This place is a hidden gem!!!!! I was craving Indian cuisine and my friend suggested it. It’s located inside a plaza so I really didn’t have hopes for it as long as the food was good! But to my surprise, the inside was so beautifully set up and the view of the preserve was stunning. The menu has a huge variety to pick from and our server Joseph made some great recommendations. He was very helpful and provided us excellent service. The food was DELICIOUS, a 10/10 hands down. The spices and flavors were spot on and everything was made fresh to order. The portions are big and there was plenty left for lunch (which I can’t wait for😆).

Totally found this place by accident, my husband and I stopped in for lunch and were pleasantly surprised at the simple yet elegant presentation. The food was outstanding, tasted very fresh and delicious. The garlic naan was to die for!! Prices were standard for this area $12-15 per entree for lunch. I had Butter chicken, I asked for it to be spicy and it was just what I wanted.

We went to eat at this locale last night. Initially we were very happy with the table location, but that was short lived. There was only one server and he was extremely polite, but he was solo and while there were only 5 other tables occupied, it was too much work for a staffing pattern of one. The food while good, it was more fast food quality rather than restaurant level. Also our food came out in phases and waves. The Naan bread being the last dish to arrive, we had it wrapped up immediately. We weren’t checked upon and a kitchen hand dropped plates off at the table, but didn’t clear the appetizer plate to make room on an already small table. He hustled immediately away and couldn’t get moving fast enough. I don’t like leaving unsatisfactory reviews, but we will not return. Food is good, but doesn’t have that fresh, juicy and made to order feel.

The food was authentic and delicious! The portion size was great, the spice scale was perfect, and the prices were reasonable. All the Indian food I've tried has been great. Amazing service and amazing food. everything was perfect . No 1 . Excellent! By far the best Indian cuisine we have had in the Tampa area. Highly recommend!

This place was so authentic and the service was excellent. They had new lunch specials that I ordered, create your own lunch. It was so delicious and on point. I love everything about it and I love spicy Indian food. I will definitely be back again real soon.

Excellent service! Joseph was very courteous and attentive. The chicken curry had an authentic taste and the garlic bread are just delicious. We really recommend this local restaurant! 👍

Yes...5 star worthy is this hidden gem!!! Had the "weekday" buffet and it was excellent! Clean place, buffet hot, fresh and I tried a bit of each (not all choices are in pic) --- was not disappointed! Delicious!! Service was efficient, friendly and informative (they helped me with identifying some favs). Coming again!!!!

The food was amazing, but the service was very poor. First of all, I ordered a samosa appetizer that didn’t come out until the very end, and this was after several reminders. They brought out my entree hot, but did not bring out the rice, which is the most simple thing on the menu. After several reminders, my rice came out and my entree was room temp. Then we got the bill and there were 3 food items priced differently than the menu! I double checked the menu and informed them that they can’t change the prices with no warning. There’s no signs on the door or on the menu. I don’t know if they charge some people more and others less. I demanded that they change the prices otherwise it may affect my waitress’ tip. That’s when their eyes opened wide and they changed the prices to reflect what we saw on the menu. Shameful! Don’t do business this way! You never know who you’re serving food. You never know, but I may be able to make or break your business.

Let me tell you this was my 1st real experience with Indian cuisine and I’m so happy it was here at Bawarchi Indian Grill & Bar!!! As soon as you walk In you’re greeted with a delicious scent and you just know from there the dining experience is going to be on another level. Joseph was the most kind, patient waiter with great recommendations bless his sweet Keralan soul! I had the Garlic Nan (bread) light and delicious. Also the Chicken Pepper Fry which it’s taste was unmatched and fresh (legit drooling) and then please for all that is good and holy please try the Veg Dumplings (med spice) you will not regret it!! The flavors were amazing and bold with the perfect amount of spice. Perfect amount of crisp but still soft and again very fresh. These were not gooey like some places. And to top everything off I had the Mango Lassi, perfect! The best I’ve tasted. They really out did themselves with everything, I will tell everyone to come and enjoy here. 🤩

We picked up few Biryanis and curries . Biryani has very strong flavor of star anise . We had just few spoons of biryani . Please have a look at your recipe again .

Great quality food, spices on point, meat tenderness on point, flavor on point. Everything was great, the atmosphere was inviting and clean. The owners were welcoming and kind. The food quality was absolutely outstanding. TOP PLACE IN BRANDON FOR INDIAN

I was promptly greeted and my food questions were answered. FYI - when you pay 💵 you get a discount. I mean hey great way to say it when gas stations “charge” us for using our card. (I get it astronomical fees) I ordered the Shrimp Korma- Mild and Mango Lassi. After my research and dining in Orlando. I wanted to try at another place. SPICE FACTOR- I think I can move up to medium to have some spice/heat. Mild has no heat, so if you can’t do spicy choose mild. It was a safe choice. I like the creamy thick sauces and this one wasn’t as thick as I like it. A tad thicker than soup. There were about 6 large shrimp 🍤 almost over cooked. (Didn’t reheat too bad) The rice doesn’t have much flavor. I was actually looking forward to some flavor on the rice. I can tell my serving sat for awhile. It was a little dried out, not too bad. Mango Lassi- Definitely taste the yogurt tartness in this one. It wasn’t too thick. I would have liked the yogurt taste to not be so dominant. I didn’t know they had a buffet until I sat down. After I sat down I asked the waitress about it. They have it through the week under $20. She informed me the one on the weekends is larger and has a larger variety of dishes and includes drinks just over $20. Pricing wasn’t bad for real food. I’m going to try it. I did get my food but no silverware and had to ask multiple people for some. Hey, he even cleaned it before he gave it to me.👍🏾 The music wasn’t blasting and sounded like good music, it made the atmosphere pleasant. It was pretty slow when I got there just before lunch on a weekday. Oh my did the crowd come in just as I was finishing. “THE COMPANY” all went to lunch at the same place. They seemed like regulars. I would go again to try different dishes.

Took the wife to try it out Saturday, she loved it. Took the family back today and again everyone loved it. Service A1 food five stars overall look and cleanliness of the restaurant perfect. Excellent place good people great service and amazing food highly recommend.!!!😁😁

Very cozy restaurant with wonderful atmosphere. Friendly waiters (Joseph) he was very helpful helping us order our meal. The food was excellent very flavorful just layers of goodness. We are definitely going back again!

Location, presentation, food, services were top notch. Good food in timely manner. Overall best compare to 6 other places visited in Orlando and several others in Gainesville,Fl. Indian food lover ! The food was SO DELICIOUS! First time I tried tandoori and now I crave it all the time. We tried the one that has a mix of a couple of meats upon recommendation from our server and we are glad we listened! The staff was very friendly and attentive, the owner even stopped by our table to make sure everything was good. We also had the butter chicken, samosas and naan bread. All super delicious! The butter chicken maybe I’ll order next time no spicy at all because I could barely take the heat lol! Still good though.
