Dirty Dub Tots! This dish is the only redeeming quality of this restaurant. I order it almost every time I come here. It’s always a hit. I’ve been trying out other menu items the past few visits and they have all been very disappointing. My table ordered three meals yesterday that I didn't photograph because they were not visually appetizing at all. The service at the bar is always slow even if it’s dead in the building. I got a table yesterday and our server Haley was amazing and super sweet.

We haven't ordered from this location for about a year because ordering online is a hit mess! I only ordered again because of a gift card given to me. Buffalo Mac & Chz (For $12, I could assume I'm getting more than 3 boneless chicken), No sauce on the chicken, we had to add our own hot sauce 🙄(also taste rubbery), fries were warm and not soggy, and the wrap is delicious. The fries are the best part for me and I'm glad they didn't mess it up.

I don’t really like eating boneless wings with my fingers and the waitress didn’t give us any silverware beforehand. After she gave us our food, it took her A WHILE to check up on us. It took her approximately 10- 15 minutes to ask if we needed anything. She would continually help out the other tables and then walk right pass our table without saying a word. When I would talk to the young waitress, she had a soft voice and came off as a shy introverted person. (Which there is nothing wrong with that! I am too an introvert.) But if you’re a waitress, you should be able to multitask and have good communication skills. Despite her not coming to our table frequently, I did tip her 25%! Everyone has their bad days The speakers in the restaurant are wayyyy too loud. Especially in the front of the restaurants where the booths are at. I’ve been to multiple BWW and other sport bars, and it’s never been so loud like this location. I couldn’t even hear my partner talking to me, and he was beside me. There were also flies and gnats flying around the restaurant which made me on the verge of losing my appetite. The fountain drinks aren’t good either. It taste like you mix sink water with the soda syrup. Either that, or you’re not changing the fountain machine nozzles WHICH ALOT OF RESTAURANTS DONT DO LIKE THEYRE SUPPOSED TO. To add, they tend to run out of french fries towards the end of the day. In replacement, they have tater tots which would make me run away… Tater tots and wings do not sound good to me. I know I seem like I’m nitpicking at everything…This was just my experience at this BWW location .

Not a fan, because they know nothing about wings, i only go there because they got the hockey game on. This is the worst location by far. Walked in at 2200. Noticed that it's a fairly large area about 60 tables but only three tables in the bar area were occupied so I'm thinking me and my family was in for quick service. In the front of the restaurant, it has a podium with menus and other items but no host to seat us. Waited about 2-3 mins and i finally asked a gentleman in the kitchen area. I wasn't mad or impatient, it was just a little different not having a host. The gentleman in the kitchen said to seat myself anywhere in the bar area. We seat ourselves in the bar area mind you, i have a 10 year old and a baby. We waited about 5-7 mins and didn't see a waiter or waitress walking the floor. So my wife walked up to the bartender to grab some menus while we waited for our server. My wife was instantly greeted by a server named Abriana after she received the menus. Abriana noticed we were sitting in the upper area of the bar and requested us to sit on the lower section of the bar with the taller tables and chairs. The high chair is actually too short to be in the lower section so they had no choice to seat us in the higher section. I don't know why she is trying to argue with us about seating when you got 4 tables including us. My wife proves her case in regards to the seating arrangement and Abriana is fine with adding more steps to her daily routine. We sit down and we wait about 10 mins for Abriana to take our drink order. By that time we are ready to order drinks appetizers and entrees. 20 mins from entry to ordering. We got our food an hour later and it was cold and stale. Our super nachos weren't so super. Out of carrots and celery. Hard to get refills on our drinks. I requested sauce and utensils before and after the food came out. I waited 10 mins and it felt intentional. I had look for our waitress but she was no where to be found. She comes out of nowhere with our sauce about 5 mins later and I let her know, her service was not good and the food was not up to standard, we took the leftover burger but left like 10 wings because they were burnt and dry. Ultimately, Abriana needs retraining on customer service, to drop the attitude and stop taking so many breaks, its closing time. This experience took 2 hours from start to finish. 1 star, would not recommend.

I meant a couple friends there to watch the lions game and we had the worst restaurant experience EVER! We arrived and we sat next to the front door and the so called waitress took our drink order and brought the drinks but never returned. A half hour went by and we sat there and watched our waitress watch the game in a little waitress station drinking her drink and playing with her phone. I went to the hostess and told her and she walked off and nothing happen ended. 15 minutes later the waitress decided to put her phone down and take our order. One of us got his food while two of us didn’t. My cheeseburger showed up but my friends chix fingers didn’t so I waited 10 more minutes for his to come out before I ate, my friend that got his meal before me was already done. Finally we get to eat but the burger I asked for medium rare was extremely well done, it was so well done it was hard to bite into so I asked for a different burger, by the time I got it my friend that got his meal late was all done. I had the waitress box my burger. Because we were not staying there anymore. I have never had that bad of service, I can’t even c getting that bad of service if they were busy, but they were pretty empty. The waitress was 20 feet from us in a little waitress area on her phone and watching football. We wanted our ticket so we walked over to the waitress station and asked for it, she handed it to us and we just paid right there at the waitress station. I would like to thank her for ruining our time out to enjoy ourselves on our day off. U can’t tell me they don’t know the issues with this waitress, I’m 60 years old and have been waited on thousands of times and I have never had bad service like that, not even half that bad.

Y'all. Just don't eat here. 8 months ago they delivered food that had been made 6 hours before. 6. Hours. They actually brought us soggy boxes that the sticker showed the time of prep was 6 hours before. I had ordered online the night before for the following evening, so I guess they wanted to save time by risking food poisoning for food that sat out on the counter half the day.They gave us a gift card for that, we gave them the benefit of the doubt and finally tried them again. Then last night, they topped themselves by missing 18 of 25 items we ordered. One set of 12 wings completely missing, zero celery or carrot sets, zero side sauces and not a single one of the extra sauces we ordered. Our son got plain wings so he could try the different sauces we ordered, so he ended up with plain wings with nothing to use on them, and this was supposed to be a special treat for him. I got no wings at all. My husbands wings were ok. They were nice enough to send us someone else's order of mango habanero wings but that sauce is so hot it can trim your nose hairs just by smelling it, so that was a no go for anyone in my family. We ordered 2 orders of onion rings and one was perfectly fine, but the other looked like half a batch from the bottom of the basket, burnt and very sparse. We paid almost $100 for this order and when we called the store manager they blamed the delivery driver, being short staffed and did pretty much everything BUT take responsibility before finally hanging up on me. Refused to send someone with the missing food. Offered a gift card? But that did nothing to remedy the situation. Seriously, don't bother with this place. Read other reviews, too. They have had similar issues. We contacted corporate and they offered apologies and a refund, and said they will be investigating the complaints against this store. Better, but it still didn't fix the dinner situation. Just save yourself the hassle and headache and hungry tummies and find a better wing place.

Bww is a great place to watch a football game or any sports. I do not think the food is especially great.. it's a wing place that doesn't have amazing wings. Also, they are overpriced for that quality. I have had better wings at local bars. My wings were below my expectations, and honestly, they were just not that good the day I went. My service was amazing . My drinks were great. The place is big with plenty of televisions and it was clean.. so even though my food wasn't that good, I would return and give them another try and enjoy my team playing. I recommend 👍🏾

We had a very nice time with our bartender, Alyssa. She was very personable and provided exceptional service. The bogo boneless wings and chicken sandwich were prepared exactly the way they should be. Wonderful flavors on the wings. Give this restaurant a try if you haven't been here before. We plan to return before leaving Tampa.

Every time I come here I always have a good time! For all my solo eaters with anxiety, this is one of my favorite places to eat alone. No one really bothers you, especially since it's not too crowded around 1-3pm. Every server I've had here has been nothing but wonderful! Today I was served by Mariah and she was so nice, always checking in to make sure I was good. Overal, I'm a huge fan of BWW and will definitely be coming back! Our server was wonderful, but that's about it. The portions have shrunk over the last year or so, and today what little chicken we were served was so so dry. We went to watch the home team play football since they have lots of TVs. The one tv the game was on was probably the smallest one, and it was nearly in black and white. I was told they couldn't switch it, no big deal. The pic I included was the $7.99 boneless kids' meal.

Best place to watch the game in town! Today I ordered boneless wings and is buy 10 get 10 free! Stop by soon and bring your family and friends and enjoy a cold beer!

Came here to watch the UFC main card and it did not disappoint. Our server Alyssa was absolutely great! She was tentative and had a great personality. Will definitely come back again.

I don’t want to trash BDubs but my most recent couple of experiences have left me saddened about my favorite wing place. Don’t sit at the far end of the bar or you may only get attended to once or twice. The blonde bar gal is not helpful or friendly and she is SUPER SLOW or maybe just disorganized or lacking prioritization skills. She should never work the bar by herself, but she always does This causes the entire restaurant to suffer from slow service. Which is the most common 1⭐️ complaint in Reviews. The following is still true but ^ ^ ^ needs to change. Hey check this out, Buffalo Wild Wings is no dive bar! Free UFC on a multitude of TVs! The current menu has Goose Island Wild Herd Kolsch for only $3 for a tall boy! How is that possible! I think I have found my new daily stop on my way home from work. Our server Wylie, although extremely busy was on top of our order! Ask for Wylie! He is the absolute best server at this location. Friendly and fast!

I usually order take out, orders are always ready on time! Food is hot and fresh if you're on time for your order, and every togo employee I've interacted with is always welcoming :)

This place has gone down hill! Took 10 minutes to ask for our drinks…took 13 minutes to bring my wife’s food after everyone already had their food. I ordered the traditional and boneless wing combo which is 6 wings and 6 nuggets..someone in the back couldn’t count to 6…maybe one day…also.. $24 dollars for that combo…in what world… Not what it used to be..

This place is usually pretty good. As of recently, the past year, they tend to be missing some ingredients sometimes. Like no green onions, or sometimes they don't have shredded cheese. And sometimes the wings a little too done and are dry. But the majority of the time the food is consistently good. The staff, 9/10, are really helpful and the manager usually always comes by and checks on u once. I've only ever had bad service once out the twenty or so visits I've been in the past 2 years. The atmosphere is always really loud so if ur sensitive to loud noises I'd bring ear plugs, especially on fight nights or football games.

I've been to this location 3 times. The service has been horrible each time. I won't go back there. I love BWW, but the Brandon, FL location needs help! How can you get cooked food before a beer? You have to order your next beer when your current one is 3/4 full to get it remotely on time. They were not busy either, maybe 1/4 full. I can see why it hasn't been busy any of the times we were there.

they selling baby chicken here at this bdubs... i dont write reviews but this place changed. the box used to be packed tight with 10 wings... now they have so much space inside because the wings are baby chickens.... and it was dryer than beef jerky....

The food was good. I expected no more items on the salad and more topping on the nachos. Other places will load the toppings so you have plenty for all the nachos.

Loved the beer battered onion rings and the honey bbq wings and teriyaki wings were great!! Great food. It is a little pricey but good food. Will definitely go back again! Thanks!!

Had a good experience here, nice local sports bar that one should check out. I’d recommend trying the Street tacos and Thai curry sauce for wings. Service was relatively quick.

First time we ate at Buffalo Wild Wings and I wasn't impressed. The music was so loud we couldn't hear the waitress or each other 6 wings were almost 10.00 and they were not meaty at all. They brought my wings out 5 min before my husband's so mine was cold by the time he got his. She never offered to refill or drinks. Won't be back😠

Haven't been to Buffalo wild wings in a long time and this trip just reminded me the reason why I didn't go there anymore. Not only the wings were small and unflavorful but when I asked him how they did their seasoning she says they put it all in a bowl and then season it. Just to find out that all my wings were basically just like a frosted mini wheat seasoning on one side nothing on the other. The pictures are the proof Plus I pretty much had to track down the bartender to get me a refill on my beer. And the place was practically empty with around maybe 12 people total. If it wasn't for the gift card I probably wouldn't have ended up there. I gave the remaining balance of my gift card to a homeless man down the street

So not happy with my pick up to-go lunch order... Got back to my office, which is like 5 minutes from BWW only to have have cold fries and a super well done, dry burger. Not juicy at all! No time to take back. I'm glad I used my reward points to get this meal and didn't pay for it.
