    Not sure what has happened to this location, but this was probably my last time eating here. They left out half of the ingredients on a to-go order, and gave me a bowl less than half full. There are local restaurants that are better alternatives, and that’s where I’ll be headed.

    The manager at this location should be let go. Period. She ALWAYS has a scowl on her face. She never speaks, never greets you, never smiles. I mean everyone has a bad day but I frequent here and have for years and this is insane. I hope the owner will come take a look at these reviews and visit their own restaurant and make some changes. It use to be fun to go to Moe's "welcome to Moe's" but this location is depressing. Food is standard Moe's food. Place is typically filthy. Smaller portions. Last time going here and such ashame but that lady is giving bad mojo and I don't need that on my lunch hour ;)

    Went there on a Saturday evening for dinner. Dining room already closed two hours ahead of actual closing and many of the potential ingredients were missing, presumably due to lack of desire by the staff to actually cook them. No cilantro rice, and what rice they had was quite obviously very old. Beef was over burnt. You get the idea—-it was poor. My younger son stood at the counter waiting to add what few ingredients they had, but the lady employee decided to leave his food there so that she could go have a discussion with another employee for five minutes. When she returned she just threw the food on the grill, only stopping when my wife interceded to listen to my son. Cashier tried to get a free meal on me by ringing up an additional $12 of charges. Only when I made him review it did he “find” his error. Terrible experience, not at all what I’m used to from a Moe’s. Save your money.

    I won’t be back here, extremely rude to ask customers if they would give a tip, I’ve never been asked at any establishment if I will give a tip, a tip for what exactly? Doing your job? It was a bowl that literally took 2 minutes to make. This is the 2nd time it’s happened here… customers a lot more willing to tip with a bucket next to register and NOT asked, especially when 2 employees are at the register staring at you practically begging for a tip

    Well, what is there to say? It’s your average moes. Had a nice server boy, very caring for our needs. Wasn’t to thrilled with the rest of the staff. Much hollering could be heard between them. I even saw an employee sitting around on the job! Yelling isn’t exactly a nice sound to eat too. This location could use much improvement. Moes needs to stop raising their prices, it is getting ridiculous.

    If you see this please don’t go here!!! I dine in and it wasn’t clean at all first they took long to come and take my order and the food was very cold and horrible,Fruit flies were all around the drink station and the sauces🤢 and when my daughter went to go use the restroom she seen bugs coming out of the cracks in the restroom and we immediately left.

    The woman serving was speaking inappropriately to the customers. When I said yikes! She said -- Oh, it's just adult humor... I looked right at her and motioned to the couple behind me with two children. She was also touching her face with the gloves and continuing to serve food with the contaminated gloves. The tomatillo sauce was nearly empty, with nothing but green water and it wasn't even lunch yet. The chicken was sooo burnt, I had to spit it out and the chips were old and stale. This order was to go and I won't be returning.

    We went to Moe's for lunch today. We went because we wanted to try the Buffalo Queso Taco. My Son & I tried the Buffalo Taco and I had nachos as well. My wife had The Stack and my daughter had the kids quesadilla. We also order Queso & Chips. The meal was okay but it was a little pricey with the average being around $9.00 for each of us (and that is with my daughter getting her meal for free). It was VERY HOT in the restaurant which made us uncomfortable to eat there. We didn't finish our meal, we wrapped it up and took it home where we would were more comfortable being able to have A/C. It will probably be a while before we go back to Moe's.

    I ordered take out, my order was finished just as I arrived. Staff was very friendly and prompt. I later received a email asking about my experience. After I responded, I received a quick response from the GM Kristen. Looking forward to many more visits!

    I recently heard that the Plant City Moe’s was under new management, so we figured we would give it a try. We walked in at 11:04 AM (the store was supposed to open at 11AM). Upon entering, we were not greeted by any of the employees, however, I did see a small girl (maybe five or six years old), who was sitting in the dining room by herself scooping salsa into small cups without any gloves on. Then, when we went to order, there were no rice or beans available on the bar and we were told that it would be at least another hour before they had black beans ready. As they went to put our quesadilla on the grill, I overheard one of the employees ask the manager if the grill was clean yet, and the manager shook her head “no” before placing our food directly on the supposedly unclean grill. We proceeded to pay for our food and eat in the dining room. The dining room looked as though it had not been swept from the previous day and there were multiple dirty tables even though we were the first customers of the day. The whole time, I felt as though we were being watched by the staff, and as we went to leave, the manager was shooting us nasty looks. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome.

    The past couple of times we ate here was not that good and this last time we all 4 got sick. Salsa was spoiled (stunk) Will never go back to this location again. Hire new people and manager. When you spend 60 dollars at a taco place you think it would be good.

    I hate leaving negative reviews but I'm really irritated. I've been comming to this Moe's for years and before COVID I would have/ did leave great review but they have seriously gone down hill. Whenever I go in now they are out of something food wise. Also product wise. The prices have doubled and quality has gone down. I understand about being out but you should tell customers so they can decide what they want. They are out of lids for bowls of queso so they gave me 4 of the little condiment containers. When I called they assured me it's the same. What are they going to say? To be fair they aren't skimping on the food they do have. I just think they should let the customer know and decide. They are not adjusting the price down for out of stocks so it should be my choice. On top of that the food was not as good as usual.

    Used to go to this location all the time but has gotten worse and worse over the years. Never get greeted when coming into the location and the manager always seems to have an attitude and doesn’t even smile at you. Food has gotten bad to the point that I will no longer be eating at this location. There is a night and day difference between this location and other locations. This store is always dirty, no one seems happy to help you and no matter how many times I try to put it past me and give them another chance I get let down.

    Don’t try to come to this place for dinner. The lazy workers there (who are perhaps the worst I’ve seen) decide to not make any food after 6pm so you are welcome to eat there, but expect only rice and beans. They arbitrarily decide when to close for the night, and their customer service is terrible. Go to Taco Bell

    Very very disappointed,this made me never want to eat at this location ever again. I ordered the bowl and was already sad about the lil portion of food I had already got, but because I was so hungry I was going to pay my $20 and enjoy my food. To my surprise there was a hair in it when j told the manger she had a attitude with me and was starting to get a little rude due to me wanting a refund (as I lost my appetite). I was then told that I never paid for it and wasn’t eligible for a refund when I showed them my bank statement that in fact I did pay I was told to take it up with my bank… So I lost money and food that I couldn’t even enjoy

    Mesha helped me with my order and she is the best person working at the Moe's in Plant City because she was very personable with the customer and she always goes the extra mile to make sure that what she makes is on point. Although sadly the person that was on duty with her young Slender Man was completely rude to her and made me feel very uncomfortable but she took care of everything and was so kind and caring do you need to promotion or raise or both!
