I came to south Florida auto repair after reading all the reviews on Google and they were amazing!! I’m usually very nervous going to mechanics because I don’t know anything about cars. Jerry was very nice, made sure to explain to me what my car needed, actually showed me every single part and why it needed to be fixed/replaced. I left understanding everything that was being fixed and he was able to do everything very quickly. He was nice enough to clean my headlights which were barely visible and left it looking brand new! I really would recommend this place to anyone, Jerry was very nice and communicative throughout the whole process and answered every question I had.

In repair of my car, they have been ingenious in designing and using a connector ratchet to get to rusted spark plugs and coils. There by avoiding to open the engine and save me money. Very happy with them in the service and craftsmanship

Jerry is super personable and always does his best to get your car up and running as fast as possible. I had my car break down close to closing time on a Friday and called Jerry to ask him if he could stay a little late to take in my car. The tow company took like 2 hours, but Jerry stayed so that I could get my car in before the weekend. This is my go-to place any time my car acts up!

Jerry did a wonderful job on my car and I will be going back to him from now on! I am a USF student new to the area and was a little worried I might end up paying more than I needed to because I don’t know much about cars. However Jerry was very honest and upfront with his prices and he gave me a much better deal than some of the other mechanics in the area. He made sure I understood exactly what was going on, what I was being charged for, and even popped a dent out of my back bumper free of charge. He is a USF alumni and understands the struggle of finding a good mechanic while away for college and I appreciated that about him.

I'm a recent graduate that lives in the USF area and came here after reading the reviews on Google. Jerry was friendly and took great care of my 2004 Jaguar with a persistent battery light, check engine light, and blinkers that didn't work, all with very fair pricing!! He was honest and great at communicating with my father who owns the car, and he was very apologetic about the time that it took, but he definitely did the job right. I'm so thankful Jerry is close by because he was awesome to work with, he was considerate of my situation and went out of his way to pick me up, so I didn't have to Uber, which I really appreciated! He explained in detail what labor was done and the parts needed, and he even showed me parts that were removed and explained what was wrong with them. He made sure to take great care of my car. I WONT go to another shop near USF again! As a USF alum, Jerry knows what its like to be a student with car problems it generally messes up your schedule and your wallet. Not here. He went above and beyond from start to finish fitting me in to drop off my car in the morning and completing all the work in same-day, quickly not interfering with my classes. He informed me of what was done every step of the way, was knowledgeable, and did honest and hard work. I cannot emphasize enough that if you are in the USF area BRING YOUR CAR HERE! The work is quick, thorough, and Jerry is one of the nicest people I have ever met. The pricing wasn't just fair, it was phenomenal and didn't break the bank (and that's coming from a broke college student). I couldn't ask for a better experience I will definitely be back and I would give this shop 6/5 stars I would.

I brought in my car last week with the bumper hanging off. Jerry, the general manager assisted me right away. He was eager to help me and was so kind. He is amazing. Great prices and even better service. I would recommend their services to anyone!

Two weeks ago, there is a warning, high heating warning, showing on my car's panel. After searching on Google Map, I went to this place to let Jerry take check and repair for me. He is a very nice and kind man. He communicated with me and sent me back to campus, as well as started the check and repair. Although Thanksgiving holiday prolongs the repair period, he kept the connect with me and told me what is the trouble of my car. Finally, everything is OK! I recommended this place if you met some car problem.

Dropped my Inifinti G37 off yesterday at South Florida Auto, had an issue with a speed bump, skid plate partially detached and issue with damage to the exhaust line. Jerry was able to look at the car the same day and had it ready for me the next morning. He was able to weld my northern car for a great price. Instead of having to spend thousands on new parts, Jerry got to work and kept my car on the road for a great price. He went above and beyond with additional diagnostics and suggestions for my car. Jerry is a character, an old school, hard worker with excellent people skills. I felt like I was back home with my old mechanic. I trust Jerry and his decades in the industry, plus he’s a USF grad! I will be recommending his garage to all my Tampa friends and strongly recommend checking out his shop.

Jerry was absolutely wonderful to work with! I had a check engine light and my car stalled so I brought it in. He listed out what needed to be fixed (I haven’t been properly taking care of my car of late) and gave me a very fair price for the many many fixes I needed! He apologized profusely about how much time it took, but honestly I thought he was Speedy González with how fast he returned it to me even with Part being ordered online! Jerry was awesome! I'm new to the area and came in to get a tire replaced due to hitting a pothole, and found out that my wheel and tire were both shot. He gave me a great deal and took the time out of his day, to put the new tire and wheel on earlier than expected. Very friendly and painless process. Will be coming back!

I had initially gone in for a pressure test to see where the coolant was leaking from in my car. Jerry helped me out and let me know what was wrong same day, and also other issues that needed to be addressed with the vehicle. He helped me understand my vehicle a little better and showed me all the parts that were replaced after repairs were complete. And he had kept me up to date and let me know how far along the car was and any snags they ran into along the way. It's family owned and overall a pleasant experience!

My car works great and the service was amazing. I was really stressed about my car— I called the shop and Jerry picked up, got me in as soon as possible, told me not to worry, and even took me to work!! He replaced my spark plugs and coils, explained the whole process, and the price was much lower than I estimated. I am never going anywhere else for my auto needs. Jerry is the absolute best.
