Visiting from Ft. Lauderdale and stopped at the drive through, from the time they said "Welcome to Popeyes", to "Thank you and have a nice night", the staff was so nice, professional and friendly, you can tell they enjoy their job, because they were doing a great job! Our tenders and sides were all fresh too! It's soo hard to find that now a days, (especially in Ft. Laud). I just have to give a big "Thank you and keep up the great work" to all the staff at store 101 in Plant City!

So Popeyes in general is not known for their speed or customer service but this location has hit a new low. My 89 year old father was threatened with a call to police because he "spends too much time checking his order before he takes it home". This is necessary because of the at least 40 times that I have picked up food from here, only once or twice has it been correct. All my dad wants is want he paid for and nothing more. The female African American manager is always rude and cranky but this takes the cake. So be careful checking your order for accuracy, They might call the POLICE on you.

Very rare that I get to change a bad review (from 4 months ago) to a good one. The nice lady at the front counter is always very helpful and nice even asking if everything was good. The guy that I believe is a manager has been great. And the other employees i have dealt with have been helpful. Food has been fresh. Happy to say this is a go to fast food restaurant for me like it used to be.

Can't give the food any stars because I didn't receive any. Wasted a lunch break waiting in drive thru for 1 sandwich. Get to the window and was informed that their bread was frozen. Don't sell it if you can't make it. Likely wouldn't have been good anyways. One person working, 3 others standing around talking while the area visible from the drive thru window was filthy. Guess I'll just stop coming here. Sad.

This is the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to!!! I placed my order at the drive-through window. when I approached the window to receive my food, it was old the chicken was dark and I was told that they did not have any regular chicken. The lady then asked me would I like to wait 15 minutes to receive fresh chicken. I told her yes I waited in the drive-through for my order. Patiently she asked me to move up to the white line and told me my food will be out in five minutes. I waited 10 minutes in the car after not receiving the food I went inside the building and they were busy passing out orders the staff and management refuse to acknowledge me. I waited another 10 minutes in the line. I asked several of the workers if I could have my order , I asked to talk to management. They refuse to come to the front. I finally received my order after 45 minutes of being at Popeyes. This was a very horrible experience. I would never go to this location again. I also called Corperate. Corperate stated that they would give me a call back. Never received a call back.

10:50 AM and the restaurant was not opened. Gave Popeyes another chance. Food was hot and fresh but would have love to have a full container of Red beans & rice! The amount in the container cldnt have filled up a toddler

Got my order wrong nothing worse than going through Drive thru down the road a bit you have the wrong order. Order 5 puce tenders spicy recieved 3 piece mild. Unfortunately paid for 5 piece.

Decent restaurant, decent service. It’s like everyone was just there doing what they have to do . Not a very pleasant place, the whole time I was there I just felt blah. The food was decent, definitely not the best of Popeyes. Oh and please clean the restroom. I felt like I was in a old run down side of the road rest stop going in that smelly restroom...

I ordered 6pc ghost pepper wing meal in the drive thru. First I ordered all drums and didn't receive one drum. But was all the way home when I found this out. Asked for blackened ranch but was told they were out so I said regular would be ok. No problem but when I got home also no ranch. Mango lemonade was good. Ate the wings I had specifically not asked for and ended up getting a terrible stomach ache almost instantly after eating my meal. Was very sick in the fetal position. Good luck.

I have been coming here for years but we had a terrible experience tonight....I placed an online order and it was close to an hour when I got it. Was told one thing, then something else, then something else. The staff is rude and blatantly disrespectful. They talk about you and other customers right in front of you. The food was not great but I wasn't surprised. After reading the reviews previous to mine, I wish I'd chosen somewhere else to go. We will not be coming back here ever again. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

Every Popeyes I've ever been to is super slow it's super slow the staff never have any intentions on getting to anyone quickly they'd rather joke around and have fun while customers are sitting there waiting. I'm an Uber delivery driver and it is the worst restaurant to deliver for never ready always slow and the service is horrible I have yet to go to any Popeyes that will acknowledge you as soon as you walk in the door or up to the register definitely some of the worst staff I've ever seen at Popeye's all Popeyes they're definitely more interested in chit chat and texting on their phone than they are taking care of customers. As a delivery driver I try to avoid every order that comes through for Popeyes

This place is actually pretty gross inside. Everything is dirty, the look on the employees faces clearly shows they are only there for a paycheck. The woman that took my order though was polite. Everybody was moving like turtles… my chicken was good, soggy fries, but based off of everything else I’m going to avoid this location, send help.

Kind people and good food. Gave me a free drink because they had to make the food to order.

Had Garlic Cajun Shrimp tray. It was delicious it came with 15 jumbo shrimp 2 potatoes and corn on the cob. Customer service was fast and helpful. Will definitely be back.

This is my second time going to this location and both times I had to wait a long period of time. So today, I decided to order some food through the app. My order was placed at 12:17pm. It said my order will be ready at 12:34pm. I left around 12:40pm and it took me 10-12 minutes to get there. When I got there I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes before someone came. The guy proceeded to say he couldn't find my ticket. After 3 minutes one of the other workers found it. I stood there for the other 20-25 minutes waiting. It was 1:05pm when I got my order in my hand. I have been eating at Popeyes for years and never had service like this. I will not be going to this location.

We went to Popeye's yesterday and the food was really good. We purchased a family meal which was really good. My wife wanted a small bowl of red beans & rice. I wanted a small of Cole slaw. I was surprised at how small their small was, especially at $3.99. But, the chicken was really good, the Buffalo sandwich and the Regular Chicken sandwich were good. There was a HUGE box of French fries that the kids really liked.

As pictures state dine in isn't open, so those that are walking best to walk to Burger King or Denny's that are open for dine in. Sad that in these times you can't open lobby to accommodate those who walked to your restaurant, lucky other business next to you will get your lost business. Good job on lack of customer service!

I wanted to complement all the staff at this location for working extremely hard today at lunch hour. There was a ton of people in the restaurant. Yes it took a while to get my food but the cashier June was amazing. She helped me and also want to recognize the cook Cheryl I had a mistake with my order. She came out and fixed everything what an amazing woman. Cheryl was super amazing to us and helped us fix all of our issues and went out of our way to be so kind and amazing to us. She needs to be recognized for that. Thank you to this location and all the wonderful staff. Thank you Cheryl for being so amazing. This restaurant this location off of frontage road is one of the most amazing Popeyes I’ve ever been to in Plant City alone is the one of the best and I’m very thankful…♥️♥️

I'm sure this one review won't really have much effect. But my last experience with this store, which used to be better than the other store in town, was infuriating. I really shouldn't be shocked though, they're no different than any other fast food joint these days. I spent 80 bucks having food for my wife and myself delivered to our home and they couldn't even drop the mustard sauce I ordered in the bag. I can't believe that people cry for more money in their paychecks while consistently doing less to earn it. These people are taking more of our money and giving us less in return.

If you want all of the food you ask for at the mic, I wouldn’t go to the Popeyes on park rd in plant city. Even after checking my bag at the window and requesting what THEY left out of my bag, it’s a problem. Every employee that I have came in contact with has been so disrespectful. I come to this Popeyes at least three times a week, due to not having enough time to go else where only having a 30 min lunch. Every time I go, there has been a problem with them not giving me everything I have paid for. I will not be coming back to this piece of cramp location. Popeyes, DO BETTER BECAUSE YOUR LOOSING LOYAL CUSTOMERS!

Do not go there. EVERY time I've gone to this one, something is wrong. Just left, and part of my order was for 5 piece strips (I got 4), wanted red beans and rice (of course, not there), and for the bone in chicken (overcooked). At least this time, I was given a breast, though. Again, don't go.

I know that fast food restaurants are having trouble with staffing but the wait I had at the drive thru was ridiculous. There was only one car ahead of me and from the time I decided to look at my watch (because I'd already waited long enough) it still took another 13 minutes to get my food and drive away. I considered getting out of the line but had already wasted too much of my lunch hour to start over somewhere else. Then to top it off, the fries were luke warm at best. I won't return to this location .

Went threw drive threw, was people waiting for food when I arrived, I had to wait on my food as well, but everything was good, food was hot and had the correct amount of food as well

The manager was awesome our food was piping hot and we got home after a 25-minute drive these guys here did a great job and they had everything in stock I would recommend Popeyes plant City anytime

Very professional and kind staff, they make sure your takin care of! Definitely will come to this location again. And of course the food is delicious!

Order 11 piece bucket , asked 2 pieces to be spicy , got 7 piece spicy , manager had a little angry issue when my wife asked to fix mistake... floor and tables where so dirty , i wanted to take video and send to corperate but cashier was so nice to us, i didn't take video... my order was never fix so i wind up eating all chicken alone... And yes we clean our table too , finally after seeing this manager came and clean the other tables... they could have being under staff... popeyes on park rd , plant city...fl

Not like the SORRY Popeye's in Auburndale, Florida!☹️ where you I waited 15 minutes to give order & PAY ! then be told after waiting another 10 minutes that the food was unavailable - HOW do they stay in business ?! I LOVED the music they were playing & the server was WONDERFUL ! I'm referring to Popeyes in Plant City being WONDERFUL!

Spent $42 on chicken & sides on our way home from the airport and received dried out, nasty and inedible chicken. I am now a former customer and will let my friend know if their lack of quality. $42 wasted and thrown in the trash. And no, I will not return the chicken due to the 15 minute drive.
