I live very close to this location and have frequented it for many years, at least 1-2 times per week. Before Covid it was a pleasure to visit here, the employees were all very nice and seemed happy to be at work. But that has changed. The staff is either too busy talking to each other or seem like they are being inconvenienced to take your order. Seriously no one is ever smiling. I know some do not care about staffing issues but it is just such a shame to see this happening. Everyone use to be so upbeat there. The food has also gone down hill. Over cooked chicken nuggets, barely any fries in the containers. I hope someone sees this and will try and make some changes.

Super clean place plus fast and friendly service! So far the food is served fresh. I like the waffle fries and the grilled chicken sandwich. My daughter loves the chicken nuggets and fries. We definitely recommend it.

Used to come here pretty frequently. Ive had the same breakfast order for years. As of today I was told I can’t ask for well done(crispy) hash browns, but can have them fresh. I received neither crispy or fresh hash browns. I’ve literally ordered the same thing for years so I will not be back.

This is a Chick-Fil-A location in Valrico, FL. To be honest, this is the best location in the area. The remodel makes the location clean, and modern. The service here is very good; and got everything done. The food is very good. The Mac and cheese meets the Chick Fil A standard, as well as the nuggets, and sandwiches. Very good food. Overall, would recommend this location.

Stopped going to chic-fil-a some years ago because it became a common theme to be served raw chicken, or bristle. Quality control hasn't seemed to change. Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich last Night, and spent the next 12 hours leaned over my toilet. Made me so sick I almost called an ambulance. I would sincerely consider looking for new franchises to eat at. I will absolutely never be consuming anything from one of these restaurants again.

What is going on at this chick fila location. Manager pls do something about this employee Landon. We have been to the drive true 3x and all 3 times we get him, he always takes our order wrong and today I was disappointed because once again he didn’t apply the correct reward and we got charged for it. Then they forgot to give us our drinks . Then we noticed that our kids meal was missing his fries. This has been a very disappointing place for us to come and eat. It’s the closest Chick fil a available, but it’s not worth the headache every single time. Definitely go to another chick fil a and save yourself the aggravation of getting the wrong order or missing food.

Chicken is overfried/hard to chew. This was to be the best chick fill a ever. Not anymore. Last week my salad was not fresh. They need to review the quality.

😟 I was afraid of this day and it came a lot sooner than I expected. I knew that when I spoke so highly of anything or anyone, something.. something would be brought to light. It's not fair that Chick-fil-A charges the exact price of a whole other sandwich if you get double meat. I don't make it a habit of order an extra meat on this specific type of sandwich due to the normal nature of its thickness. But this time and some others it's actually twice as thin and could actually use a little extra meat. Customer is not always right. But I really feel like in this case I definitely should have been right maybe even just hardened due to the fact that nobody asked maybe to look at my sandwich or ask if maybe they can get me a thicker sandwich. Or ask me is everything okay is there something wrong with my order maybe. I'm sad to find out that none of those questions were asked. And I won't take great energy to this and already forgiveness while now taking a look at myself. 🙄 None of us are perfect. " Great Staff and Team. Always a pleasure. Picked up a catering order for a gathering. The food was hot, fresh and ready on time. The employees at this location are friendly and efficient. What more can you ask for?

Watch out for pinkeye. I just watched a toddler, barefoot and wearing nothing but a diaper, running amok unsupervised throughout the entire dining area and in front of the counter where orders are placed and distributed, and the employees didn't care. Gross.

You should refrain from pushing 3 tabs on one side of the lid down. It destroys the lids' ability to stay on the cup. Now I have to work 8 hours covered in cherry coke. Thanks.

With all Chick-fil-A's the food was really good. The service is really good. Just so crowded. I'll tell you it's painful sometimes, but overall good experience. It's nice to have some restaurants that you can count on consistency.

Terrible service, manager was very condescending when asked to fix an error they made. Staff laughing at the situation. She didn’t honor it, instead told me to call Chick-fil-A lol

This particular Chick-fil-A is my fav. They do an excellent a wiring the best adolescent in the community. The restaurant and food service and hospitality deserve 10 stars.

It's always a pleasure eating at chik fil a. The staff are always friendly and willing to help. They never make you feel like a request from a customer is to difficult to fulfill. The app and ordering makes it easy as well.

The food was sub-par today. Usually it’s great. The bun on my chicken sandwich was hard. The fries didn’t taste fresh.

I had a Great Experience as Usual. The staff is Always so welcoming and friendly. They are very helpful as well as courteous. I love the professionalism that this franchise brings to the fast food industry. They asked what is the name for the order. I replied " Your Majesty"... Lol. I pulled my vehicle around to pick up my food and the lady said, Order for Your Majesty. We all laughed and joked about it. I will definitely continue to frequent this establishment.

We almost always order as curbside pickup. We have never had any problems with missing food, condiments or mess ups with any substitutions! It is always fast when we pull up and enter our number. And when we dine in, everyone is friendly and the service is quick inside too. Someone is always alert and notices if we need something, even if we don't make it obvious. Sometimes the fries could use a little more salt, but it's not a deal breaker. This is our chick-fil-a!

Hands down best fast food restaurant. Respectful, clean, positive staff. Speedy food can barely order and your already headed back out. Two thumbs up 👍👍

The drive through line looks a little crazy, but once you get used to it’s a breeze. The staff help to direct traffic and if you use the mobile app to order before you get there, it’s really fast. Food is always delicious of course and staff are always friendly.

I placed my order online in the app, right before leaving for the restaurant, like I always do. When I got to the restaurant, they tell me that they are out of macaroni and cheese. If you're out of something, you shouldn't be able to order it online. There is no other non-fried carb option. The manager didn't even act like she was sorry. I very reluctantly substituted a medium fry which required the manager to give me a partial refund since the french fries are not as expensive as the macaroni and cheese. She acted like she was put out to give me any money back, and like I said above, she wasn't even sorry that they ran out of what I ordered. Then I get home and try one of the french fries and they are so over-salted that I can't even eat them. As much as this location is closer to me, I guess I'll start going to a different location from now on. Very poor management and customer service. Edit: so I received a response and was apologized to and told that a reward would be added to my app. It's been more than 24 hours now and there is no reward in the app. Once again poor customer service.

Chick-fil-A is the best fast food chain I have ever gotten food from. It is always hot and fresh. I would recommend it to everyone. Plus the people who work there have always been polite and courteous.

Very well organized front counter team during the lunch hour. The kitchen was on point as well. Order was quick, correct, and delicious. Made me feel as if I were the only customer in the building. Good Job Management!

Best grilled chicken sandwich in town. Fresh everytime. Went thru the drive thru. 6 minutes from order to pick-up. Fresh, hot sandwich, all of our food was cook to order. It's a little pricey but worth the extra cost. Always friendly staff. From the person taking my order to the person giving me my food, they always smile, and are very polite. Always a great experience.

Absolutely amazing!!!! So easy to work with. Very nice. Management and staff! For my large catering orders they always walk it to my car. Even when I don't order enough and call and hour ahead of schedule it's. No problem. And most importantly. Everytime. Our order is always right!!!!! Thank you Lori.

My daughter decided this was her new best friend and she was so nice and would not stop raving while we waited for our food, when she brought it up my daughter asked if she could take a picture with her and she happily obliged. She’s generally got pretty good taste in people too

As always great customer service! I was greeted immediately when I walk into the door. The manager took my order and it was ready within a couple minutes, was delivered to my table hot and fresh. Thank you for the great service, I will return
