I pay for extra toppings and have the pizza made without cheese. I would greatly appreciate if extra toppings were actually put on my pizzas. My last few orders looked like there were little to no extra toppings. Very unsatisfied. Please do better. Thank you.

My pizza's were cooked to perfection today. A man by the name of Keith took my carryout oder abd his customer service was impeccable, Josh answered when I called back to inform a manager of the grat service received, and he was also very professional. Kudos PC Pizza Hut

They were busy but even still I got the food delivered with 20-30 minutes. I asked for no contact. The box was open when I got outside and my dog got into it. The driver aced the boxes on their side, not flat down. The food could've been placed better and would've been better placed on the wooden stool right in front of them and not on the chair covered in dog hair. The manager had nothing to say. Absolutely nothing. That was one of the worst experiences I've had with this Pizza Hut. I'm just going to stop ordering. I like the food from here but it's not worth the hssle, fristration and waste of money

I stopped ordering from the Pizza Hut where I live because of a bad experience and an even worse pizza experience. One place that I never had trouble with was the pizza hut near work. I ordered a large thin and crispy BBQ pizza. Ham and chicken all over and specified NO ONIONS. One half of it had pineapple added to it. The pizza I received was COVERED IN ONIONS. They are embedded all in the pizza. I will NEVER BE BACK. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND INEDIBLE.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The manager “Keith” if he was even a manager was extremely rude and incompetent. And said there was no manager and then when we called back he said he was the manager now? Make it make sense! Very unprofessional. Will never return. I order every Friday a month for 70+ people but never again!!

Ordered lrg thin crust all meat. Cold and tasted like card board. Never again.😖

Ordered a Hawaiian pizza but when I received the pizza it didn't have pineapple on it. Pretty sure pineapple is a key topping for Hawaiian pizza. Otherwise, delivery was quick, driver was friendly and food was hot.

It's ok sometimes people are nice but food is sometimes stale like bread sticks pizza is ok

I ordered the pizza and it said 15 min to be ready, I went there less than 15 min , timing was perfect and the pizza was good and hot!

The food was ok. But the resturant was a bit worn down.

Keith at the counter is very nice. But there were no fountain drinks, no ice for the bottled drinks, and when I asked for red pepper flakes they told me I had to purchase shakers if I wanted pepper or parmesan cheese. The dining room was a bit dirty and empty. My lunch was $21.26.

The ordering experience on my pizza was great, paid for it online and drove thru to get my order, everything was perfect, highly recommend there Pizza hadn't been there in awhile but was impressed 👍 I think you will too

Was very satisfied with the customer service we received from the manager his name was Jimmie he was having some issues with the new system that was just installed at register.he apologized an explained that he was from another location he was just helping out at the plantcity location.he was the sweetest man ever plantcity would be so blessed to have more people like him.

Wrong toppings, cooked wrong, and worst of all, I asked for no cheese, and they put cheese. I did it as a carryout, thinking if I said it in front of the person, they would not mess up. I was mistaken

RIGOBERTO RIGOBERTO RIGOBERTO !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not order from this guy!!!!!!! So this afternoon I visited the Pizza Hut here in plant city close to my home, and ordered some wings I asked if I could have a sauce he then told me how much it was and I said no problem give me two, I was literally 1 cents short and he said I can’t do anything about you not having a penny I then came up with the penny and he said “ I hope you enjoy the special sauce I’m spitting in it “ yea I’ll never go this this store he even refused to give me his name and said he was a manager !! Then saw his name was on receipt ! His name Rigoberto

This place is 0-2 on completing online orders on time. If they spent half as much time making pizza as they do making excuses they would be excellent. The “store manager” looks like a teen pothead rather than anything resembling a professional representation of the Pizza Hut brand. Very disappointed with this place. If it was not for the employees posting positive reviews this place would be int eh two star range.

Trash took order called over an hour of waiting and the punk on phone said they didn’t hit the submit for my order then wanted to say will give you 20%off uh no forget it they are garbage never again will I order from them

Pizza Hut is consistent, hard to do these days. All I know is the food was delivered hot and my Mother-in-law was very happy.

Bread sticks were delicious. Personal pan pizza with extra cheese and olives had a weird taste to it and was barely warm.

I’ll never get pizza from this Pizza Hut again. I ordered the Detroit Meaty Deluxe. There was maybe 10 pieces of meat on the whole pizza. And then I remembered the last time I got pizza from Pizza Hut there was little to none toppings. So I will delete the app to make sure I don’t make this mistake again. Worse pizza I’ve had since the last pizza I got from PizzA Hut.

It didn't take long to get my order delivered. The Pizza and Boneless wings were hot. The only issue I had was I ordered half pepperoni and half beef. I got very few pepperoni's and no beef.

Ordered the new Detroit deep dish pizza and was not one bit satisfied. No crispy cheesy crust as advertised. I will rather make the drive for some good ole Jets pizza instead.

The wings are horrible .. I would highly suggest against eating them...

Great original BBQ brisket pizza. If you haven't tried it your damn sure slacking on the finner things in the pizza realm.

Pizza is great, can’t complain. On the other hand, their mozzarella sticks are the worst I’ve ever had in my life. They taste like they were just put in the microwave. I’m super disappointed because I spent like 7 bucks for them and I threw them out. Also it’s a little bit disappointing they don’t give out Parmesan packets anymore, but that is understandable.
