I had a awful experience at churches in plant city Florida my service from jump start was very poor it took me 25 minutes to get my food and when I got it it was Cold so I had to go to a doctor's appointment once my appointment was done I went back up to churches to return the food just wanted My money back the same employee was still there and when I told me I wasn't getting my money back I was like really and she told me she don't remember me now mind you I had just left there and she was the one that served me so I asked for the corporate number and her and a little short Red Head Man told me that they don't have a corporate number and I told them every Big company has a corporate number but they refused to so I kindly put the food on the counter and I told both of them this is not the last time I Will be getting a corporate number when I return to Lakeland Florida and I did I talked to a very nice young lady in corporate and as I was explaining my experience she was just listening but the problem was solved after I explained to her I got a check in the mail from corporate thanks churches corporate for listening to me.

Service if really bad and racist order a few stuff and y wasn't finished yet she Got mad and I told her I haven't finished with the order, I told her you know what I don't want the order and left, gente no se lo recomiendo pesimo.......

Dined in. Food was good and people were nice. The restaurant is disgusting inside. Floors were dirty, which was ironic because they had the floor cleaning supplies sitting next to the garbage can which was also unattended. Maybe the men’s restroom was the worst. It was filthy with a huge hole in the wall. Also the soap dispenser was empty and broken with no alternative soap. I would be scared to see the kitchen.

Just like i remembered in Puerto Rico. Delicious, crunchy, full of flavor, juicy. Loved everything!

Had a $3.99 coupon for 3-piece meal, was told to park and wait for 6 minutes til chicken is done. 15mins had passed and I went inside. The cashier clocked out and didnt even mention i was outside. Manager was apologetic but you can tell there was suppressed anger. The chicken was hot and slammin' but yea. Go inside then drive thru...

Biscuit is so much better than the other chicken place! (I don't actually go to either for the chicken) However, my 8 pc butterfly shrimp has constantly actually been a 7 pc the last 3 times! Lesson learned, I will now hold up the line so I can open my box and actually count each shrimp, since they apparently cannot. LOL

If you are not black or know the people, do not go. They treat you differently if you not part of their “hood” dawg. Stay out of here. Non-blacks cannot get away with free stuff or cut in line like nighers.

I was disappointed 2 items on the menu were no longer being served (macaroni and spicy tenders), but the food I got was good.Chicken on point, okra good but a little cold.

As great tasting as the food is, the service is horrible. They're super friendly but seriously understaffed and that makes for an unpleasant experience. Adding to the location, we rarely visit here, and when we try to, 1 out 5 times, we actually get to order.

I was greeted with a huge smiling face from the server Beverly. She took my order and immediately prepared it and bagged it. Quality fried chicken every time and excellent priced food. I do not go to Plant City Popeyes because it’s dirty and always out of something. KFC is KFC…and the other game in town( Maryland Chicken ) is good but pricy for a what you get. I will come back again and again just for Beverly’s pretty smile!

Food is always fresh. But if you go after 8pm and want a s.oke house chicken. Then manager late night is not going to cook it. They will tell you they are our.

This was our first time trying Church's Chicken. The food was made fresh right in front of us, the staff was super sweet and attentive too. This location is super convenient to the historic downtown plant city area which has wonderful antique shopping and great car shows on the weekends.

My favorite fast food fried chicken! The food is great but they are understaffed. Have patience when you place your order because it takes a little long but the staff is friendly and tries it's best. This is my regular place to go every time I go to Plant City.

What a pleasant surprise. Stopped here for a quick bite with my family and was welcomed with big smiles and friendly faces. The food was great. (Try the purple pepper sauce). While the food was better than expected, I’ll be returning because of the kind ladies working behind the counter.

Ordered 4 chicken sandwiches online. The order was accepted. Upon pickup, they told me they had no chicken. A chicken place with no chicken? And wasted my time by taking the order. Who is running this place?

Love church's but won't be coming back here. Have you pull over then 3 cars go thru drive thru while you wait. Noticed receipt said wrong thing so I went inside to ask about it and just ignored me. Finally asked can i ask something before you pack my food. Response was this ain't your food and went back to ignoring me. Wouldn't be surprised if busy but only one other customer.

Meat was very dry Mac and cheese looked old didn't eat it. Soda was the best at 11:30am

I love this place, the other franchises should govern themselves after this one because each time I have eaten there the food was great due to clean grease, the restaurant is always very clean and the service is always with a smile. To me, it is the best churches in Florida

I had never been to a church's chicken before. I was pleasantly surprised by the biscuits and taste of the food. The issues lie within the restaurant itself. Found bugs in my cup, and one gentleman had been waiting over 30 minutes for an order.

Same good taste, same wonderful biscuits, nice and hot. Made fresh to order! Just as we remember!

Well we didn't get what we ordered. Spent $21 and no macaroni and cheese no drinks available. Very impolite people working there today which is Sunday. Need employees to talk facing the customer not with back turned away. Too much money for what we got or should I say not what we ordered . Very unsatisfied

The staff was slow, it took more that 20 minutes to get thru the drive-thru with 2 cars ahead of me, and 2 ppl inside the place. The best thing I can say is they must have just changed the oils because the chicken 🐔 tenders, wasn't dark, it was lighter in colour. Which means the grease was clean

Excellent fried okra and cole slaw. Burned my okra for the first time. 😓But overall, great service and great food. The best honey biscuits anywhere!

TOO DAMN SLOW, staff moves very slow. One in particular was almost moving in slow motion. No one greets you when you walk in. Took minutes for someone to approach me then staff was interrupted several times. They don’t wear gloves when handling your food. Then on top of that my order was wrong & did not receive an item that I paid extra for at all. Wasn’t even worth it to take it back because I didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes. I came to Church’s because the food is good but it’s not worth the wait. Just go to Popeyes and put some honey butter on that biscuit!

I've given this location so many chances but it continues to be riddled with problems. I've literally lost count how many times they've forgotten items on my order. My God, is it that hard to remember a side of fried okra? They made up for it numerous times, but I'm done with constantly having to go back and get things I already paid for. Consistency and quality are not values of churches chicken. At least this location. I'm just disappointed I didn't stop coming here years ago.

Store Manager Ms Marlene runs the best Church's I've ever had. She makes sure her employees keep up with sales, so there is little to no wait. The food is freshly cooked and hot. Two thumbs up!

Burned my mouth so bad with their food . Mgr was so proud of her title yet I could not eat the food.

Chicken was over done. We arrived at around 4, but it appeared to refried chicken from lunch. Staff was great, chicken was horrible.

Church's is Church's. It was as expected. I had the bacon chicken sandwich and it was ok. Hubby had the usual fried chicken and he said it was just ok. It was not the best that day. It didn't seem freshly cooked.

It was carry out, so I enjoyed when I ate it. Most important thing was flavor, taste and texture. Church's chicken does not disappoint. Sides are great, too.

I haven't eaten here in years..........still not missing anything. I'm surprised that it actually exists because I thought they were all closed. It was a nice change to a pleasant customer service for a change.
