    you’re kidding me. this is nasty! a hair in my food? fr? i order a milkshake and i couldn’t get that, i didn’t get any bbq sauce and now there’s hair in my food? that is disgusting, wear your hair nets thats so gross! if i could give this negative stars i would, that’s so nasty, you need to talk to the ppl there that night. this is disgusting. fix it.

    I bought 2 big bufords and drove back to my job. I went to eat them, and I honestly beleave the lid had to have come off of the salt shaker. I had to throw both of them away, and I believe they have some of the best burgers out there.

    This is what they handed me “fresh”. Also I ordered barbecue. Not Buffalo. I don’t want to get back in this 8 car long line and wait another 30 minutes, so I’ll just eat them even though they’re hard as rocks.

    The best Checkers ever! The food is always so fresh and hot, and the customer service is top tier. They get cars through the drive thru so quickly!

    Coming here at night is like visiting a high school detention hall. Everyone working there is screaming obscenities, laughing, throwing up middle fingers, messing up orders and teasing each other about it. Very unprofessional and it's the reason the drive through barely moves.

    I normally dont have problems with fast food stores that leave a impression on me but the Manager Ryan at this branch was God awful, I simply asked for him to reread my medium size order and he gave me the most basic response and refused to tell me what burgers had what 86ed, I was bothering him it seemed, i called him "boss man" due to not knowing his name and he cut me off and sternly told me "my names not Boss man," at this point I'm pretty upset and when I arrive at the payment window we exchange words untill he closes the window on me, several minutes later, apparently my "card is acting up," so i have to wait an additional 7 minutes untill the issue is magically resolved... worse experience ever...

    This was the last time I ever hope to eat at this checkers. I ordered the 2 for 6.50 chili dogs , on the sign it shows 2 chili dogs not 1 as part of the deal so I ordered 4 chili dogs total which would have been 2 for 6.50, an order of fried mushrooms and a large coke. The total came out to 16$ and some change. Now before you judge me and assume that I’m a customer that clearly knows everything, I don’t, but I know how the sign reads. So I get up to the window and I ask why it’s so much and the manager I’m assuming explains that the chili dogs are 3.25 a peace and that he just got there but will make it right even though I’m clearly wrong and the same sign has been up for well over a year now maybe 2 years and that I should feel blessed that I’m getting a deal because technically it should be $20 and some change. Either the staff or the owner of this checkers needs to go back to grade school and learn basic math or stop ripping customers off because this is a regular occurrence and I don’t know why I keep going back but I don’t plan to be back

    The Asian lady that works the window has the personality of slug. I don't mean to be harsh, but if you think she's an asset, you're wrong. You need to put someone there with a personality!

    Right on the pier. Great views from the rooftop bar. Next to a small airport so you can watch boats, planes and people! Fun place.

    It was as fine as Checkers can be. I know what I'm getting when I go there. It's simple, salty and filling food at a good price with very surly service. If you expect anything toward excellence you will be disappointed.

    Over 90° outside paid for my purchase and was charged $3.50 for a cup of water employee was extremely rude I will never come back here again. In Florida and you're going to charge me that much for water and have an attitude about it when all your seatings outside????

    I ordered a big Buford meal only onions and a chilly hot dog with fries and a drink. When we got home we got a chicken sandwich with lettuce and bacon instead of the Buford.

    Came through late night y'all were busy and that's fine, I don't rush nobody handling my food, take your time. Cause when I receive my food I expect nothing more than that but fresh! Now my food could've been better prepared. But I am not complaining about that. Although y'all were busy you guys, the staff, the lady receiving the orders was cool. I really appreciated her hospitality. I am just complaining that I wish the walk-up window work cause even though there is a drive-thru I still like going inside to place my order or walk up to place my order. But seriously I could tell the staff was getting along and the manager had a good attitude regardless of how busy you ladies were that night. Thanks though

    I odered a double fish sandwich.dropped on the order ( fresh) I recieved 2 double fish sandwiches and they were both not fresh , even the lettuce was old and withered. Then I couldn't get no answer on the phone because I was on My way out of town . I couldn't get back there right then.

    Botched my order, forgot items, but at least they were polite about it. The item presentation also left MUCH to be desired. If the above statement doesn't paint a clear picture then think of how McDonald's advertises their food vs actual product and you'd be close.

    Who puts onions on a Classic Mother Cruncher? Well I got some on mine and starved. Also when you order a large fry and get a medium. Shame I love Checkers but if I can't eat what I buy It makes me sad

    Waited in line for about 10 minutes before anyone even took my order then waiting another 15 on my food. How is this fast food, when it takes longer to get your food than it does at a dine in restaurant. Always has great food just service sucks. Come on, get it together guys!

    Started with a bad drive through speaker. Neither side could understand the other. Wife went to order at walkup window. Checkers use to serve a decent beef hotdog. Now they are like the chain store specials (99 cents per package) mushy and bland. 9 year old refused to eat hers after 1st bite. Wife only at 1 of the 2 she ordered. My Chili Burgers were really ugly little micro burgers squashed together like they were prepared hours earlier. All with raised prices. Nice huge drink. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!!

    Made me wait 20 minutes for a $25. My large fry was missing; I go back through and they give me a small fry. I ordered a large loaded fry and they gave me a regular sized loaded fry. I asked for some honey mustard and they said they would have to charge me. There were no utensils for my loaded fries nor sauce for the mozzarella sticks I ordered. I will be calling and complaining every single day until the people and/or manager are fired. You are not the only people on the planet with high expenses to pay and ordering this was a treat.

    Dine here regularly. They are always short staffed and always busy. Only complaint would be new girl taking orders in drive thru was a bit shorthand kept cutting us off before we placed our whole order. Other than that they took forever to finally hand us our food at the pickup window and none of the employees seemed to have it together or know what the other was doing at the time. All in all though, I dine here regularly and you can't complain too mu h considering the late night hours they are open and they price on the food. For the value and quality you get in the food you can't complain too much
