. The manager handed me my food through the window, she was very friendly and invited me back. My cheeseburger was hot and delivered quickly. Plenty of parking, everything seem very clean. Close to the highway. Left turn going back to the highway is a little bit difficult.

I love the juicy burgers but if you special order a burger your lucky to get it the way you ordered it. I had to bring mine back 2 times to get it correct. On the good side the new fries are great.

Food wasn't fresh. Tasted like it was sitting out for a bit. Fries nasty. Usually fries a pretty good. My drink was refreshing. Friendly service.

For a Friday morning at 730am drive thru was quick. I got the number 2 combo with a coke the breakfast fries were great, coke was awesome but that breakfast sandwich just had no flavor to it. If you blind fold the customer you couldn't tell it was a sausage egg cheese croissant. Not employees fault I suppose Wendy's ingredients.

3rd review for this particular Wendy's location. And it is the third one star review. Looking at the menu board while in the Drive-Thru a junior cheeseburger deluxe is listed at $1.19. This is the only item I ordered, and I couldn't understand the total when it was read back to me. Pull up to the first window and I'm told the total is $2.39. Have taxes gone up that much? And then when I mentioned that on the menu board the sandwich is listed at $1.19 the bright eyed bushy tailed Wendy's associate basically gave me a blank stare and shrugged her shoulders. I suppose it was a sign that I don't need fast food.

This is the 2nd time we have given this trashy truck stop Wendy’s a try. The fries were cold when they claim they always have fresh crispy fries, we also asked for cheese on the fries which we did not get, we did not get any of the sauces we asked for, our cokes were completely flat and our burgers were cold as well. We will never be going back.

Everytime I get here after 1am the workers are no where to be found and I never get my food. I work night shift and just want some food when I get out but it seems that after 1am, even though they close at 2am, I can't get a simple meal at this location. I just sat here from 1:15am to 1:45am waiting and now have to find something else. This isn't the fist time with has happened and now I have to find another place to eat again
