It was fine. The meat was different. It was sliced thicker and a bit more fatty. I got the half pound but it seemed to have less meat on it. The roll was also a bit soggy. I do like the new crinkle cut fries they are a bit less greasy than the curly fries.

Scott the GM is incredibly kind and helpful. We had a vehicle issue and ended up in Arby’s parking lot. He he lent us a tool and was kind enough to let us sit in the dining room while we waited for assistance. He even offered us something to drink (it’s currently 97degrees outside). Thank you so much Scott!!! You are a living example of hospitality!! 🤩

The lights weren't on the sign yet, and couldn't see the options very well. I asked about the spicy ( beef or chicken) and after ordering a French Dip, I said I'd try the spicy food. When I got home, it wasn't what I was expecting at all, it was a fish sandwich in a spicy wrapper.

Tried their Gyro, wasn't expecting much & was pleasantly surprised it tasted very good!

I didn't go in the store so I can't say anything about the food. But on my way home back to Winter Haven from my VA medical center appointment my cars motor blew up and I barely got it in the Arby's parking lot. I am a disabled US ARMY combat veteran and I and permanently disabled on a fixed income so it took me a couple of days before I could get the money for a tow truck. But even though I wrote a note and taped it to the back window saying that I would be back to get it and to please not get it towed they did anyways. So I just bought the car recently for $1800.00 and I already have a tow and storage bill that's almost $500.00. And it goes up $35.00 a day for 37 days then they scrap the car and then I can't renew my license until I pay the bill. So that's another $1700.00 just to get it then I gotta pay for a tow then pay to fix it. Thanks ARBY'S you really know how to look out for humanity. You didn't have to tow it. It's not like it was in the way or bothering anyone you just don't have empathy. Your too busy giving people that break down and can afford to tow and fix their cars immediately free drinks and air conditioning. I'll never eat at any Arby's restaurants ever again. Thanks

The food is kind of pricy but once you try their sandwiches, your tastebuds will soon understand why. This is one of those restaurants to where their food is great, then their business seems to be slacking, & now it seems like they're making a comeback. :-)

Stopped in my way to my grandsons baseball game in Plant City, Florida. I stood at the counter while the employees never acknowledged my presence. After 15 minutes, I had to leave or miss the start of the game. They may have the meats, but that doesn't mean anything if they don't have the service. And now you don't have this customer. Will not return.

Manager was super great! I played around and rang the bell and he did not get upset. My friend explained to him that I had an extremely long chemo session that day and explain that I am close to being through chemo and couldn't wait to ring a bell. He not only did not get angry but bought my dinner. It's nice to find givers that care.

This is consistently the best Arbys I have ever been to. I don’t know what they do different, but every item is vastly better than any other Arbys.

I had received my food. My fries were cold. I had asked for fresh ones. Front clerk argued with me how they just came up. Not true, kept talking to all the employees about how the fries were not up to my standards. The manager should have stepped up and took care of it. I won't be back. I am very disappointed in the way these employees are aloud to act in front of paying customers.

Ordered dine-in, regular roast beef, curly fries, poppers and Jamocha shake. All food items were very good. Dining area was clean and servers friendly. Still do not understand why they took potato cakes off the menu and that's the only reason this review got a 4 instead of a 5.

Mainly just went in to use the bathroom but also grabbed a Jamocha shake. One of the cleanest bathrooms we have seen recently! Pleasantly surprised! The shake was also delicious

Its the best Arby's around. Food always tastes fresh. Employees have an all around good attitude.

Witty staff and tasty sauce--a winning combination! My soda was crisp and my chicken crispy. The air was crisp with friendly service. My tastebuds danced with delight during the hours afterwards even though I had to endure the horrors of wading through mountains of garbage. That stunk but all the free sauce didn't. Did I mention the unfriendly dog that eventually warmed up to me, well maybe I shouldn't. Accessible bathrooms were a plus. My son should have paid for me.

Went in to get my daughter a happy meal and right before walking i saw a posted note, "only accepting cash due to national coin shortage" went in and ask if the note was still valid and was told yes by one of the crew who seemed to be a manager. After walking out the same gentleman came and got me and offered my daughter a happy meal and also provided me a drink. Very outstanding crew and high five 👏 for the great deeds they do on a daily basis. That's my favorite restaurant from now on. This kind of act will never be forgotten.

Tonight's experience was extremely weird. Weird as in it looked like the 3 or 4 managers and 6 or 7 employees were all on auto pilot. This seems like a completely different restaurant and staff from when I visited a few months back. Can we have the smiling cheerful engaging team back please. Besides the cooks it seemed like the only one that was trying was Joccelyn but she had the 2 weeks in vibe going on. Hopefully next time I go it won't feel as awkward.

They had the freshest and hottest fries and cheese sticks that I've ever had at an Arby's.. they were fast friendly and clean.

I am not a regular Arby's customer. When I get a hankering for a over packed meat sannich I'm there ordering a gyro or two. Granted I cannot make a comparison to other locations. However, I can affirm the crew at this location are outstanding. The facility always looks well maintained and clean.

This the best Arby's too me. My food is always hot and the staff is quick and polite. BUT!!!! Y'all discontinued my salad. I loved that salad🤣😂 so they get 4 stars instead of 5. Bring back the salad Arby's❤️

The drive through section was closed so I went inside. The employees were very nice and delightful! Unfortunately, the General Manager was there and he was not pleasant at all! He acted more like a McDonald’s manager than an Arby’s manager! He ran around like if it was extremely busy though it wasn’t that bad. All the customers waited patiently but the manager was yelling out names and getting impatient if they didn’t pick it up fast enough. No thank you or anything. Just horrible service on his part.

For how expensive Arbys is, I'm livid that my bread was STALE and my fries were COLD and FLOPPY. Never going to another arbys again. The whole chain seems to be turning into mcdonalds kind of food for chickfila prices.

The ppl are nice, I ordered sliders and I was Not happy with the Turkey Sliders, the Roast Beef was good. I know they are Sliders but I feel like I was just eating bread.

This Arby's is absolutely horrible I ordered a chicken sandwich with no lettuce no Ranch no tomato instead I got a chicken finger sandwich with 10 tons of mayo what's wrong with America cuz this is just pathetic

The sandwiches was hot & fresh. The curly fries wasn't the greatest. There wasn't much "Curly" to them. It was like our fries (I had a large and the rest had mediums) but none of them had fresh fries in them. That's the one thing I would have changed.

Went to this location about 30 mins ago - if speedy service produces such awful and poor quality food then I won't return . There is more cheese and sauce on this brisket sandwich than the two slices of brisket they put on it - definitely not a 7dollar sandwich - also got the French dip and the bread on it was as hard as a brick even after dipping .. bunch of slackers working ..
