The beef was half cooked, and when I called to ask about it, the person that answered said it was some type of "seasoning" that made it look pink

Came into eat with my family and enjoyed the food. Everything was fresh, not greasy or dry or anything like that. We will definitely be back again!

Very friendly staff. Prices are a little high for Mexican food, but the quality was good. I would visit again.

We had a surprise birthday celebration for our daughter last evening and we could not have asked for a better experience. We had a couple of picky eaters in our group and everyone was able to find something they loved. The food was perfect and came out super fast. We ate outside on the patio, so our dog could be accommodated which was a plus but best of all, the staff could not have been any nicer. Service was top notch and they went above and beyond to make our celebration perfect!!

Had my Rays/Kane's strikeout coupon and the taco, chips, and drink were really good. We ended up getting a chicken quesadilla which was also very good.

The food is always delicious and the staff is wonderful. I would just say that sometimes the noise in the dining area is a bit much. Overall, wonderful every time.

I had the opportunity to try the shrimp tacos. Even as a to-go meal, the four shrimp per taco were a really good size (not popcorn) and had a crispy exterior but still tender. LOVED the pickled onions and queso fresco cheese! Of course all the different sauces are fun to explore, too! You gotta give them a try!

VERY disappointed. We order from this TF location often and have great experiences, but tonight, awful. We ordered a LARGE chips and queso, and received not even half a bag of chips with the queso. When my husband asked (very confused) about it, assuming it was a mistake, the staff member asked if he wanted to speak to the manager. So he did. He mentioned he was confused as we usually receive a full bag of chips for a large queso (which we use the full bag of chips for a large queso). She was short, rude, gave zero explanation and told him he would have to order more chips if he wanted more - when he said no, she just turned around and walked away. Awful customer service and even worse management.

Excellent service tonight. We had a take out order that we had placed online. Order was accurate and ready in time. The food packaging was well done.

Can't go wrong here in my opinion. Sauce bar is good and funny sauce names make for good laughs for the fam. All of our food was hot and fresh, and very tasty. Don't go expecting super authentic Mexican fare, it's not that kind of place. If you enjoy Americanized Mexican food, you won't be disappointed.

The quesadilla and tacos are super delicious. The rings are fresh and the chips are like no others. I like their version of the margarita (it's wine based) and I can't say enough about the sauces. They have an Asian chili type sauce that tantalizes the taste buds. We go almost every week.

Huge shout out for their customer service! My brother wanted to try something new on the menu, he was not able to eat it (due to the it being spicy). The team replaced his meal with another menu item at no charge and he was able to enjoy dinner with something he liked! Thank you to the staff for being very accommodating with this!! Tijuana Flats never disappoints, the food is always delicious and fresh.

Good food but chips were largely clumped up together. Likely just a poorly fried batch but they were busy and I saw other that had the same. The tacos were fantastic! We tried the “yellow” caso and it was quite tasty. Will go back and hope for their regular chips next time. Lillian, the young lady who took the order, was very good at making sure of the details of our order.

Fun and funky place with artwork all over the wall and ceilings. For dine- in you order at the counter, take a number and your meal is brought to you. They have recently added a spicy fish taco to the menu that I enjoy very much. Potions are a bit big for me, but good for leftovers. My favorite part of the restaurant is the hot sauce sample station. The "don't be a chicken $#!/ sauce is my personal favorite.

This was my first visit to this location and I was very disappointed. The scanners don’t work, so I couldn’t finish my order. I had to wait for other people to finish their order at the other register so that I could pay. I got 2 fish orders. The fish was good, but the chips in both containers were stale. There were too many people coming in for them not to make fresh chips. That’s unacceptable, considering everyone came in making multiple orders. I’d rather wait for fresh chips than to leave with stale chips in 2 orders.

Had the spicy chicken chimichunga. Absolutely delicious! And the staff was very friendly. I am assuming it was the manager that introduced us to the hot sauce bar and loaded us up with a couple to go samples for our food. Great guy. Give him a raise! He takes pride in his job and his product! If you go here you definitely need to explore the sauce bar!

Good food. The service is fantastic. Kitchen was a little stingy on the queso. Chips are a bit salty but free refills.

This place has really good food and the staff is very friendly. Kyle the manager went above and beyond to keep us happy when I had a problem at pickup with post mates. Make sure you order on there website or call! Google automatically uses post mates as first choice to order pickup or delivery.

Great food and amazing service. I believe the lady that helped us was named Charity but I could be wrong. It was maybe 2 weeks ago. She was amazing with our three kids. She was friendly and attentive. She even helped us out the door when we left.

I have been coming to Tijuana flats for years and have always enjoyed their food- until recently, when they put shrimp on the menu. I have a shellfish allergy and asked about what would be safe to order, they put a note in and suggested I get soft tacos since they aren’t fried and would avoid cross contact with shrimp. I didn’t think I would be able to eat the chips either because they are fried, and was sad about this because I have enjoyed them for years. When I received my order, the woman who I believe was the supervisor or manager- I did not get her name- informed me that she had a new batch of chips made in a different fryer (separate from the shrimp) so that I could eat them. This completely made my day and I am so grateful to have gotten such caring and accommodating service. Thank you, I greatly appreciate it!!!
