They apparently just changed the app been a loyalty member since 2019 and all my points are gone. The app is a mess!! When I try and track order it say “order not associated with this account” so I have an email confirmation and no way to track the pizza !!!! Very disappointed !! And no one is answering the phone at the Plant City Florida store ………whats going on with you guys ?

We love Marco’s, hands down our favorite pizza. We always dine in and it has always been amazing. They have great deals and the quality of food is excellent.

Sauce is better than most chains and delivery has been pretty quick even though it's on the other side of town from me.

The food is great however they're closed early half the time I try to order. Typically up to an hour or more, their hours are rarely consistent with the cooperate listing on the website.

Our go to place for pizza. The only reason for 3 stars is for atmosphere. They need to update the lobby. We usually get it to go anyways.

Friendly staff, punctual service. My pizza came out subpar, and they remade it right away, without delay and without me asking. Second go was perfect, I’ll be back.

We give 5 stars for being consistently good quality and fast. At least for pick up. The sauce has the right amount of spices. Toppings are generous. Service has always been kind. Prices are great and lots of coupons.

Last two times including tonight we ordered online and the driver forgot our sauces. Tonight I actually called and requested that they bring them seeing as how we had a big/ expensive order. That was over an hour ago and they still haven’t come back even with manager telling me over the phone that he would give us extra for the inconvenience, oh well now we’re all done eating anyway. The pizza was fresh and hot but I requested extra sauce on one pizza and I guess they read the order as less sauce because it was bone dry. My wife flat out said her pizza didn’t taste right. This will be our last time ordering from there and I would suggest against it to other’s as well.

Ordered 2 pizza's, bread and a salad last night online. The salad was made with rotten lettuce. I could not even eat it. The pizzas one we requested extra cheese and they put lite cheese and the other was missing the feta cheese and had so many jalepano's on it it was riducles. I used to be such a fan of marcos and I am just finding that everytime I order it is getting worse. I will no longer order pizza through them.

Absolutely the worst pizza we have ever gotten. We had never been here before. The pizza dough was dry and hard like it had been sitting for a while. The ingredients didn't have much flavor at all. We ate 1/2 slice each and threw the rest out. What a waste of money. Frozen pizza is better than this. We will definitely stick to Nicks for now on.

This is not pizza. It is an oily soup on pizza crust with little pepperoni bowls to hold more oil. Disgusting.

Sorry Marcos, I ordered delivery twice, and both times the pizza was late, the crust was tough, which means it sat in a warmer too long. The last time, it took an hour or more to get a pizza from a mile and a half away.. I was very disappointed, and ready to give u my bi weekly business over howie's... I had 2 snacks while I waited for my dinner. It WAS tasty tho, and tasted authentic. I would recommend ordering in, or for pickup.

We have found our favorite pizza in Plant City!! You have to try their Deluxe Specialty Pizza 🍕. Everyone that works there are great 👍!

Love Marco’s Pizza! Ordered a pizza and wings. Everything was wonderful. Beth helped us with our order, the delivery was fast and they went above and beyond our expectations.

How our delivery came from Marcos Plant City, Store #8031. I guess none of the 15% tip I included with our order went to the driver. 2nd timer this has happened on our office order. Normally very good service from this location.
