Great service and very friendly staff. The food was also good and came out quickly. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the veggie patty but the regular patty was good.

I was really caught off guard on how good these burgers were. I read the reviews on here before going and thought I'd give it a try. Meat was cooked to perfection and everything tasted delicious. I also got the Cajun fries which were really good as well. If you're near here, you gotta try it out! To top it off, the staff were very friendly!

Was overcharged twice, and was charged a third time when it was supposed to be refunded. Food was good - just frustrating that it's been 2 weeks and they have not refunded me as of today. Update : Over a month has gone by , and no refund on the overcharge..

This place is AMAZING!! The food is awesome and the customer service is impeccable! Juan (the manager) is a very helpful and nice guy. Our first time here he explained everything thoroughly and made us feel extremely welcome! We will DEFINITELY be back!!

So regular burger comes with 2 patties. If you only want one you will have to call it a junior. We also got shakes but they were too good and we drank them too fast before taking pictures. The coffee mocha was my favorite! It actually had a coffee taste to it which is important to me not just sugar or chocolate syrup. Service was fast. Staff friendly. Burgers are more filling then they appear. Happy to go again!

All the way from Ohio, we stumbled upon this burger joint. OH Man!!! When I tell you this was the BEST BURGER spot I have been to!. The staff was super friendly (Thanks for your hospitality Juan & Angela and the wonderful cooks Miss Dee and Z) my son raved about his Texas Chili cheese dog. Juan hooked me up with his personal Recipe for the CEO… Slapped! We even had to go back to the counter and add loaded fries. Thanks for making this experience special and tasty 😋 You Guys Rock!!!!

Friendly with customers and informative with their team members. Well maintained dining area and manager checked in with customers and was very kind to us during our visit. The Ceo burger always a huge favorite of mine( solo burger pic). Urban fries and a ultimate bacon (other pic).

I was craving a burger and scrolling through DoorDash & found this restaurant. I took a chance and was not disappointed! I got the CEO and gargantuan onion rings. My co-worker said I was making "seggs noises" while eating if that tells you anything. I'll definitely order again.

Normally don't leave reviews but I just had the best experience and had to share. I wanted to acknowledge the excellent service we received at this location. Jessica in particular was wonderful. We came for burgers and ended up trying the hotdog and milkshake which were out of this world!!

Service at the counter was very friendly, the beer was AMAZING, the burger (BBQ Rodeo) was fantastic, but the fries, good laws they were amazing!! Get them Urban Style and you’ll dream about them later; my husband and I couldn’t finish a large that we shared.

We enjoyed our meal here the burgers were very fresh and good quality tasting. The restaurant itself is a bit industrial warehouse-ish and not quite as well kept up with as it should be. Tables and chairs were in disarray a lot of tables need to be wiped off and the restaurant was not at all busy. The young lady behind the counter was fervently cleaning everything within her reach and that should or could have been extended further into the dining room by her or other staff. We would have we return here as the food was very good. The fries smelled better than they tasted but they were still not bad at all.

The burgers were really fresh hot and tasty. The fries smell better than they were but we're not at all bad The drink choices are from a Coke freestyle machine which I personally do not care for but they do offer a couple iced tea options as well. The actual dining area could have been a bit better kept and cleaned up after as it was in a bit of disarray and the restaurant not at all busy. We would happily return here if we were in the area and wanted a burger

Great atmosphere and plus I'm a vegetarian only get the vegetarian burger. It was very good. Very wholesome very professional. Very hospitable place. I recommend it, especially if you're a vegetarian or a vegan

Loved our burgers! Fresh, juicy, made to order. Bun was soft, fries were perfect. Ordered 4/22/23, during the afternoon shift, and all the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. One of the best burgers I've had in a long time.

We were in midtown area and wanted to have a quick snack. So we searched near us and saw that BurgerFi was not far away so we decided to visit BurgerFi and order Vegefi burger for to-go. We went to BurgerFi in midtown and there is a roadside parking near the restaurant. From the menu, I ordered Vegefi sandwich. The service was good and soon I got my order. The vegefi sandwich was delicious and we loved the sandwich. It is one of our favorite and best sandwich that we love.

I drove all the way to this Howard Ave Burger Fi location passing two other Burger Fi locations because of the service. The management team and the crew are great! The first time I came here the food was great (and everyone with me agreed!) so combined with a great customer experience, I will continue to be a loyal customer here.

I went and picked up my order and made sure he went the extra mile to make sure I had a great experience. The fries today were the first time that they were over crispy and taste kind of off than normal but overall I love going to BurgerFi on my lunch break. Thank you guys!

Juan was excellent. I’ve been coming to BurgerFi for years and my experience has never been this superb. A customer in front of us was taking awhile and Juan kept apologizing about the wait. He definitely made our visit worth every dollar

every single worker was amazing here but the one that stuck out was Juan. He was very friendly and helpful as well. Kept the whole place spotless and kept his workers in check. Vegetarian conflicted burger….this restaurant has just made my brain explode and my gut in joy! Two Pattie’s one is beyond meat the other, is a veggie patty. Most companies have one vegetarian burger, here has TWO! so I can swap which one I eat, giving me more verity than most places. But to then go and blow my mind again! Double patty one of each?!? BurgerFi marry me!!!!! I swear to love and cherish you forever!! Also thanks to the rocking ladies that made it!!!!

I had a great experience with this location of BurgerFi. I had a very large catering order and Angela was our main contact. She communicated with me very well and made sure everything was taken care of. The food was great and fresh even with our larger order. I received great reviews from the individuals I was feeding on the quality of the food and it's freshness. I would visit this location and order from here again.

Very good experience. Food always lives up to the BurgerFi standard, and I'm always a fan of the onion rings and burgers. Milkshake was good too. Wait wasn't too long so no complaints there. Staff were helpful and understanding and the area was clean. I'd return and recommend to others. Very good! :)
