Always someone ready to take our order! The sandwich bread isn’t heavy and very tasty. You can even get day old bread to take home. The ingredients are fresh and we easily substitute a pickle for chips. The pickles are huge! They have sweet and unsweetened tea fresh brewed as well as soda.

Well, I was NOT sure if I wanted a sandwich but, I am so glad I did. I went in they greeted me well !! One of the guys suggested the FRENCH BREAD that just came out of the oven. So, I got the GARGANTUAN 8 inch !! I was very impressed with the service , cleanness AND THIS AWESOME sandwich ! It was meaty, tasty , FRESH !! Most of the time if it’s a specific employee I’ll stay and eat there (very nice girl who helped me save on my order) but otherwise when I order my sub it’s always done right maybe I’m lucky but thumbs up

The owner Doug is a terrible person. Constant habitual liar, greedy and plays favorite. Very rude and disrespectful and I highly advise everyone to go eat at Jersey Mike's. You treat your employees like garbage and your customers believe it or not WORSE. I am going to be calling corporate.

I usually have a good experience here. However, today was not one of them. The fella that took my order did not listen, even though he confirmed what I said to him.

I wouldn't even give them the one star. I will never order from them again. They screw up the order every time I ordered and this time they were late and when I called and asked why it was taking over a half hour to get 5 min. Down the road she said that they only have one driver and is delivering a few orders at once. Now that would be fine but they don't put the food in a cooler bag and this is Florida. Hello 90+ degrees. Then she when and told me the food is good for 4 hours out side of a cooler. REALLY. meat is not good that long outside. I am so done with you.

Ordered my first sandwich today. That was over an hour ago...and still no sandwich. Apparently I gravely misunderstood what "Freaky Fast," means. Won't order here again. Just called them and they said it was going to be at least another half hour. These store sucks beyond measure.

Awful service! Was no spoke to when I walked in then when they did decide to speak it was with an rude tone. Will not be back. Chicken wrap wasn't to great either.

I used to go here all the time when I lived in plant city. We recently moved back and went there 4/15 for the first time since being back & it was horrible. The young man at the counter was not pleasant or helpful by any means. Nothing I asked for was done. I was very disappointed.

Waitress i felt was disrespectful. Would not put my change in my hand. Even with my hand stretched out she put it on the counter. Will not be going there again.

On 2/16/23 I ordered a #5 VITO Sandwich sloppy. Tomatoes not fresh and I got end pieces of tomato some with green vein in middle. $14.82 wasted

No need to explain issues cause it's already been done by previous reviews better options available in the area I'd take my money elsewhere in my opinion
