    I had no idea that the stores could substitute ingredients and suppliers. For example the corn was tasteless and resembled cheap corn from a can, not at all like Boston market corn which has flavor and is seasoned. Next was the macaroni and cheese. I didn’t think anything of it until I tasted it and realized it too was a knock off. Boston market mac’n cheese is spiral and thick and creamy. This cheese sauce was diluted and hence it had a completely different flavor and the macaroni was not the same. Lastly the meatloaf was dry (no ketchup or brown gravy). It wasn’t even offered. I would have asked had I realized but it now contains onions and jalapeños. That’s new to me and I have no issue with it except it was dry and blah. Very disappointed with this location.

    DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! Absolutely disgusting had to wait over 20 minutes for food, once I got home to eat my food there is hair under my chicken, the lady taking orders/money also fix our food without washing her hands or using gloves. store will not answer the phone!!! DO NOT EAT HERE

    When I walked in the establishment it wasn’t many people, so I thought that means no long line. The place was cleaned and no mask was required for service. I wanted to try out the new chicken cordon blu that was advertised in the window. The lady at the counter said that they didn’t have any and what they had was cold. I then asked can for a turkey dinner and the lady stated they didn’t have that either. I proceeded to ask her what did she have she started all she had was chicken, meatloaf and ribs. I was very disappointed and to top it off nothing looked fresh. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone to enjoy because I couldn’t even enjoy it and it’s the weekend on a Saturday at 5:30p in the evening.

    They gave me raw chicken the Garlic an herb one and have the nerve not to answer the phone when I called back and HUNG UP ON ME LIKE SHE DIDN’T CARE!!!! her name was Amanda She supposed to be a shift manager but doesn’t lead by example then I spoke with another girl name Tiffany she could find the corporate or the district numbers to the other stores I wish I can give them zero stars because I go here all the time you will be hearing from me again has her salmonella and a lawsuit is waiting STORE WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE DO NOT EAT HERE this is not OK

    Unfortunately this was a terrible trip to Boston Market this time. Upon coming through the drive-through, they said that they were out of chicken and meatloaf only able to provide sides. I had come around 5 PM on a Sunday. I was amazed and shocked as that is the main product. The representative said it was due to shipment issues and their truck, he said give him about a half an hour to an hour and they would have chicken or meatloaf ready. I ran errands despite of thinking it was weird and came back to order a large meatloaf, cornbread, mac & cheese, and mashed potatoes. He said they were out of sweet potato casserole upon grabbing my bag of food. It was in a thank you bag, and in a white cheap container not the normal Boston market packaging. I have been eating Boston market for years and this did not taste the same. The macaroni looked different, and mashed taters had no taste, and the meatloaf was completely different than how it was in the past. , I am upset because I paid over $15 for this meal and had to throw it out. Do not come here.

    i was wondering why it was empty… now i know. Nothing here is seasoned thoroughly. Very over priced, i got a quarter chicken with 2 sides and it was $14. Absolutely disgusting the chicken was MADDD dry and it tasted like water. I don’t even want to speak about the mac and cheese.. tasted like the box macaroni. Only good thing was the mashed potatoes. BUT THE CORN BREAD?? lord have mercy absolutely disgusting.

    The young lady that attended us was great. She was very attentive and polite. The rest of this place just screamed "let's get out of here". The restaurant looked very dingy and dirty. The food didn't look appealing but we had hoped it would taste better than it looked. We were so wrong. The food had no flavor. It looked like it had been sitting for hours. If you are looking for turkey, then go to Bob Evans. If you want chicken go to KFC, Popeyes or Publix. I would stay away from this place.

    Meatloaf is excellent. No longer offer tomato sauce. Meatloaf today very tasty. But, pieces seemed much smaller than before. Feb. 11th - Meatloaf is back in stock! No brownies due to supplie chain issues though. Feb. 18th - Same excellent meatloaf. Brownies are back in stock.

    My husband and I order our take out dinner meal this evening. He got their spicy chicken nuggets large combo and I got the 1/2 meat combo. The nuggets were dry and tasted horrible. Plus he did not get 12 in the count. I on the other hand, received very dry rice along with cornbread that tasted like cake which did not taste like cornbread. And our corn tasted bad. We will not order from Boston Market ever again. 😒

    I am soo disappointed its nothing like the original food. Its like they made their own meal. Chicken dry, chicken pretty much was bones, the sweet potatoes had peanuts and definitely not yams, no cornbread, no creamed spinach. Andddd 10 bucks for a plain sandwich with barely no meat. If the CEO OF BOSTON MARKET would see this, he would not be happy with this franchise store. Im sorry, I use to love the family feel there but i truly do not know what happen here.

    This location used to be good in the past, but not now anymore. The chicken was tasteless. Corn was not sweet. Corn bread in ugly shape and not enough moisture. I recently had meal at other location, everything is still very good. I think it’s the issue of this location.

    For over $40 I got 2 tiny little dried up pieces of what was supposed to be chicken breast and 2 tiny thighs. All of the sides were terrible. Also, they forgot to give me my salad. I'm not sure why they would consider that a Family Feast. They were good 20yrs ago, but terrible now. I should have went to publix or Costco and bought a whole rotisserie instead...

    Used to love Boston Market but stopped at this one for lunch, the food was terrible chicken was dry, mashed potatoes were good. They had no soda. Luckily, we brought some with us they had none of their signature corn bread. They should let you know what they don't have rather than tell you after you pay! Also found the restaurant to be extremely filthy.

    Went to the Temple Terrace Florida location. I ordered the 3 piece dark dinner and received a leg and a thigh cut in half to make three pieces. That's not three pieces. We also ordered the quarter white chicken dinner, the breast was small and the wing was over cooked and unable to be eaten. What a joke over $22 no more Boston Market.

    Showed up to get two chicken meals and was told they have NO chicken ready and have NO idea when they will have it ready. So your signature food item is chicken and you let it run out and have no clue when it will be done to tell your customers so they can wait if it’s soon, watched them loose 4 sales in 30 seconds. Why would they not make more when they are getting low ? Crazy

    I seriously have absolutely no idea how this place ever even stays open. I have gone on multiple occasions hoping it’s different that you literally sit in the drive-through you watch one car pull up after a while it’s like they prepare the meal all at that time when the person is at their drive-through no one even bothers to come to the speaker to say will be right with you whatever the case is. So once they do come to the window after the other car is pulled away they suddenly then tell you that they don’t have anything that you want to order and they have absolutely the worst attitude about it. Reading other reviews I can see similar circumstances and I’m certainly glad I probably didn’t get food based on the looks of the restaurant. So I don’t know who actually owns this restaurant but whoever it is needs to get rid of whoever’s working in that restaurant and get people who really do care about their customers in your store.

    Today, October 9, 2022 … For delivery, I ordered a family meal with four sides … Mac n cheese, mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole and creamed spinach. Instead of creamed spinach that I was charged an extra $1.19 for they gave me corn. I will not order from here again and by word of mouth I will advertise their incompetence. I have photos of my bill along with the items I was delivered.

    I love Boston Market! There used to be one in my town, but, unfortunately it closed. 😥 Had the meatloaf, creamed spinach and sweet potato casserole. The food was great, just like a home-cooked meal! My only complaint is that the price has gone up ... like everything else.

    Was a spectacular Christmas dinner. Fabulous customer service. Very impressed for my first experience and would recommend to others! Only drawback was the employee continuously speaking to my service dog in spite of being reminded repeatedly that she was working and please don't distract her.

    Will never go there again. Macaroni and cheese had all differ types of pasta. No corn bread they gave us biscuits. Went back for a refund and I guess supervisor on duty tells me food menu items get switched up? I used to be a manager at a Boston market and I’ve never heard of such a thing

    The Brandon location was only interested in trying to be closed and out the door at 10pm. They didn't have hardly any side dishes . We arrived at about 9:20pm. The lady serving not wearing gloves and she took her hand and reached into the mashed potatoes to pull out the scooper and served a customer. No mashed potatoes for me! It was a mess in there. We will never go back to that location!

    Drive thru take forever when is just 2 cars I asked for steam veggies and they give me mash potatoes, three times the employee asked to me and I said steam veggies, When I get inside to claim about they give me the wrong side they lady told me they are out of veggies and she want to me take broccoli. I get so mad I left my food there because I believe isn’t fear after you take long time in the line waiting, say three times you wants veggies nobody said nothing, is like you go to the gas station and you paid for diesel and they are out and give you gas instead. Poor services

    Paid 30 bucks and didn’t receive anything I ordered besides the sides I didn’t even get the corn bread my order wasn’t even made on time & I couldn’t get my food because the doors was lock when they should’ve been open if I didn’t go back up there I would’ve never received my food but went to the app and said I received my food when it was not my order at all

    Staff was very friendly, and service was quick, but don’t understand why the food was so cold, extremely cold that looks old and not appetizing at all. I ordered a family meal, portions were good but I can’t eat my food cold. So disappointed.

    I had previous enjoyed coming to this restaurant, as it was a quick way to get a good sized meal, for a reasonable price... However, as time wears on both the quality of food and most certainly the quality of service has taken a nose dive. The food is just not the same, either over cooked or just simply burned, which if you aren't paying close attention will ruin your meal once you take it home. The service is just as horrible. How many times is acceptable to tell the person behind the counter that a meal is to-go? Three times? Four? Six? Eight? At some point, it becomes annoying, even more so when an order also needs to be repeated that many times. Tldr: Food is no longer good, service equally bad. Just pass and go to a formal restaurant.

    CALL FIRST TO SEE IF THEY ARE EVEN OPEN. We ordered a family meal on 10/29/23 through the online ordering process. They charged my card and confirmed the order. When we got to the store to pick up the order, there was a sign on the door saying that the store was permanantly closed. I tried to call several Boston Market locations and also their corporate and was not able to reach anyone. After a few minutes with my credit card company, they allowed me to dispute the charge. I could not believe that this place just shut down with nothing online about it at all. Even on THEIR website!
