    Visited a couple of weeks ago. My first and last time. Food is okay. Service and cleanliness is terrible. Every table was dirty, as well as trash all over the floor. When I asked an employee about cleaning the tables so my wife and I could sit and eat, she replied which one??!!!??? Which one, how about all of the. There was only one other couple in at the time. Never again.

    Very disappointed in this location in not only the food but customer service. Tonight, it took husband 25 minutes to get a bowl and bag of chips. During that time, food was made for to-go orders while he was ignored, he wasn't even acknowledged during the wait. Then the person making the bowl had no cilantro white rice available (how is this possible?) and he was told it would be 20 more minutes for white rice. Next, the minimal sour cream that he asked for was delivered to excess to his bowl. The extra cheese he asked for amounted to a scant scattering of cheese. The request for a small bag of chips resulted in a large bag that was stale and chewy. Lastly, he ended up throwing out the Sprite because it was out. Chipotle, you used to do it right all the time and you were the one place we frequented several times a week. Unfortunately, your food and service have taken a turn for the worst. I'm sure you are making a ton of money and I'm not sure you will care about losing a faithful customer but there are a lot of other restaurants and businesses that would be glad for the money we give to you. I have attached a picture of the amount of to-go orders that took precedence over taking my husband's order.

    This location has always been terrible. Disgusting floors. Tables not wiped down. Inside the kitchen, the floors were even worse. They employees must be constantly stepping on food. My online order said it was ready in the app, but still had to wait 10 minutes after the pick up time to get it. Once I did receive it, it was missing 4 items. FOUR. How do you even do that? That's half the order! They do have a handy chat bot that helped with the missing items, but I'm guessing that's a corporate thing and nothing to do with this location. And they fixed missing half my order by giving me coupons for a future order. Do they really think I want to go back?

    This was honestly the worst experience I have ever had at a Chipotle. We waited more than 45 minutes from the time we arrived to get our food. There were only 11 people in front of us most of who were just waiting. It wasn't a lack of food preparation as all the bins were full. You prioritized more than 15 online orders rather than helping the people already there. The girl on the cash register was rude to all of the other employees, the guy on the grill was joking around most of the time, and the girl and guy on the line were struggling to keep up but no one was helping them! What kind of team watches people struggle and doesn't help. Next time I'll just take my business to Moe's across the street.

    They really need to stop holding out on hiring people. They probably have stacks of applications they just aren't going through because there would be plenty of people happy to keep the dining area clean. Its unacceptable and unsanitary. There were like 3 people working the entire restaurant during lunch peak on a Sunday. They can do way better.

    Update: I had chipotle Support contact me and after several days of going back and forth answering their questions all they could do for me was offer me free chips and guacamole and tell me they will hope to run a better operation in the future! Absolutely disappointed, we will not be back to this place, especially after the way customer service replied unfairly and did not make it right!! Rude rude service. I asked the girl to wipe the tables down because they were dirty and we also asked her to wipe our high chair down for the baby but instead she told us she needed to wipe the tables down first, while we stood there with a unhappy hungry child ready to eat And we ended up just putting him in the dirty seat because she was so ridiculous about not coming to wipe it down. Chips were stale I asked for a new bag and it was the same way. Drink machines were not working. Ice machine was not working which was very frustrating but the main part was how rude the service was. The lady was definitely trying to not give you what you’re supposed to get in a kids meal and acted so irritated when I tried to tell her, she was very rude , I found a hair in my bowl after it was made it was just not a good experience. Whoever manages this branch should do a better job. We will just take our business somewhere else it was terrible. Don’t waste your money. It was on a Thursday afternoon around 1:30 it was not even busy until after we had already ordered our food there is absolutely no reason for us to be treated the way we were.

    I stopped in yesterday at 12:30 on a Sunday afternoon to pick up lunch to go and the parking lot was scattered with cars to which everyone was standing out of or had their doors/windows down… when I went to walk inside I was informed by another patron that the doors were locked!! You could clearly see that there were people inside working, just not letting anyone inside. How is that even possible? You’d think they would at least have the courtesy to put a sign on the door like they do for everything else, since they’re always out of something! Seriously could have not been more irritating… to top it off they still allowed online orders to which a friend of mine tried to do but when she got there to pick it up nobody would come to the door OR answer the phone. But they took her money! Corporate could care less either, not even a sorry for the inconvenience! Apparently she should be thankful to get her money back in 3-5 business days…. Take your business elsewhere!!

    If you order from the app they will get it wrong. They are incredibly inconsistent in filling the online orders. 2 of 3 Bowles were very lite for what normally is in there and missing ingredients. Update: New Year’s Eve 11:30. Every table was dirty. Ate in to see if made food better. They skimped on stake vs wife’s chicken. Got chips and were stale. Go to another store or eat somewhere else

    VERY RUDE STAFF that barely give you any meat and have an attitude when you say anything and want to charge you more money. This has happened MULTIPLE times. Feel like they are rationing the food. SOMETHING NEEDS TO CHANGE!!!

    RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE!!! $33 dollars (see receipt pic) for one bowl, one burrito, one soda and chips. After charging you an already expensive fixed price for every item, they then charge extra $$ for most of the ingredients. Not the cleanest dining room either. Filthy restrooms (see pic). Definitely not returning and not recommending.

    This place is absolute garbage. The other chipotle on the south side or winter haven much better. I signed in after waiting for steak for 20 min to write this. Still am waiting on my steak. This is my first review ever on any restaurant ever. But the food tastes a couple days old. The staff is slow and gives 0 cares for anything regarding the customer. Very poorly ran. If you really must have it, go to any other one.

    Hey Chipotle you should review your corporate policies because I asked for a quesadilla and the workers folded it like a burrito, when I asked for them to fold it like a normal quesadilla they told me they would get in trouble bc it’s against corp policy. When I opened my food, this is how they “cooked” the meal bc it’s a burrito and no longer a quesadilla so the cheese cannot melt properly. I am more frustrated with the fact that corporate of Chipotle believes they can dictate they way in which I eat my food. I also decided not to get any sides with my food and was still charged $10 for a cheese burrito. Also, update your “Contact Us” page bc it does not load and I cannot formally complain to Chipotle myself.

    The fine in area was disgusting there was no clean table and the floor had food everywhere you looked. The chips were stale exchanged for a new bag and that bag was stale. The drink station was a mess no lids and the juice machine was broken but people were using it spilling juice all over the counter. The workers weren’t very friendly and there was empty food bins stacked up all over the work stations. Will not be going back, I haven’t seen a restaurant this bad in a long time

    OMG!!!! Do yourself a favor and do not go to this restaurant! Saw that the outside sitting area was not that clean, we let it pass. Got inside the tables inside had not been wiped down for God knows how long including the floor. Got up to where we could see the counter it had not been wiped down food was being prepared for customers on top of spilled food everywhere, God knows what the floor behind looked like Employees were slamming things around and being very rude as they were waiting on customers. Management definitely needs to get a hold on this restaurant and the employees!!!!!; Absolutely disgusting we'll never be back!

    This store just cannot seem to get its act together. They are constantly running out of ingredients. I have tried repeatedly to contact the corporate offices, but all they want to do is give me coupons. Don't get me wrong. I love Chipotle's food, but only when they have the stuff to make it correctly. To the management: Please fix this problem so that your customers don't have to endure the constant disappointments. Edit: As you can see, the "store owner" responded, asking me to contact them through their link. The link just sent me to the same automated system. They do not seem to be interested in fixing the store. They seem to just want to make it look like they care.

    My mom and I came in here today for lunch and to say that we were disappointed is an understatement. The employee at the counter who rang us up was incredibly rude. My mom had asked for a water cup with her meal and the employee refused to give her one and was going to charge her for a fountain drink. Then when we were paying, my moms card didn’t go through the first time and this employee yelled at her saying “it didn’t go through” which, was not a big deal she put her card in the machine again. Only for this employee to try and snatch her card out of her hand like a child. So rude and unnecessary. Of course the card went through this time and we didn’t get the water cup. They were also “out” of pico but I saw a full container behind the counter. The restaurant was also very messy when we came in with food all over the floor. I was shocked at the behavior of the employee we met today because up until today this location has been great. It’s unfortunate because I don’t think we will be going back for a while and the south side location is worse than this one. ah

    Was deciding between chipotle or Moe’s and decided on chipotle. The soft taco tortillas for the kids meal were stale. They forgot one of the sides in the kids meal (chose fajita veggies and lettuce). Didn’t receive two apple juices for the kids meal and didn’t realize it until I got home. Chips were stale too. A little disappointed. I’d pick Moe’s next time.

    While I have frequently here several times with meh service, this time warrants comment. The line prep team was corrected a minimum of 3 times on how they addressed customers: the young boys were disrespectful, rude, and clearly not paying attention. One told me they had no sour cream at all - 5 minutes later, they had it. I politely addressed these concerns with the manager. Her response was "they're new, it happens" and a shrug. While I get that standards aren't met perfectly, it's more unacceptable for a manager to shrug off a genuine customer concern. I'll be skipping this one for awhile.

    Placed a mobile order and received a bag with my name on it. Got all the way home just to realize the bowl did not have my name on it and I could not eat it because of my allergies. Went all the way back to get my bowl and while I also work in food service and understand the rush I did not get an apology. The person at the mobile order bar didn’t even look at me while was more upsetting. Just held my bag out to me with their back turned. The bowl I ended up receiving is very lackluster. Not the best experience

    I really used to love this place but lately they have gotten really careless. I went in and ordered my food and some chips and Queso. I get to my car and decided to taste a chip and it was stale, just very hard. I went back in and was handed another bag. This bag was worse than the first one. I just became fed up and left. As I got home to eat my food, the chicken was burnt and very tasteless. Definitely my last visit there.

    Unorganized and dirty. No utensils nor napkins provided unless you ask. Several items unavailable. Person who prepared order was very skimpy on condiments. I had to ask for extra. Unlike other establishments I have visited. Overall experience not good at all. I won't be going back!

    Employees were busy so instead of just being professional and going quick and still listening to customers they decide to be rude to customers and Ignore peoples questions and act like animals. They also weren’t restocking any food and were out of tons of things. And rather then politely telling me that they basically told me no we’re out get this or go away. Worst experience at a chipotle ever.

    Horrible service. They were out of so much stuff and didn’t let you know until you waited in the long line. They only had chicken- no other meats and we’re out of white rice as well. They were also rude and not apologetic at all. They had no change so I had to end up tipping them since they couldn’t give me the change they owed me. Everything was handled very unprofessionally. I hadn’t been to this location in a year and even then, service was awful. I won’t be going back.

    Our family likes Chipotle restaurants, but I can only give this location 3 stars because they are so inconsistent in food quality and quantity and make so many mistakes. When you order online you never know if you are going to get a lightly filled bowl or ingredients missing. Today we could literally see the bottom of the bowl on both sides of two bowls in our order. The taste can range from outstanding to mediocre. If you want to ensure your order is correct, you need to monitor them making your bowl or check it before leaving the restaurant if you place an online order. Even then, you don't know if they didn't add salt to the rice or forgot the cilantro. They have tried to make it right on occasion, but it gets old having to contact them all the time about errors in our orders.

    My name is actually Rhonda, not that the staff will care. I’m going to be sure to reach out to the corporate staff to address this issue as well. First…. WHEN, not IF, you have a problem (I didn’t see reviews before placing my order), don’t bother to call the store. You won’t get a live person. You’ll get the runaround by an automated attendant because “the staff is busy completing customer orders and are too busy to take calls”…. That is a paraphrase because I didn’t write it down, but that’s the gist. I tried calling several times and selecting different options to no avail. Second, I can’t actually rate the food, IT NEVER ARRIVED. After using the virtual attendant to try and get information about my order, it said the driver was on the way to pick it up, but the ETA kept changing. Finally, after almost two hours, I finally got a notice that the order has been cancelled and I would be refunded. Of course, businesses want their payment when placing an order. Why then, do I have to wait 24-72 hours for my money back when the restaurant is the one who messed up and didn’t even try to fix it before cancelling? Why not call me and ask if I’d like to wait for a different driver or if I want my order cancelled. Now, I am getting ready to sleep for 3 hours to prep for an 11 hour overnight shift with not having eaten. That should be fun! Thanks Chipotle for absolutely nothing. You can plan on hearing from corporate in the near future.

    This location is by far one of the worst I have ever been to. Been here several times since moving to the area every single time they are out of something on the line or only using it for mobile orders. There’s usually one person working hard while the rest could care less, are actively gossiping or on their phones barely working. Most recently I redeemed my free bowl which is A LOT of points and paid for double meet. The bowl was ice cold and half empty, no extra rice or salsa like I asked and definitely not double meat on the contrary it was about had the size of standard bowl if that. The best I was offered was bogo next time I go which doesn’t make up at all especially since this is a consistent quality problem. I visited a chipotle by a friends in st pete and bowl there was three times the size of what I get here… Chipotle needs to do some quality assurance asap

    If I could leave a zero I would… I placed an online order, get to the restaurant, waited for 20 minutes past my “expected time” for the employee to tell me they never received my order. Showed them my confirmation email, she still states she didn’t receive it. I showed where it came out of my bank.. they acted like they didn’t want to be bothered even though I showed all confirmations.. no manager was available, and when you call, no one ever answers… it’s all automated… so needless to say, I paid $$$ for food my daughter never got…THERE IS ALWAYS A PROBLEM AT THIS LOCATION…

    Stay away! This is hands down the worst location I've ever been too. Garbage on the floor. The food was cold. They were out of guacamole. Garbage cans overflowing. They only could do exact change. I saw 5 people working in the restaurant, 1 of them should be able to take out the garbage and clean the dining room.

    Ordered food, we got to check out quickly....turned around to the dining area, every table was dirty with food, cups , napkins. There was NO clean surface in the dining area. Asked for someone to clean a table, was asked which one....I said just a clean one to sit and eat my meal. The person cleaned off 1 table, then went and stood in the back. Horrific service!

    This location is terrible. Always out of something on their line (but they will have available for take out orders), the food is always cold, there is never anyone cleaing the dining room (trash overflowing, tables are gross) and usually 1 or 2 people busting their butt and everyone else is moving in slow motion or not doing anything at all. The food is great if they have it but always always cold when you eat it. The owner or upper management needs to get involved and get this place running properly.

    I arrived to pick up an online order a few minutes early to find that there had been a technical issue in printing my order’s ticket. The staff jumped right into prepping my order and offered me a beverage while I waited. It was supposed to be a quick and unmemorable stop on my way home but I couldn’t convince myself not to commend the level of service from the staff. Best Chipotle experience I’ve ever had!
